“from the moment i walked in i was greeted by a wonderful lady with her bright beautiful smile while she was multitasking and taking care of customers so politely and patiently it really made my entire day because i was having a really bad day and decided to treat myself to a delicious fresh bagel and hot coffee and when i left there i could not stop thinking of the pleasant lady with the hat on and gorgeous nails and her beautiful skin just inspired me so much and i will be back to treat myself again one day and i hope i see that hard working lady again with that beautiful smile thank u for hiring her shes a wonderful asset to your company…i cannot remember her name when i asked her but i do believe it begins with an S and i hope she gets the recognition she deserves“

“The young man working here was very accommodating and made me feel welcome. He put together two sandwiches for me that were delicious; an egg everything bagel with cream cheese, lox, tomato and onion to share. Came with a side salad. Chose the cucumber salad which was fantastic. Was so good I decided to try a Greek omelette on a sesame oat bagel. Excellent as well. Prices reasonable and not ridiculous like other places. Proof that how friendly and helpful you are to customers makes a huge difference.“

“I have been to Brendels multiple times since they have opened. Let me tell you, I have never been disappointed. I drive 15 minutes to go to Brendels whenever I want breakfast (at least 2x a week) and pass multiple bagel places on the way.

The owners are often present here and are behind the counter working ensuring that service is going smoothly. My food has always been delicious and they have a large variety and great specials. Once you go here, you won't be going anywhere else (at least that is what happened to me).

I believe they are a local family that owns it and that is what brought me in the first time to give them a chance. Now they have me hooked!!

I stopped in for a quick bite and ended up having one of the best fresh coffees of my life. I’m talking smooth, bold, and the kind of cup that makes you pause mid-sip just to appreciate it. Total standout.

The full egg everything bagel with scallion cream cheese was exactly what you want on a good morning. Soft, warm, packed with flavor, and honestly just satisfying in every way. Simple, fresh, and done right.

I have to repeat it three times and he still didn't get it right! The woman behind me was shaking her head and disbelief.

“My family has been getting breakfast from this place ever since we’ve moved here 8 years ago and almost everything we’ve got were delicious. The bagels are soft and warm, you could choose from all different types of cream cheese and the breakfast sandwiches are amazing. I would highly recommend the Bacon, Egg & Cheese Sandwich which is my favorite item and it’s unbelievable. I definitely recommend going here and you’ll most likely not be disappointed.“

“First time trying this place. We got toasted bagels with cream cheese.
The bagels were delicious. The right amount of chewy without being gummy. Could have put a little more cream cheese on the bagels but they were so good it wasn’t a big deal.
Priced about the same as other bagel shops in the area. Will definitely be back.

“I catered a brunch this weekend with Bagel Buzz. This was my second catering order with them. I spoke with Gina over the phone to place my order and alerted her to the many food allergies in my party. I trust Bagel Buzz with making sure no cross contamination takes place in making my order. My wrap platter arrived on time and beautifully arranged and was delicious. The veggie cream cheese for the bagels was rich with fresh vegetables and salads were perfect. (I only realized the closing time after placing my order over the phone and then seeing the hours online rifht afted.) I try never to do that because I've made that mistake in the past (not here; at other delis or bagel shops) and in return experienced bad customer service... again, not at Toasted Bagel, but elsewhere. I get it! People want to clean and get home. But, that wasn't the case at all here - when I called without realizing they were almost closing, the woman was still so pleasant taking my order. And when I came to pick up, it was evident they were closing up... and yet still, they were so welcoming, kind, and provided the same great customer service that I usually get when I stop in here. Not to mention my food was delicious as usual. So often we tolerate grumpy staff at other places and brush it off, but having employees who are as kind and welcoming as they are to me (and my 6 month old son) meant a lot to me. But I really wrote this to say a thank you to the Sunday morning staff there on 10/12. There was a mix up and we didnt get a lg part of our order. Bagel chalet had their driver drop off our missing items in less than 15mins. There's no accountability for restaurants in the age of door dash/ uber eats. Ive had entire orders swapped out and restaurants blame Uber, Uber blames the restaurant, we get a credit and no one cares where the mess up was.“
