“2 Really cool music venues out of and in a 100yr old structure that was a staple of Maspeth Queens. Definitely a cool vibe, easy to move around. Has Food Trucks available. And great Bartenders. Now here's where my review goes south. The building is old and wasn't built for comfort. There's very minimal if any A/C. Fans don't do much to help. It gets very hot and humid inside. The bars are easily accessible and well staffed but the selection is minimal. They need to provide more of a selection for beer and canned drinks. It was evident how the place stands when only a Ukrainian flag was flown. Which then explains the Coed bathrooms. which I saw ultimately filtered into men and women as the night went on. Albeit, a few stragglers chose either. Including dudes obviously seeing which one had more women. My final issue was Security. They obviously hired the wrong firm considering the level of events they hold. They were lackluster in their efforts, including properly handling crowdsurfers at the rail. Many were dropped. They even tried to be in the crowd. Very unprofessional. Many had attitudes when spoken with. They also seem to like to violate civil rights. Including asking to prove one's medical needs were actually what they said it was. No matter it's commercial packaging. Then stating it's to keep everyone safe, was condescending to say the least. Quite the attitude on that girl. And then to force two kids in the lot from waiting for their party. Meanwhile, the venue was still full. Overall, I'd say the Venue is cool. Don't let their views get I the way of a good time. But they definitely need to hire an experienced security firm. The cheap route will lead to trouble.“

However they didn’t serve us our bread and were going to serve it after the last course but I told them not to bother. They also were very slow to refill our waters. Other than that, it was great.“

The view and service are great, but it's noisy as there isn't much to absorb the sound. We ordered focaccia, roasted peppers and pasta. Everything is great and super fresh.“

Our server, Emily, was friendly and very accommodating , one of the reasons we are returning for the third time in ten days! We went on Taco Tuesday and had three tacos for $10, the Caesar salad was delicious, but the reason we are coming back again is the Elote— the Mexican street corn is amazing, and they serve it on the cob, dusted with cheese and seasoned to perfection. Yum!!

“Special cocktails. Outdoor seating available and is what makes a difference! Service is patchy the waitresses are better than the waiter however they still charged us full price instead of a discounted price at happy hour for our three wren cocktails which we only discovered afterwards. Also we found it strange that the wren cocktail which we learned to be a batch prep can be crystal clear one day and very opaque and milky the next day (the cocktail is a dark pink color) although the taste dows not change very much, still a bit strange!?

“Here's the review Spencer wrote for you: My family and I just visited to celebrate my grandsons birthday- we like to get a bunch of plates and share family style and this menu was perfect for that. You have to get mezze and extra bread (must try the kubane). We also ended up getting three orders of the shishbarak for the six of us, it is way too good! I got the salmon for my entree which was cooked to perfection and beautifully seasoned. Spencer our server recommended the silan and the cheesecake for dessert so we shared those and boy were they something special- I can’t pick a favorite! He brought us a candle and we got some great pictures. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough.“

“The first time I heard about this place was when I saw their huge sign while driving. My friends and I decided to give it a try and enjoy the food. Since they were running late (or maybe I just arrived too early!), I ended up sitting at the bar and ordered a happy hour margarita with chamoy and Tajín on the rim. For $20, it included chips and guac or salsa—not bad at all. The margarita was delicious, and the chips were fresh.

Once my friends arrived, we ordered a few dishes to share: the enchiladas, tacos a la barbacoa, and tres leches cake. Everything was good, though the food itself wasn’t something we’d rave about, but we definitely enjoyed the overall vibe. I do want to mention that the staff was fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable.“
