We tried the honey turkey sandwich, tiramisu, and cappuccino- everything was just right and the portions perfect. You’ll feel at home inside; ideal for breakfast, brunch or for study. Side note that it is Albanian owned and operated, so we already knew it would be good. Can’t wait to be back! ????“

“The Yard House restaurant is a popular and well regarded American casual dining restaurant chain that's known for offering guests superbly made burgers, pizzas, salads and other delicious dishes. In July of 2025, I brought and treated my wife and myself for dinner at the Yard House, specifically the branch located at the Palisades Center at West Nyack, New York and we very much enjoyed our dining experience. The staff warmly greeted us upon arrival and quickly provided us with a very large and comfortable dining table. Our server, Destiny D. was kind, welcoming and unquestionably professional. She did a great job on taking our menu orders, addressing our inquiries and always checked to make sure that we were having a great time. The Yard House is truly fortunate to have Destiny D as a member of their team. In addition to the great service, both my wife and I were in awe of the restaurant's energetic and vivacious atmosphere. We were impressed with its modern and stylish decor, and its display of multiple large television screens which feature live sports events and popular music programming. Guests also have access to a lively sports bar which features a vast collection of beers and cocktails. Last but certainly not least, my wife and I absolutely enjoyed our meal!!! We found our guacamole and chips appetizer tasty and delightful!!! I ordered and loved my burger based entree while my wife ordered and loved her whiskey glazed salmon entree. We found our meals to be perfectly cooked, superbly seasoned and highly delicious!!! All in all, we very much enjoyed our dining experience at the Yard House, and highly recommend for everyone to visit and dine at this great restaurant!!!“

Amiable staff, beautiful location, and now we have the bonus of a new parking lot. I travel from New Jersey to meet Westchester family and friends a couple of times a year. Never disappointed. Maybe a little pricey, but isn't everywhere these days, and I never regret the expense.“

“I dined at Lily's with my family for Sunday brunch. We were very happy with the food and service. Our servers were friendly and attentive. The food was great and came out quickly. I had the avocado toast, which was fresh. We all had dessert which included the gluten free brownie, peanut butter mousse, and crème brûlée. All of them were delicious and we cleared our plates. “This restaurant is almost a secret. It has a very unassuming facade. Inside it feels like a posh Manhattan eatery in the middle of White Plains. The food is delicious with an elegant presentation. I love that it looks at the fountain on Main Street. So peaceful. Service is also top notch.“

“Wanted to give a shout out to the restaurant, Freddy’s, in Pleasantville. Went with a couple of girlfriends a few weeks ago and then again with my hubby last week. Both meals were delicious. The appetizers are yummy! Most of all, though, I wanted to remark on the atmosphere. The people in charge are just delightful. Had a chance to meet the owner. He told me he named the restaurant after his grandfather ( forgive, it might have been his father). Either way I thought it was nice. He has a young family and loves what he does. They have been open for two years, but I just found them now. If you haven’t checked them out, you should soon!“

Twice, recently, I dined at I'l Fresco with friends and family members; The words they used to describe Il Fresco were: -Fabulous - dinner was scrumptious -Phenomenal restaurant and staff -Tastiest sauce in the world - delicious hot bread out of the oven. -An Exceptional dining experience. -Amazing homemade tiramisu - wonderful desserts -Best meal ever - better than the meals I had while visiting Sorrento, Italy. From my cousin who went back to Belfast, Northern Ireland: I am keen to get back to visit again and hopefully we can visit the fantastic restaurant again, can't remember the name otherwise it would be getting a 5 star from me. “We were able to snag a table for two at the last minute with the help of a very accommodating hostess. We spent 10 minutes waiting at the bar, where the bartender was quick, efficient and friendly. Our table was a cozy (not cramped) corner booth for two and the seating was very comfy. Laraine was our sever and she was great. Attentive without intruding. Quick without being frantic. Excellent excellent service. The food was delicious and served hot. There is nothing that we would change about our visit except we should have tried this restaurant sooner!“

“My husband and I got to the restaurant before the huge crowd arrived on Saturday. The bartender was fabulous but was making drinks for the entire restaurant which you could tell she was overwhelmed, understandably so. They should have had at least 3 bartenders on with the amount of business they had. By the time we were finished with our meal, which was delicious, the place was a total zoo with the volume of business. I think a lot of the bad reviews come from the staff being completely overwhelmed by the amount of people showing up. If they had double the staff it wouldn't be so bad.“

“The Tapp is the quintessential local bar. The staff are very friendly, the burgers are phenomenal (as is everything else on the menu), and the prices are more than reasonable. If you find yourself in Tarrytown for shopping or seeing a show at The Music Hall, make a stop at The Tapp a part of the experience. Better still, make the trip just to visit The Tapp alone. It really is a great place to hang out with friends, catch a singer, play Tuesday Night Trivia, or have a terrific meal.“
