I just had their brisket and handmade gefilte fish for the first time and will be craving both all year long. Both were so flavorful, tender and crowd pleasers for the entire group of kids and adults I had over for break fast. I have other family that live and work nearby and La Mer is their go to lunch and catering spot. Also - don't get me started on their seared tuna platter with the best wasabi dipping sauce or shrimp cocktail -- both are staples at all of my parties! I love La Mer and the team there!“

“Found this place almost by accident - it was quiet and surprisingly empty for a late Sunday afternoon. The atmosphere is classy and modern, with intimate lighting. Service was prompt and attentive, and the food was excellent. We had the branzino, swordfish, garlic mashed potatoes, asparagus, and lava cake for dessert. I will definitely come back for another meal, and it feels like a well-kept secret - for now.“

“We have been back several times now and each time has reinforced our feeling that it's a local favorite. Last night the oysters were superb—bright, a bit salty, like the ocean. My fish tacos were surprisingly delicious. Others had the seafood Fra Diavolo, and one in our group had a steak. Everyone left happy.“

Calamari was incredible, some of the best I’ve had. Scallops were good, truffle fries delicious. The mains were nice but I personally preferred the appetizers.

“First time trying their breakfast dishes here and I ordered mashed plantain called mangu with pickled onions, chicharron/fried pork and fried mozzarella cheese. I also tried the fruit orange drink with milk forgot the names. Will come back to try their lunch options. Only thing I hate about going here is the difficulty finding a parking spot. Not easy lol“

“On December 12th my law office had their holiday luncheon at this wonderful restaurant. I also ordered a tray of meat lasagna for Christmas. If you have never had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant, I suggest you run - do not pass go - and get your butt there and eat the most delicous food on this planet. The chef created the meat lasagna - a simple dish - and elevated to something that just melts in your mouth with deliciousness. LOVE LOVE LOVE this restaurant!!“
