“Originally went here for the WiFi and convenient location, but the food was amazing. The burger was delicious and fries were perfect. The service is quick and the lady was very kind!! The bathrooms were extremely clean and well decorated. I highly recommend Tinney’s Tavern for anyone wanting a great lunch or dinner.“

“Stopped in for dinner with my wife and daughter and decided to try the Chicken Parm — my favorite meal but one that often disappoints. Not this time. It was perfect: just the right thickness, crisp breading, smothered in mozzarella, and topped with a sauce that had a great garlic flavor. Easily one of the best I’ve had anywhere. I snagged a bite of my wife’s prime rib and that was excellent too. Service was quick, the staff was friendly, and the bread with garlic oil before the meal was a nice touch. Greens were fresh, as were the sliced apples. We also had what has to be the best grilled cheese sandwich i have ever had. Loaded with a blend of 4 cheeses and caramelized onions. Bread was grilled to perfection. The order also included a fried chicken sandwich which had a huge fried chicken breast. Finally, the side order of chili didn't look that great but tasted fantastic\n I would also like to add that according to Google AI they offer gluten free bread and most items can be made gluten free.“

“Best Burgers in town. This is the First time I didn't put ketchup on fries in my life because they needing nothing and they were not loaded with salt. I shared 1 each large onion rings and fries and we could not finish them all. Burgers were on point. Medium rare, pink in the middle, and the cheese was fully melted. In between customers everyone was constantly straightening up and keeping the place neat and clean. There is no reason to go any place else.“

I can usually find a seat for two, but I would call ahead especially for more than two people. This is a great place. One of my favorites.“

“We came in tonight, a party of 10 adults and 4 kids, for my dad's surprise 60th birthday and Ronnie was our waiter. From the moment we walked in, the staff was extremely friendly, everything was exceptionally clean, and service was absolutely outstanding. Ronnie was extremely attentive, sparked up lots of conversation with everyone, gave recommendations, and really took the time to include the kids (menu options, brought plain butter for their bread, etc). The food was outstanding, drinks were delicious and kept full, and we all left very very satisfied. For a majority of the party, it was our first time dining at Jacob and Anthony's, and there is no doubt that we will all dine there again.

Danny's sauce recipe is printed on a flour sack in a frame on the wall (very close to Mom's) so those of us who cook can savor the taste at home. Everything our party of 4 ordered exceeded expectations and was served up by friendly, knowledgeable staff. The Veal Danny and eggplant in particular....so, so good. Chocolate cake with pistachio cream and a fine cup of coffee to end the meal....now that's perfection!“

“We were there on June 4th Unbeknownst to us it was the start of Belmont week in Saratoga. The city was mobbed with people great to see. But not great on walk in dining. We were told it would be an hour wait because of all the reservations they had. This was not part of our plan of course. We then spotted an outdoor table in the shade. We grabbed it and the rest is history. We were greeted by Eli our server who by the way is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to craft beer. He managed to recommend beers for all three of us that were delicious. Outstanding job Eli. We shared a spicy little pizza and a charcuterie board and both were awesome. What a great experience from start to finish. great beer and food spells a good time and we will be back for more in the future“

“Mary our waitress was amazing. Friendly, attentive. The food was outstanding. We had the fried calamari to start and it was tender, prepared with hot peppers and lemon aioli sauce. Mmmm good!!! The interval between courses was just right. No rushing, time for conversation and digestion. The portions were also perfect so you could have an appetizer and not get filled up before the entree'. The mixed drink menu had many to choose from and an extensive wine list. Keeping our expectations low because it was Christmas Eve , we were blown away with the staff, the food, and the ambiance . It was by far the best meal and overall dining experience we have had in a long time. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful holiday meal!!!“

Birthdays, anniversaries, even before holiday gatherings are held at Pennell's. It has been a part of our family tradition for over 60 years, and I just know our children will continue it for years to come. Great meals and memories! Thank you Pennell's.“

“I will never eat here again I ordered their afternoon tea. A plain salad plate which consisted of greens two slices of cucumber and shredded carrots, a cup of soup and I wanted a scone. They were out of scones so I reluctantly agreed to a piece of cake. When I saw they charged me 29 I spoke to the manger explaning my complaint. She refused to acknowledge that the meal was overpriced for what I had. The waitress never stated there was an upcharge. Had I gotten a sandwich I would feel different but for what I got the price was waaay out of proportion. Never never never eating here again.“

Right from the start they did not disappoint and were super friendly and accommodating. They spread out rose pedals and marked our table as a special event. The staff was on their game, our server was fantastic and the manager was walking the floor ensuring everyone was enjoying their meal, specially asking if it was “perfect”. Wife started with the wedge salad and I had the French onion soup. Both were excellent and the blue cheese was creamy and delicious. Now for dinner. My wife had the filet Oscar which has lump crabmeat, bernaise sauce and asparagus. I had the 16oz. Cajun ribeye which is marinated for 48 hours. Both cuts cooked to perfection and super flavorful. Our sides were creamed spinach and sour cream mashed potatoes, both excellent. They even threw in a free dessert and we went with the hot lava cake and ice cream. I can’t recommend this place enough especially for a special night out or if you’re just looking to impress your date.“

Not worth it considering you got lads stumbling out the bar but wont let someone smoking one cig out the bar, while sober.. it’s been a great bar and no reasons to hate until the bouncers couldn’t “let her in cause of one previous bouncer”. get the head bouncer tryna be careful and didn’t get a chance to chat to the lad but hope he’s well and that next one he thinks a bit more on it.
