“What a perfect little spot for some delicious food and a comfortable atmosphere. The bartender was so nice, the game was on the TV, and the vibe felt very New York to me, as an out-of-towner. I loved the pizza hand-rolled logs and the wings. I also tried to beef on weck, which wasn’t my favorite but it was my first time and it might just not be my type of dish. I would definitely recommend this spot to someone for a late evening, quick bite.”

“Their are mild wings amazing and juicy. Although for 15.99 + their should be at least 10(only 8) witch I think is way over priced. Wing are average size but other then being really pricey, it was Good. All other portion for the other dish were were decent for the prices. Meals for 7 ppl game out to over 200 something.”

From the very beginning Scott, Beth and the rest of the staff were kind, helpful and very professional. We had been coming here long before it was 16 Ellicott and have to say how great the inside looks, how nice the staff is, how good the food still is even after the ownership change. If you’re looking to host a small party, go out to eat or even meet friends for a drink this is the spot!! We so appreciate everyone who helped make our party such a fun day!”

The staff working our event was great, they were very attentive with the food and drinks, clearing empty plates and cups from tables, and accommodating any requests we had. The food was delicious and the bartenders took care of my guests quickly, no line at the bar. Janet (The Cove's event coordinator/part owner) was wonderful to work with. I would definitely recommend a private event at The Cove.”

We were seated in the bar area and it was a little loud for our liking, but there is seating outside of the bar area that we will try next time.

The Chai Lattes were as yummy as the omelette. The bathrooms were clean. I'd recommend checking on the tp throughout the day. I went back to work and raved about the place...eats, drinks & staff were awesome! I'll be back!”

“Wonderful diner outside of buffalo about 10ish minutes away from the airport. This place is very popular and packed when I went. The orders were still going fast and the service was friendly and on top of things. The food was amazing as well. My pancakes were perfect and I love the grandmas favorite omelette with the hollandaise sauce.”

“This place has good sandwiches and a good service. However, today we ordered 3 subs. One of them was a chicken parm on garlic bread. Order was placed, picked up and no issues until we found out that the sandwich has no sauce. We called to find out if the sandwich was supposed to have sauce but the person that was working today said that the sandwich comes without sauce if u order on garlic toast (which it doesn’t say anyway in the menu and she didn’t mentioned over the phone). She had a stand-offish attitude as if we were supposed to know this. Then, she was like: well what do u want me to do? (With an even more annoyed tone as if we were intruding in her time) so we asked for the name of the manager and her answer was: “well u have to call tomorrow and see if he is here or not”. Then refused to give us the name of the manager and her name as well. I should have gotten a receipt so I can see who se was. However this happened around 7pm. Do better. We just had questions.”

She talked me through everything on the menu since i hadn’t been to burger king in such a long time. I was very appreciative and grateful of her. Not everyone in fast food is as patient. I was walking with a cane and she brought me my food which was freshly made as well. This is a great place for lunch and definitely recommend!”

“This is by far my favorite Starbucks! The workers are always smiling and laughing which makes me think the environment they work in must be great! My drink is always right and the one time it wasn’t they apologize and fixed it immediately. Love this place!”

“BEST subs in WNY. They use all fresh meats and vegetables - tomatoes are fresh and bright red (other sub shops will bury unripe, yellow slices in under the mayo), lettuce is fresh iceberg and not shredded, rolls and meats are fresh. I pass 4 sub shops on my way to J & M’s on Transit Rd. You wait a bit too long for them to take your phone order but it’s worth the wait. Great staff!”
