I opted for the all-you-can-eat option, which was both reasonably priced and offered a wide variety of fresh sushi and hibachi items. “This place is amazing! Nangma means melody and it makes us sing every time we go there. The Chong Qing Chili Chicken is one of our favorites! But don’t sleep on the Shoko Phing Soup, Tibetan Style. It will cure anything that ails. Sides that are awesome every time are the green beans, bok choy and the cauliflower casserole. Also the Spicy Fish Fillet with Tofu is out of this world. Anything you pick you can’t go wrong. Very affordable prices and the service is excellent, they treat you like family! Nordan is so sweet and helps us find something new to try.“

“This was my least favorite visit. The waitress wasn't amazing. The food was really good, but it's usually amazing. I would say it was a lot busier than I'm used to, so I'm sure that is the reason. I've worked in the food and hospitality field for many years and understand that part now what I don't understand is during a busy night the waitress being on her phone chatting it up with a co-worker while I'm there trying to get some more drinksand service. That was really disappointing. I also saw other tables of hers waiting at that moment as well, but I guess when gratuity is automatically included, you don't have to wow the customer. Their medium spicy is slightly spicy. The wait for the braised pork rice was a bit long. The braised pork is salty and suitable for rice. Because the pork tastes strong, a classmate and I don't like it very much. So I mixed the corn with the braised pork sauce and served it with curry chicken. The service in the store is relatively timely, and it can be seen that it is very experienced. You can tell from the menu. The store has a rich menu and has 8 tables. It is a cozy shop. We ate at noon on non-weekends, so we didn't have to wait for a table. The overall feeling is OK.“

Usually I would get this when I worked the Financial District or Midtown Manhattan but this was the closest to home and they did not let me down!! “Overall, it was pretty good. Chili chicken momos were really good and stayed crispy even when cooked in sauce. The garlic naan was fantastic and very well made. The vegetable thali was overall really good, but the dal was a little bland, in my opinion. They're very generous with the amount of rice they give you.

I was a little disappointed by the tandoori chicken. It was a little underseasoned, and one of the pieces was very overcooked and dry. The butter chicken was made well and tasted alright; it was too sweet/not savory enough for me. Too much added sugar, personally.

“I came here because of their amazing 4.9 rating on Google Maps, however, I was not amazed by their food. I got curry puffs to start my dinner. The puffs were nice and flavorful. The outside was light and flaky, and the insides were well seasoned with nice texture. The sauce came with was too sweet to my liking. Personally I prefer eating it as it is. I pad see ew with shrimp and added beef($5). The flavor was nice and the shrimp was fresh and clean. However, the beef wasn’t so good especially when I paid $5 extra for them. It was too dry and chewy.
Overall, it’s a standard Thai restaurant. The food was nice but nothing special about it.“

My favorite cut of meat so fat is the snowflake beef. It’s fatty, buttery and tender. The kimchi is amazing as well. Customer service is great. They leave you alone while still being attentive. And just in case they aren’t around, there’s a call bell. The seating is very private. They have booths that can close for even more privacy. The booths seat 6. Definitely recommend!“

“I came across this restaurant when I was looking for some Korean food to eat in the neighborhood. I found that they have some Korean items on their menu. I came in a little bit past 5pm and I looked at the menu but didn’t see any Korean food options. So I ordered their house burger with fries. Then I decided to ask, and turned out they have a dinner menu after 6pm. She was kind enough and let me ordered their kimchi pancake from it. The burger was very delicious. The bun has a nice crust all over it. The patty was tender and juicy. It also came with a healthy and generous amount of lettuce. The fries were okay, nothing too special. And the kimchi pancake!!!!!! It was so delicious! It was thin and crispy and had kimchi pieces in every single bites. It might a little oily, but that’s what made it so delicious. I like that you get 2 different types of foods from 2 different continents, and they are both authentic and delicious. The server was very nice. Highly recommended. I’d love to come back again!

I had the special with the bread, samosas, and Iamb curry I believe it was. Mmm, mmm, good. I will be back. “I ordered the wings with soy garlic and Korean bbq sauce. Both were delicious and very good. The garlic Parmesan fries actually has powdered sugar on top. I called to make sure it wasn’t someone in the kitchen messing up the seasoning. Turned out sugar is added on the fries so it’s salty and sweet. It’s not what I was expecting so not really my thing. I would order the plain French fries next time. The fries were very crunchy, just wished it wasn’t sweet.“

Big plate chicken was spicy and tender, with more hand pull noodles dumped on top. Samsas were juicy and crispy. A great dish was the cumin mushrooms, highly recommend. Shout out to being open on Thanksgiving.“

“We enjoyed another wonderful meal at Soku tonight for Valentine’s Day. Ivan was a wonderful host and introduced us to some delightful eats including crispy beef and yellowtail sashimi. Very nice crowd and ambience including vibey music to make it fun. Soku is a top destination in great neck, for good reason. You should go! ♥️“

“Great tasting food at a great price. This was one of my stops at the huge food court and man, what a value. I ordered a chicken teriyaki from here and I was very happy. The food was made quick and had a very rich taste. The ingredients were fresh and flavorful. The price was about $9 but it was a mountain of food. The staff was nice and the food court seating was clean.
