“I really had to write a review about the excellent customer service at the airport Dunkin’ Donuts. India and Jamel were amazing! They’re so professional, and the most important thing admire is the service with a smile. As a Business owner, I would definitely want them in my establishment.“

“The young lady working this afternoon was a great blessing to me as I'd been working all night and going first thing this morning I'm so exhausted. She made sure that I had enough to eat and was very professional. Even the young man who was with her did a great job in serving me. “I came in June 4 at 7 27am I never really get a sandwich because I'm very funny the team is very awesome amazing place and fast but I looked at the counter it was very dirty all I ask is can you put paper down while you make my sandwich she got upset an a little attitude u not eating it i am and I peep her and the manager whisper good working or not when someone says that u have to take it serious and for the manager she was supposed to say she paying for what she wants even if not she was supposed to make sure that counter is always clean and not talk about the customer with the worker but it's OK I now how to make calls to see what I can do never apologize just whisper and smile I didn't like that and I come in one's or twice a week to the girl that gave me a cup of ice water thumbs up to u and the other guy and lady you guys are awesome manager not cool.“

“Stopped in to grab a drink and a muffin. Store was clean when I walked in and an associate was mopping the floor, counters and tables all looked clean. Associate at the counter was very friendly, and my order was accurate. My drink, a mango pineapple green tea refresher, is very good, and my muffin tasted like it was baked this morning. I wish the other Dunkins in Henrietta were this good.“

“This place is amazing. great service, lovely nice employees despite the amount of people that were in the drive thru they made it work. They are fast and my order is always right. The employees are the best part they may be busy but they always find room to have a conversation. Especially for a gas station dunkin id give this place a 10/10?“

“I have only ever gone here in the morning so I cannot speak for other reviews which state that they close early. However, this is one of the best Dunkin' locations in the Rochester area in my opinion. My mobile orders are ALWAYS prepared and ready to go. The donuts are soft, food is always hot and fresh, and the coffee is ALWAYS good (which isn’t common for Dunkin’ in general). This location exceeds my expectations time and time again. Great work!“

“Came into Dunkin on Monroe Ave 4/10/2024 at approximately 11:47am. The wait wasn’t long at all, sat down with 2 of my friends and we watched a young woman cleaning the walls, lower walls and the tables. She took her time and apologized to us, as we were eating. We didn’t mind, considering she was cleaning and she did such a good job! Thank you to her for keeping the area where everybody eats clean well organized! Attached are before and after photos! “First time I came here I had a bad experience and at the time, they JUST opened and I wasn’t giving them grace. I found out a girl I have known for a while runs this store and she felt terrible for my experience. Honestly I was being over dramatic. Needless to say I went back and haven’t gone to another Dunkin since. This is the best Dunkin in Greece. Food is fresh, coffee always on point. I loveeee the staff and the store is clean! The manager here is awesome too! I feel so bad for my original review and I wanted to make it right since this is the store I give all my money too! ;)“

“It was my first time in Dunkin Donuts, from Canada. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dunkin’ Donuts and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I ordered a coffee and one of their famous donuts, and both were absolutely delightful. The coffee was perfectly brewed, rich, and flavorful, while the donut was fresh, soft, and delicious.

What truly made my visit memorable was the outstanding customer service. The employee at the front counter was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took the time to make sure my order was accurate and even offered helpful suggestions with a smile. Their professionalism and genuine care for the customers really stood out.

“The barista who took care of me up front (red hair) was incredibly kind and helpful even during a short transaction. Also was incredibly kind to the gentleman in front of me. Just a very nice experience/ made my day a bit better. When I was a barista I used to read our online reviews, so I hope they still do!“

“Although I have only been to this DD's location about 3 times, all 3 visits have been pretty good.The last time I was there, the 2 frozen coffees my sister and I got were really strong like "coffee stuck at the bottom bitter type of strong" but with all the pumps of this and splashes of that, caramel, whipped cream on them/inside the cup that still didn't help? So because our mom only lives 2 mins from this location and they were not cheap enough to just let it go(because what I didn't know but what my daughter who's worked at the DDS in Chili Walmart, said it's 25 cents for every pump u ask for? A lot of these DD employees don't give the customers all the pumps they ask for, but then get attitudes because a coffee person knows exactly how their coffee should taste like? ?)I do agree with the drive thru time being very long, and there shouldn't be a reason because the inside was empty and ppl in front of us in DT, were only getting drinks handed out the window to them, but then we noticed that only 2 female employees was there alone? The young lady at the window was the sweetest employee I've came across in the longest time!!! I hope y'all are sitting down for this one.....SHE ACTUALLY ASKED WHAT KIND OF BITTER WAS OUR DRINKS??? So after being shocked we finally told her they tasted like bitter old coffee at the bottom of the coffee maker. She took the time to clean everything out remade our drinks, we tasted them, told her she should be "Employee of the Year" and left! ?Ijs, if some employees tried harder to get orders right instead of just giving customers attitude(and vice versa, because I know some customers are difficult and nasty to deal with)things would run smoother? “Wolfpak and the crew that is on with him get my order right and ready in a timely manner, they do phenomenal. Later in the day you may run into issues (after 4) but typically the crew between 8am-3pm are super nice. You may wait a few minutes in line but thats with anywhere you go!“

“The loaded hash browns were halfway full, there was no whip cream on the vanilla bean coolotta I ordered, not that she asked me when I was ordering. I would have asked her to put it on there but I was already running late for my next meeting. She was very short with me when I was ordering, but she was nice. A lady was walking up to vehicles begging for money, and I know it's hard to avoid with that area but there was a cop in the same parking lot just watching her. Overall I enjoy this location more than others in the city.

Parking: Parking on both sides of the building and in the Plaza if need be, but it's never that crowded from my experience.

“Took my 18 year old HS graduate to grab a dozen of donuts for her and some of her co Ed’s with my wife and it was clean nice and the lady who attended us the manager I believe was beyond exceptional she waited until we got there instead of canceling our online app order for not having our donut selection and refunding us and asked us if we wanted a diff variety selection THATS great customer service!!!. Great job guys keep up the good work the donut were super delicious as well ?“

“I love this Dunkin so much especially their donuts, chicken wraps and iced matcha; but sometimes for the iced matcha they make it wrong. When I asked for one and sometimes I want syrup in it like coffee syrup, they put in more actual coffee than matcha.“

“The staff was exceptionally pleasant. Multiple of them wished me a good morning, and to have a good day. I get that that sounds customary. However, I was only there to pick up a takeout order. So it seemed as if they WANTED

“Love this location! Open until 8pm which is convenient since other locations close earlier in Greece. My fiancé and I went after the gym to get two refreshers last night and we were taken care of by Heaven, the politeness, and friendliness made the trip amazing. She was very thoughtful and sweet! “I used to go to dunkin' on Culver rd on my way to work and home from work. They had great people, but then they left, not sure why. Then, there were not enough people to work there, but I couldn't get a quick order.
It just kept getting worse, so I quit going and went to Starbucks. But I love dunkin' Coffee. Then I was with a friend and we went to dunkins on East Ave. I didn't say anything. To my surprise, it was fast. The grew were friendly. I have been going there every sense. I love them. Great job.“

“Slow and not very efficient. Waited 10 minutes just for hot chocolate. Also, mixing orders is not good as when you order only one hot chocolate and they state two or a coffee and a hot chocolate, you believe it's someone else's order. They got to get their stuff (not the word I really wanted to use) they got to get it together and speed up their very old process.“

“My daughter likes this location because so far they're the only ones who get her coffee right? It's a miracle when she doesn't need to go back in and HAVE to ask them to remake it? A few years ago she worked at D&D(and was excellent at her job. U know ur doing something right when customers ask for "U" to make their food and drinks, but also because ur sweet/respectful towards them) and she definitely knows when not enough caramel or sugar have been added to her coffee.....but it's also not as if it's free, because we do get charged for our little extra goodies and condiments, added to our drinks and food.“

“I had a surprisingly good experience here at this location. I had not visited a Dunkin Donuts location in a few years. The main reason being I am not a fan of their coffee.
I say surprisingly because I ordered a blueberry muffin, and it is probably one of the best blueberry muffins I have tasted outside of Wegmans. In fact, eating the muffin between sips of creamed coffee, even the coffee tasted good.“

“Good job fitting so much in a relatively small corner lot including parking, indoor eating, & drive-thru.

Parking: Plenty of parking on Elmgrove side and on back side. If planning on using drive-thru, may need to use Spencerport Road (south) entrance, as the Elmgrove entrance is south-bound only and drive-thru backs up past that quickly.“

“This place used to be AWFUL and I can not say enough GREAT things about this place now! The staff and the new manager (don’t know her name, has blonde curly hair) are all amazing and remember all the regulars orders to the T! They are a great team of young girls and the new manager has done an excellent job turning this place around! They all work hard and many of us including myself who have had jobs like this in the past know how tough it is and they all serve with professionalism and a smile no matter if the line is out the door or it’s a holiday when no one should have to work. The manager deserves a huge raise and promotion for what she has done for this very busy location!“

“I have personally always had a great experience here. I usually come very early in the morning, although sometimes it’s late morning. I’ve had no problems with the manager or staff, they’re friendly and polite. I actually kind of love the managers energy, she is upbeat, kind, and understanding! One time the latte machine was broken, I was offered an iced coffee made how I want and a donut of my choice. Drive through is almost always surprisingly fast, they answer the speaker fast, and are swift at the window as well. Coffee is usually made correctly and it’s usually very good. Overall I highly recommend this place as a cheap, quick stop for coffee made well!“

“I'm a longtime patron of Dunkin'. I prefer the stand a loan stores. Because of the warmth, seating, and better selection. The gas station Dunkin' is not the best example of a doughnut store. Only two seating options. One counter type w/ three chairs, one round table w/ a single chair. We would have preferred the round table w/ two or more chairs. The drinks and food were better than good. The staff were also kind and friendly. I'd return but prefer stand a loan stores. We got chocolate milk, coffee, 2 apple fritters, one egg, bacon, cheese croissant, one egg, sausage, cheese, muffin.“

“About 6:00pm, was craving some latte, I got served up the best Vanilla Chai latte I ever had. The clerk spent a good amount of time making it, had a feeling it would turn out good, and it did, thank you! Even the cinnamon roll I bought with the chai at that time tasted good.“
