The wait was not long to get a table and the service was prompt, professional, courteous, and didn’t leave us in want of anything. All of our needs were met. “I was looking for a place specifically to work on my laptop for a couple hours. This popped to the top of the list. Sweet upstairs loft with good wifi and power outlets. Coffee is excellent, and the treats are great. I walked a few blocks to check it out and totally worth it.“

“How is it possible that I didn’t review 4747lic here before?!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Every time I go there for weekend brunch, I have to return for dinner! I just can’t get enough of the place. Their Dutch baby “Primadonna” pancake and lobster roll are to die for. Much of what is on the menu it’s imported from Italy of the finest ingredients. It’s always fun to take the ferry across from Manhattan to the Pepsi Cola Sign and walk a couple of blocks. They can accommodate large groups, children, pets, wheelchairs, (you name it) at their outdoor seating. Run there. 😊💕“

“Farm to people offered CSA quality produce and so much more in their first delivery to me. I ordered a produce box and a fruit box, plus proteins and everything was super fresh, minimally packaged and flavorful. I love the option of being able to switch out items in your produce box subscription. I spent here about 2/3 of what I would spend in the grocery stores on Manhattan. I'm looking forward to my next box already.“

“I love the pizza here, especially on weekends. If I go mid week sometimes it’s not as good.

The service is a bit of a problem for me. While I like going, I frequently feel talked down to by the young women hosting/serving there. There is very little effort put into explaining the menu. I don’t drink, and I see a visible annoyance when we return the drink menu without an order. The person serving me food and pouring water is often a brown busboy. At this rate, I’d rather just put in my order myself. (I hope they tip out to the busboys and back of the house!)

The other day, for a very important occasion w a reservation & note, they made us wait 30 minutes, no apologies and nothing to make up for the wait. I used to go quite often and now feel weird about going.

The atmosphere is confusing. It’s super beautiful inside but the acoustics make it a bit hellish. Some of the worst people of the area get together, screaming loudly, or even talking- and you can’t hear yourself think. But that’s not rly the restaurants fault!“

“First time eating Bolivian food and it was out of this world! Saltenas were rich, juicy, and hearty (start at one end) and the Sopa de Mani is not at all what I expected peanut soup to taste like. think of Rich complex New England clam chowder without the clams. really no peanutty taste at all. the owner was wonderful as well“

We came from NC and after visiting Puerto Rico several times I was so excited for this experience! She was so patient with us! Answered all our questions with a very helpful and cheerful attitude even tho she was drowning in drink orders! With only one other helper, she never showed any frustration and provided excellent above and beyond customer service! The cashier with her was brand new and super sweet as well! Camilla even gave me a hug when we left! She made my whole morning! And gave us the absolute best breakfast recommendation as well! Thank u so much Camilla for your grace and kindness this morning. U had no idea that my Morning started out so crappy, and your sweet personality and loving spirit really turned my day around and the tres leches latte was AMAZING 🙌🏼🩷💯 yall go see them and be patient …..it’s worth the wait ❤️ side note… the whole place is decorated beautifully! “When I walked in the restaurant the delicious aromas let me know I made a good choice. The food was absolutely amazing with vegan/vegetarian options and even a complimentary gluten free appetizer. The staff was welcoming and the service great. The prices were reasonable, but the best part was the delicious food!!“

“We used to frequent the Astoria location which was always so great. The new Manhattan location is no different. Somewhat smaller, but just very cozy and very nice looking. Amazing food as always. The flavors and taste are just the best. No matter what you order you will not go wrong. The service is top notch and Rocco and his staff are just the best at what they do. “Finally got around to trying it after having it on my list for a couple of years. I hadn’t had the chance to make it out to Brooklyn before, but I’m so glad I finally did. The pizza was everything I imagined and more. We were the first ones to order, and it ended up being one of my favorite pizzas I’ve had to date. The crust was light and crispy, the sauce was packed with flavor, and every bite lived up to the hype. An absolute must-try in New York, and I can’t wait to come back.“

“This is the best Korean eel spot in the east coast. The eel is so fresh and tender... melts right in my mouth and the scallion salad is phenomenal. A couple owns this spot and the auntie here is so generous and nice,, I would come back just for her:) All the side dishes, especially the kimchi and bean sprouts, are made by her personally and I've never had better. This became my go-to spot!“

“Other 787 locations always seem crowded or have a line, so I was excited to finally try them at this quieter branch. And I now understand the rave -- I had the Supremo, best coffee I've tasted in a long time, found myself grading the flavor profile almost like it was wine. (And I also see why they don't offer traditional drip -- it's to steer you to a delight like this.)

Service was also great -- the Barista started out treating me like a regular, but was also able to quickly pivot once learning I wasn't one (though that may change). Adaptability like that = skill in my book.“

“This is a very local restaurant.
It doesn't have fancy decor, nor does it serve mind-blowing dishes with flavors you can't find anywhere else.
However, their food is very wholesome and down-to-earth, without the heavy oils or excessive salt used to aggressively hook a customer's palate.
The prices are also very affordable—I imagine people working nearby frequent this place often.
I'm a delivery truck driver, and whenever I pass through this area, I make sure to stop by.
The elderly owner is Taiwanese and extremely kind, and they also employ some Spanish staff. The overall work atmosphere is wonderful, and I'm certain the owner treats them very well. Dining here gives you a sense of peace that you just can't find anywhere else.
You shouldn't go out of your way just to eat here, but if you happen to be passing by, you definitely have to drop in and check it out.“
