“Ate here while visiting family in the area. Service was excellent and the food was great. I ordered the Cajun catfish with Harlem potato salad and coleslaw as my choice of sides. A server brought us a plate of BBQ samples to try. Everything was good. On-street parking available plus a nearby parking ramp (for a fee). The place was noisy but had a great vibe.“

“While this is the original Garbage Plate, I wouldn’t say it’s the best in Rochester. There are several local places that offer superior burgers, hot dogs, and meat sauce. However, I still enjoy returning to Nick Tahou’s for the classic experience, especially when hosting out-of-town guests. It’s a must-try for anyone looking to get a taste of Rochester's culinary history. Eat up!“

“Catina & Grille is one of the best restaurants on the RIT campus for students to have breakfast and lunch. I visit the restaurant twice a week, and my favorite dish is the burrito Rice Bowl. This dish is a perfect mixture of all the healthy ingredients, and they add a variety of protein, like chicken, beef, pork, etc. The restaurant's ambiance is excellent; people can work on their laptops while enjoying the food. The restaurant service is up to the mark from 12:30 to 2:30 PM. There is a huge crowd of customers at the restaurant, so your order can be delayed due to the same, but apart from that, the overall experience at Catina & Grille is excellent. I highly recommend people living in Rochester and nearby areas visit Catina and Grille and especially try my favorite dish, "Burrito Rice Bowl."“

Had the smoked pork sandwich with coleslaw on it. A phenomenal pairing Tried the bbq spaghetti which nearly blew me outta my seat!!! The bbq sauce was epic! @strangebird you need to shrink the size of the bbq spaghetti to a fries size and server them with the handhelds in place of French fries with that bbq sauce. Cuz heck yes! That bbq sauce on the side as a dipper 🤩🤩🤩. Great job to the staff. Bigger vehicles might wanna park on the street. If it’s busy, the parking lot is very narrow.“

“My elderly dad was having a fit about his Beef on Wek sandwich not being right, after I explained to him that it was, but two different management people very patiently worked with him on it three different times and tried to get it to what his expectations were. I was losing patience and never really got to eat my meal because I was attending to dad. I just wanted to thank you (at the Avon location) for helping me through this and not making it worse! Then, with a party of 6, we had the BEST of the BEST server, Latisha! “Ate there last night. Service was good. Manager Julie super friendly and welcoming. 3 of us had fish fries, 2 battered, 1 breaded. Large portions but a bit overcooked. Coleslaw portion small though. Broccoli with garlic butter had a topping that was a bit salty until I mixed it up. Delicious. Super attentive waitress. Never had to ask for a refill of ice tea she'd bring it upon noticing it was getting low. Wedge salad ginormous!! Almost entire head of lettuce!! Friendly staff and good service. Definitely going back for a 2nd try on the fish.“

“Another great visit to Gusto. I remember to take a picture of the menu. They have a delicious meatball panini that goes great with a glass of wine. They sell wine by the bottle here too. Tasty food, good drink selection and the staff is always friendly.
Today they opened 25 minutes early and fired up the grill. That was so nice of them. They offer their full menu all day. I got the meat ball panini again. Like I said, I love that thing with some red wine, even if it's 9am.“

The bartender was very friendly, attentive, and is very good at what he does. The atmosphere is very laid back lounge feel. Petals is inside the hotel. Both sides of Petals is very laid back.“

“Had the great fortune of trying this Hazy IPA before meeting the owner Kelsey Grammer and watching him pull beer for a few hours. “I love the food here! It's a nice break from most fast food options around and has some healthy options. I also recently had my one and only issue with an online order (I've made many online orders before), but their management team was really responsive and helped rectify the issue. Overall awesome experience.“

“They give you the address - IMO, they should also say 'Chase Tower Lobby' - had drinks and dinner.
The Drunk Uncle was a little harsh - I'd sat stay away from that one - our server/bartender (Courtney) we thought was AWESOME! She must observe people that order Drunk Uncles to watch their reactions - she paid us the 'how are things at first sip' visit - and offered us a substitution since she couldn't bear to watch anyone not enjoying their drink. She substituted a Crystal Coconut (with extra 'zhoozh') - I'd order that one again, I gave Nic Nac a try - a tasty libation - the cherry bitters I thought would add a nice taste, and they were!
The Cauliflower bites with hot ginger we REALLY liked - still good the next day. The Ahi Tuna Nachos weren't bad - being frank, a similar dish we had at Nosh was exceptional.
Cool atmosphere - lots of foot traffic - most from the residents of the upper floors with their dogs.“

“We just held our daughter’s wedding reception at the Max of Eastman Place and I have to say thank you for all you did to provide the perfect venue for our special celebration. The staff was attentive and a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Everything was amazing and our guests had a wonderful evening.
