“We were seated immediately even though there were a ton of vehicles in the parking lot. Had our drinks in less than 2 minutes of sitting down. Our food came in a timely manner. The waitress was attentive without being intrusive. The manager made a brief stop to see how we were enjoying our meal.
I had the Hibachi salmon with rice and steamed broccoli. Broccoli was a little too over streamed but that's my personal preference, otherwise everything was delicious. My partner had the French Onion burger that she enjoyed.

“We hosted a bridal shower in 2024 and a baby shower in 2025 at The Cider Mill, and both experiences were absolutely wonderful. The food was incredible—truly out of this world—and our guests are still talking about it. At both events, multiple people told us it was the best shower they had ever attended because of how amazing the food was. The staff was incredibly accommodating, and Olivia, who we worked with while planning both events, was fantastic. She made the entire planning process so easy from start to finish—organized, responsive, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Everything felt seamless and completely stress-free. We highly recommend The Cider Mill for your next event, or even just for a fantastic dinner. You won’t be disappointed!“

“Celebrated a “cousins holiday get together” here for the first time and based on the experience expect it to be an annual get together in the future. “Had reservations for my Favv 35th birthday & I must say from beginning to the end everything was amazing. Our server Alexis was PHENOMENAL. Very attentive, consistently checking in seeking if we wanted or needed anything. The food & drinks was exquisite, nobody was left disappointed. “We brought a group to this place and the hospitality was second to none as soon as we walked in the door. The beers were ice cold and fantastic, the food was beyond our expectations and the atmosphere really was the cherry on top. Shout out to Roxanne our server who treated us like family. “This place is a hidden gem in the center of Syracuse NY. The sauce for the mussels was extraordinary and well thought out! The glaze on the salmon was exquisite. The salmon was cooked ro perfection.
The atmosphere was quiet as it was a Wednesday. But very open and relaxing!
The service was interesting. Isabella was my waitress. A young college student who just finished at a local community college and said she was considering continuing her education in business finance. I see nothing but success in this young girls future! She is professional, and appears to have a solid work ethic as well!
If you are a local, give this place a try. And if you are traveling from out of town and staying in the hotel, you have a really good place to eat right downstairs!

“Best place to have a party in event room. Maria is the best to work with. Responded very quickly to inquire of room for my father’s birthday celebration. Lots of choices for food and the pizza oven has a variety of tasty pizzas to choose from. Kim DeStefano was the best bartender, quick, efficient and exceptionally friendly. The event room was everything I wanted & could have imagined to celebrate my dad’s 80th. Highly recommend with working with Marie for any parties in the future. “We went to Logan's twice in the last couple if weeks. The food there is great. Despite the fact that the restaurant is short on staff, the staff they do have is phenomenal and always going an extra mile to accommodate their customers. We had a great brunch in Sunday despite a very long wait. Everyone enjoyed their food and our waitress was great! We will return.“

“It was our first visit and my sister and I were there for a nice pre-theater dinner. We had a great experience! I love the concept of a pre-theater, themed menu. Although the choices were limited, the food was great. I had the best ever Short Rib dinner. Portion could have been a bit larger considering the $28 price. But the meat was tender and flavorful. Our server was wonderful and it was just a fun atmosphere.“

“I disagree 100 percent that the riggies here taste better than Utica. They simply don’t. The portion size was great, but the chicken was so cut way too small. The sauce just didn’t hit my taste buds the same. The cheese and seasoning on the saucer for bread is just odd. Not bad, just odd. My server never checked in to ask how my food was, but he did have a lot of tables. I probably would return and order something else. Overall, it’s worth checking out. They do seem to get very busy though. Parking can be limited.“

“I went to Chadwicks's for the first time a little while ago and had a wonderful experience. The Kitchen serves delicious food and the owner was kind and generous. Nicki, the bar tender was friendly and kind and made a mean cocktail. All I can say is come for the cocktails and stay for the food. I can't wait to go back!“

“My friend recommended Luna Cafe to me she adopted a kitty here. I went with my boyfriend today and the workers are very kind. Luna Cafe is a very cool hidden gem!! My boyfriend and I had 30 minutes in the cat room. The cat room was an amazing experience. we both bonded with a Kitty right away she came up to the both of us and we played. I filled out an adoption application hoping we get her🙏. If you're interested in adopting they have so many friendly cats available. I highly recommend this gem. 💓💓“

“First time here last night for my birthday. Sat at the bar and was waited on by Bianca? (Dark hair and sparkly top on) She was friendly, professional, efficient and checked on us often. Gnocchi in vodka sauce and meatballs were to die for, and fried ravioli appetizer special was super tasty too! Currently eating my leftovers for dinner and she wrote the sweetest happy birthday note on the box, sent the wonderful experience home with me. 10/10“

“A party of 11 of us were here after a morning at a pumpkin farm. We had worked up an appetite and we weren’t disappointed with the food and service here! They seated us promptly with the perfect sized table. The food came out in a reasonable time. The waiter was attentive, pleasant and patient with us all. The view outside was gorgeous with fall leaves and everyone including the children were happy with their food. My shaved prime rib sandwich and fries were excellent. This will be a nice family stop in the future. Thank you!“

“This DoubleTree hotel restaurant was a revelation! After a long day of driving, it was the only place open. We ordered a club sandwich and short rib tacos and both were delicious and filling (photo does not do it justice). Staff was attentive and friendly, even at the late hour. Bonus points for having multiple IPAs on tap. If we ever need to stay in the Syracuse area, it will be here, and so will dinner.“
