“Originally went here for the WiFi and convenient location, but the food was amazing. The burger was delicious and fries were perfect. The service is quick and the lady was very kind!! The bathrooms were extremely clean and well decorated. I highly recommend Tinney’s Tavern for anyone wanting a great lunch or dinner.“

“Stopped in for dinner with my wife and daughter and decided to try the Chicken Parm — my favorite meal but one that often disappoints. Not this time. It was perfect: just the right thickness, crisp breading, smothered in mozzarella, and topped with a sauce that had a great garlic flavor. Easily one of the best I’ve had anywhere. I snagged a bite of my wife’s prime rib and that was excellent too. Service was quick, the staff was friendly, and the bread with garlic oil before the meal was a nice touch. No starter salad, but the generous portions made up for it. If you’re a Chicken Parm fan, this spot is absolutely worth the stop!“

“Scallions offers several vegetarian options. I ordered the Mediterranean Quinoa Bowl. Tofu was supposed to be grilled but definitely wasn’t. The citrus vinaigrette was a bit overpowering. The dish came to the table hot and I enjoyed it other than what I mentioned here. Pistachio ricotta cake was delicious.“

“First timer for a family lunch. Everyone loved the Mac & Cheese (with the breadcrumb topping). I had the chicken sandwich and it was a five star meal along with homemade sweet potato chips. My wife had the grilled cheese and tomato soup which she gave three stars. My daughter had the chili and she and I agreed it was the weal link in the experience. Clean place, fast service and the chicken sandwich is why I give this place a solid four stars. Try it for yourself.“

“Best Burgers in town. This is the First time I didn't put ketchup on fries in my life because they needing nothing and they were not loaded with salt. I shared 1 each large onion rings and fries and we could not finish them all. Burgers were on point. Medium rare, pink in the middle, and the cheese was fully melted. In between customers everyone was constantly straightening up and keeping the place neat and clean. There is no reason to go any place else.“

“Unique decor with tin tiles and an old school, classic feel. you can tell that they are foodies by the way they compose dishes and the cocktails are excellent. It is generally busy. I can usually find a seat for two, but I would call ahead especially for more than two people. This is a great place. One of my favorites.“

“We came in tonight, a party of 10 adults and 4 kids, for my dad's surprise 60th birthday and Ronnie was our waiter. From the moment we walked in, the staff was extremely friendly, everything was exceptionally clean, and service was absolutely outstanding. Ronnie was extremely attentive, sparked up lots of conversation with everyone, gave recommendations, and really took the time to include the kids (menu options, brought plain butter for their bread, etc). The food was outstanding, drinks were delicious and kept full, and we all left very very satisfied. For a majority of the party, it was our first time dining at Jacob and Anthony's, and there is no doubt that we will all dine there again.

“We were there on June 4th Unbeknownst to us it was the start of Belmont week in Saratoga. The city was mobbed with people great to see. But not great on walk in dining. We were told it would be an hour wait because of all the reservations they had. This was not part of our plan of course. We then spotted an outdoor table in the shade. We grabbed it and the rest is history. We were greeted by Eli our server who by the way is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to craft beer. He managed to recommend beers for all three of us that were delicious. Outstanding job Eli. We shared a spicy little pizza and a charcuterie board and both were awesome. What a great experience from start to finish. great beer and food spells a good time and we will be back for more in the future“

Birthdays, anniversaries, even before holiday gatherings are held at Pennell's. “I will never eat here again I ordered their afternoon tea. A plain salad plate which consisted of greens two slices of cucumber and shredded carrots, a cup of soup and I wanted a scone. They were out of scones so I reluctantly agreed to a piece of cake. When I saw they charged me 29 I spoke to the manger explaning my complaint. She refused to acknowledge that the meal was overpriced for what I had. The waitress never stated there was an upcharge. Had I gotten a sandwich I would feel different but for what I got the price was waaay out of proportion. Never never never eating here again.“

Parking: There is few parking spots in front, but there is more around back. Coming from out of town it was a little confusing at first, but we caught on quick.“

“We celebrated my Birthday this past weekend at Morton's -- the Hostess was friendly and recognized my Birthday that was identified in our reservation. Our table was decorated with confetti and there was also a placard recognizing that it was my Birthday.

5 Stars for our server Cat. She was professional, courteous, and beyond friendly. She recognized my Birthday and provided us with outstanding service throughout our meal. Kudos to Cat for being a great ambassador for Morton's.

5 Stars for our food/meal. The menu options were vast and flexible. The timing of the food service was excellent. The presentation was exceptional. The food was prepared to our to wishes, and all courses were delicious.

1 Star for the wine list/presentation -- which is why we gave an overall 4 Star rating. This is the third time that we have ordered a bottle of wine and the wine ordered was out of stock -- a note of point, we are ordering some very nice wines. When we were informed by the Manager/Sommelier that our chosen wine was not available we were presented with the Wine List and asked to choose another selection. We ended up selecting a more expensive wine -- the Manager/Sommelier never offered any relief on price due to our original wine choice being out of stock. When we mentioned this to our server ( again, kudos to Cat for her professionalism and customer service skills in dealing with this issue ) she said she would ask the Manager, and later told us that they were going to honor the price on the original bottle of wine. When we received our bill we were charged the price of the replacement wine -- we were not going to make a big deal over $20, but it put a small amount of tarnish on our experience. What should have happened was the Manager/Sommelier should have represented the Wine List and provided us with 2 or 3 similar choices to our original wine, and offered to honor the original price. After having spent my professional career working for a company that lived by the philosophy's of Lean Six Sigma, this is a lesson in Continual Improvement. With this being the third time this has happened to us, we can only imagine that the same is happening to others. Wine inventory management should be looked at and improved, and the procedure/policy of how the customer is informed and treated in this scenario should also be updated.

We love Morton's and will be back, but the above Wine List experience has definitely negatively impacted a number of our past dining experiences.“
