“It’s often hard for me to pick my favorite things, but not in this case. Friendly staff, very fast service, pleasant atmosphere, great selection. I don’t know how it can be all-you-can-eat but also such high quality and delicious food for such a reasonable price. There’s some kind of sorcery happening here that us mere mortals cannot comprehend. Every person I’ve brought there has felt the same way. Saika is #1!”

“I sat down and they already knew my order so I think I’ve finally become a regular. Sal’s has to be the most underrated place to grab food in all of Western New York. Best wings I’ve ever had, amazing service and super fair pricing. One of the best places to have the Bills or Sabres break your heart. Couldn’t recommend more.”

“I feel compelled to write this review because I've had Chinese
food before but never at this place until yesterday. Hands down the best General Tso's chicken I've ever had ! Most other places give you mostly coating where this had lots of real chicken and was cooked to perfection. The shrimp fried rice had bigger shrimp in it than most places and a lot of it and was very, very good. Also I must comment on the Wonton soup... very flavorful and fresh ... not just 2 wontons in some luke warm chicken broth but 3 big wontons in some real chicken stock with what looked like scallions and some strips of pork too. I'm sure whatever you order from this place will be outstandingly good.”

“We went here for the first time today from Brantford Ontario. Everyone was so nice and the selections are amazing!!! You can pretty much get anything with ice cream you are craving. Anytime we come to Buffalo now in the season, we are going!”

The Chai Lattes were as yummy as the omelette. The bathrooms were clean. I'd recommend checking on the tp throughout the day. I went back to work and raved about the place...eats, drinks & staff were awesome! I'll be back!”

“We booked a private event at The Cove recently. The staff working our event was great, they were very attentive with the food and drinks, clearing empty plates and cups from tables, and accommodating any requests we had. The food was delicious and the bartenders took care of my guests quickly, no line at the bar. Janet (The Cove's event coordinator/part owner) was wonderful to work with. I would definitely recommend a private event at The Cove.”

“Usually hit Ted's up quiet a few times. Well today was the last. The new kiosks coupled with the not so personal staff has capped off me and my family never eating there again. Loved when you ordered with the cook, watched your hot grilled the way you like it (extra dark) to being able to have the employee place more or less of the condiments on your item. Today's order came out sub par cooked the way we like them. The poor girl has to keep turning around to look what condiments go on what item. I can tell you alot of people came back up with wrongly prepared item in the short time we were there. One size of fries which were too much for my girlfriend to finish. Might as well just go to McDonalds if you want a standard made item. All to save what, two employees salary? No personal touch any more. Well it looks like Tony's Bayview or Taffys from now on. 😔 😟 😊”

“The 2 men working the drive thru window today (4/27/24 at 11:50am) were extremely kind. There were ducks next to the window that my daughter in the car was waving to, the gentleman working noticed and he came to the window with safe snacks to feed the ducks that my daughter would be able to give them. Now for a 7 year old… that brightened her whole day! They were fast, food was excellent, and the customer service was a 10/10! This location is the best!!”

“Was visiting NY for ten days & happened to stop by this Arby's - it's not often a fast food place has the ability to impress me but this one did. The store was immaculate and the food was good but what really exceeded any expectation was the service. The staff went out of their way to make it enjoyable for my child and they were so kind. They earned a recommendation from me & I wish my local restaurants were more like this one!”

He didn't seem to understand what was happening. Then someone else from the staff came and everything was fine. Large portions and generally very tasty.”

“I always have awesome service at the Starbucks in Target. The barista helped me pick between a holiday option of the Frankenccino or the Frappula. I chose the Frappula and it was amazing and he pre-apologized that it would take a little longer because he had to make the strawberry purée but it was not long at all and it was well worth the wait. Wish this was on the menu ALL the time”

I am a pizza connoisseur and I would definitely recommend the white pizza. Unfortunately I haven't tried any other slices so I can't vouch for anything else”

“I ordered the TexMex... It was huge. I enjoyed it. This was my first time here. 6/21/25 The cheese on top just brings everything together. I like the fact that it's very appealing to the eyes nice and colorful. The meat was nice and tender the shrimp was savory and not overcooked.”

“Jeff did an amazing job taking our orders. Friendliest person ever. He talked about the chikle after I ordered one and it was as he said amazing. He does a great job can't say that enough wish I could afford to tip. The food was amazing. Way better food and environment than taco bell. I wish we had one of these where we live.

“I feel silly writing a view for McDonald’s but this location deserved one. All the McDonald’s in the buffalo area should take notes from this location. The fries were fresh, the service was quick and the staff were the nicest people. You don’t find that at many fast food locations. They even go out of their way to put a sticker on the bag with the GMs contact information if you have any issues. For McDonald’s I was very impressed.”

“Friendly and great service.There was only one waitress working. Late lunch hour vary attentive to everyone, under the circumstances. Wait time for food was a little slow but the food was great tasting and would go back again because of the friendliness of the staff(bar tender)coming in and leaving.”
