“Unpretentious joint with friendly service and delicious food. Tried the chicken kebab platter and lamb kebab platter. Both were delicious and well seasoned. There were so many side salad options — I went with the baba ganoush (amazing), beets, eggplant, and preserved lemons (great for some tasty acidity). Portions were huge, and yes the 10 level hot sauce is indeed spicy.
Eddie is the man and is a bubble of tranquility and kindness in this bustling city. Would recommend a visit!“

“If you're looking for the best Koobideh kebab in New Jersey and New York, Zaffron Bloom is the place to go. Every time I visit, I'm amazed by the deliciousness of the food, especially their Tahdig. The Olivieh salad and Spanish yogurt are also quite tasty. Since it's a family-run business, the owners are incredibly kind and welcoming. I love this place and highly recommend their kebabs!??“

“I visited New York for 6 days from the state of Texas and ended up having two meals at this location because the food was just that good. In a city where you have to be the best to survive, we chose to eat here for two meals! The flavors and consistency of quality and service were great. Can't say enough good things about this place! Keep up the good work gentlemen!“

“We ordered for the first time tonight from Sammy, former proprietor of JuJu’s Bagels now transformed into El Toum. We ordered 4 items and they were ready for pickup in less than 25 minutes. The Mixed Kebab platter, Kofta Burger with fries, Falafel Sandwich with extra tahini sauce, and El Toum Appetizer were refreshingly homemade, tasted delicious, and proved outstanding bangs for the buck. More than enough food for a family of four with leftovers. This is a very welcome addition to a neighborhood missing this kind of fare. I highly recommend supporting this local business. Some of the best falafel and tabouli I’ve tasted in quite some time too!“

“Mamoun's Falafel is a classic, old-school establishment that consistently draws a crowd—and for good reason. The food is always fresh and delicious, making it a favorite spot for many. There’s never any issue with the quality or taste of the food; it’s simply excellent.
However, there are a few things to keep in mind. First, they only accept cash, so be prepared. If you’re short on cash, you'll need to use the ATM right outside the store, which charges a $3 fee. The staff, while efficient, can sometimes come across as brusque, especially when you request extras like sauce on the side or if you’re a dollar short. Also, seating is very limited, so it's best to plan on taking your food to go. The prices are slightly on the higher side, but given the quality of the food, it's worth it.“

“This food is absolutely fantastic! Atmosphere is low key, cool music and warm decor (lots of browns, bronze, and candlelight). But the food! Absolute Favorites are the grilled cabbage, warm hummus cart, charred broccoli and the cheese stuffed kreplach! I'm not a vegetarian, but honestly i could have made a whole meal out of vegetables, hummus and that delicious orange wine. Desserts are excellent and the service was lovely. We will be back :)“

“The beautiful, intimate atmosphere and absolutely top notch comfort food would be worth it alone - BUT the service was also awesome. After we were graciously seated without a reservation (try to book ahead because you really won't want to miss this place), the staff was so kind, friendly, and attentive. Absolutely everything we had was wonderful but the knafeh actually brought a tear to my eye. ❤️ Absolutely would recommend 5 out of 5 stars.“

“Happily surprised with how delicious this food was!!! I’m still dreaming of the baby lamb sandwich. The pita bread was soft, fresh and not too thick. First time trying a sea food pizza and it was heavenly and flavorful.
100% recommend. Very friendly service. The mint tea and baklawa were the perfect treat and amuse-Bouche to the meal.
Reasonable prices for quality. Variety of traditional middle eastern appetizers and comfort dishes.
Vegetarian options: Most of the appetizer vegetarian with main dishes that include falafel and eggplant.“

“Ordered twice for takeout and I’m blown away by how close this comes to mom’s food, and let’s take a moment and appreciate this presentation ? wow. Only complaint would be a little less onion in the tabouleh. But very good nonetheless thank you (:“

“Stopped by Holy Pita for a quick bite before dinner. We ordered a few appetizers including the falafel, sumac fries, Moroccan cigars and wings. The fries were my favorite. Nice and crispy, packed with flavor. The Moroccan cigars were a pleasant surprise. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I trusted the recommendation given by the cashier and happy we gave it a try.“

“Each time I eat here I'm at a loss for words, but I'll try: My office is nearby and my coworkers and I have a tier list for 35+ local restaurants of all varieties. This one is at spot number 1. Their falafel is peerless, impeccable and downright divine. The chicken shawarma bursts with flavor within you and has a beautiful contrasting crust. The fries are gorgeous and extremely flavorful. The hummus is perfect.“

“Himachi was not fresh at all but the coconut shrimp was amazing and the chicken dish very good. All dishes were creative and interesting. It’s clear they really specialize in bread. Next time we just get bread-focused items and maybe push them up a star. Great service and a lively atmosphere.“

“Amazing experience hats off to Jason and his team they were above and beyond for me and my family party of 14. We were accommodating to the large party which included toddlers and high chairs. As for the food what can I say we ordered a lot of different items and everything was on point with flavor and temperature. Mixed platters for the family is ideal served most of us and we added few additional plates. I ordered the Mint Lemonade and the Baklava and they were both delicious. I truly recommend everyone to pay a visit !
Kid-friendliness: Ideal for kids they serve chicken tenders and fries which is ideal“

“A very nice place to check out if you’re into mediterranean cuisine! Excellent vegetarian options and delicious food. But if you’re someone who enjoys good service like me then this is not the place. after being sat down for 15 mins the server gave the menu. After reminding 3 times, we finally got water which was bottled and we were not told about I assumed they would bring tap water and on top of that they will randomly put 15% or 18% tip irrespective of party size. Waiting for menu for 15 mins and then waiting for water not sure what kind of service one is getting and to top it off getting the drinks ordered post meal! Again if you’re a foody then this a good place to try but not for the service.“

“Casual, cozy place for tasty middle eastern food. Reasonable prices. Order the Lava Plate. Tasty but the meat was somewhat dry. Falafel was delicious and highly recommend! Coated in sesame seeds and served fresh.
I also really enjoyed the complimentary spiced tea!

“A True Paradise!
I'm thrilled to return to 2 Paradise Restaurant after a year, and I must say, they've taken their excellence to the next level! My previous experiences were already top-notch, but the improvements they've made are truly impressive.
I ordered two chicken wraps, and the flavors were absolutely delightful. The quality of the ingredients and the care in preparation shone through in every bite.
I highly recommend 2 Paradise Restaurant to anyone seeking exceptional taste and value. The team's dedication to continuous improvement is genuinely admirable.“

“The food is delicious! Stopped by the grill house and had delicious chicken shawarma and tabouleh salad. The baba ganoush was excellent with the most amazing falafel I’ve ever had ever! It was moist and so full of flavor! The bronzino was cooked to perfection! The knafeh is ok. This place gets super busy but so worth the time to get the food as it’s made fresh to order.“

“My partner and I love Dar525. The atmosphere is unique, eclectic and at the same time comfortable. In our experience, it is never that busy but you have to know that we have only been there a couple of times.
In any case, due to its atmosphere and space, it is a good place for any group or date. It can be a friendly place for a group of friends, and it can also be a sexy restaurant for a first date.
We really like the food, especially the main dishes, which come with plenty of food and pita bread. However, for me the hummus lacks a little flavor.
When you enter or leave the place, you see through the door, “Spread hummus, not hate.” Amen.“

“This cozy little coffee house is the perfect spot to escape the hustle and bustle, especially as the seasons change. The aroma of fragrant cardamom fills the air, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. But it's not just the ambiance that's great - the coffee is truly amazing. The friendly staff adds to the charm, making you feel right at home. Whether you're catching up with friends or enjoying a quiet moment alone, this place is a must-visit. I can't wait to come back for another coffee break.“

“I had the Kabseh Chicken, which is chicken & rice in lightly spicy, but suprisingly savory tomato paste. It's served w/ salad, an herbaceous & lemony chicken broth soup, & a green tomato & cilantro sauce that I liken to Yemeni chimichurri! I feel a bit wasteful not taking home the leftovers of the generous serving, but the remainder was mostly just rice & lettuce anyway. I also liked the honey flavored malt beverage.“

“I got the combination chapli and vanilla pudding. Worth the price. Fluffing amazing flavor.
Combination chapli has one chicken patty kebab and one beef patty with rice, fries, and salad. I personally could have lived without the fries.
Pudding is great.
Sorry for the posted photo, I ate most of the food.
Just try it. You won't regret it.“
