“5 stars especially to the young man that handles the drive thru window on Saturday mornings. Always goes above and beyond with the customer experience. I had my labs in the car and I made a mistake on my order. Instead of the normal too bad its your mistake, response was I'll take care of it! That's customer service.“

“Much cleaner, friendlier, and faster than the location next to McDonalds. Amazing how much difference there is. This location doesn't have workers blaring music or using profanity like the other one. This location is far superior compared to the one a block away. If you go to the Tim Hortons next to McDonlds make sure you get your bank/credit card back, if not watch your statements!“

“Went inside, was greeted right away by an older lady very nice and attentive. I ordered blueberry timbits she started a conversation telling me they are her favorite not everywhere has them, it’s owners choice. Great customer service from the group of ladies working at 3pm today! Good employees need to be acknowledged too.“

“I went into the dining room so I could pick out my kids favorite donuts for a special morning treat and the gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond in helping me get my daughters favorite donut and I'm truly greatful. It's hard to find good & friendly service in places now and I can say the gentleman that helped me was the Best, but I also noticed all the workers were friendly & helpful after watching the customer interactions while I waited for my order.“

“I'm a regular customer of the Genesee Street locaton. I'm always greeted by all of the staff with professionalism and kindness! Even when it's busy I get my morning coffee and breakfast fast and the food is perfection here.
The manager Linda is wonderful and goes above and beyond to ensure her customers are completely happy! Definitely a team leader and it shows by her awesome staff who all make me feel like family! It's 100% my favorite Tim Hortons!“

“Three out of four times I go to order coffee and it either they don't stir it or they don't put it in enough sugar and when I say something do I go with the sugar is not coming through we have to hit the side to make it come out That's not my problem if I order three sugar I want three sugar not one not one and a half I spend $3 on a coffee that I can't even drink that's not fair“
