First, if you are coming here, you should have an open mind as they are selecting all your sushi pieces and you are going to be led in this dance. Chef selects his fish based on availability and quality. That means no two visits here will be exactly the same. You are also experiencing works of art that impress your vision as well as your taste. You will be thoroughly satisfied in every way.

“Highly disappointed went in with a pert of 5 to celebrate a party which was explained. While having our starters waitress informs us they if we don’t mind them adding 2 of their customers to our table so that the same chef will cook for us together.The hibachi grill part only had another party with us being the second & all other tables were empty. We told her we don’t feel comfortable with that and reminded her we are here for a party. So she comes back telling us her manager said it will have to be that way and we left. I can’t be believe that lost 5 customers over 2 and they even had the nerve to tell us to move over for them to add 2 people we didn’t know to our table. If the tables were all full we would have understood why but the whole place was empty. I would never recommend this place to anyone”

“We had an intimate Repast at Farington's Cafe after the sudden death of my nephew. We were all so impressed with the food... a delicious salad and one of the best penne vodka dishes ever. These were followed by the main course...choice of lemon sole, flank steak or chicken parm. Each and every dish was superb! Beyond this, the compassion shown by the staff was so consoling. I recommend this restaurant to all. You will thank me!”

“I love this place. They always have great and fresh food. My favorite has to be the vegetable ramen. It’s so delicious, their chicken wings are flavorful and guns texture is pretty good. I love their bubble tea as well. I order through Uber eats majority of the time, I wonder if I can directly order from this restaurant though. I think I’ll find that out. Today I ordered the matcha green tea bubble tea, usually I order the mango milk bubble tea. They must remember because Uber gave me a complimentary mango bubble tea. This place is highly recommended by me. 10 stars”

Their hot Italian bread and homemade fresh mozzarella are honestly some of the best you’ll find anywhere. They also do incredible catering — everything arrives fresh, well-prepared, and delicious. It’s great having a place you can rely on for both everyday shopping and big family events. Highly recommend!”

“Visited alone to try the pizza and watch some of the Jets game - the former was delicious and the latter disheartening. My fellow diners and the bartender were all remarkably welcoming of a non-islander and even gave me a free Jets x Captain Morgan can which I used as a cup for a year. They might have handed that out just because they didn't want to associate with the Jets anymore. Who knows.”

Yummy lobster bisque, I ordered a 2nd bowl after finishing the first! Fried calamari was yummy as well. The raw oysters were perfect and the boil with Hook & Reel's own Cajun sauce was outstanding. Our server, Moe, was friendly and very efficient; he makes your dining experience error-free so you can relax and enjoy the meal. The Manager here gets credit for a well-run ship! He really appreciates the customers and it shows. You will definitely want to eat here frequently. Great service, tasty food, relaxed atmosphere - you won't be disappointed.”

“First time trying halal Korean fried chicken, and it definitely had a unique initial flavor compared to regular KFC 😉. I placed a pickup order—although it was ready a little later than scheduled, the taste of the chicken made up for it. It was crispy, flavorful, and reminded me of the chicken I had back in Korea.”

John was our server, and he was awesome—super friendly and very personable. He checked on us just enough without hovering and gave us great recommendations.
I really missed coming here. It felt so nice to just sit, relax, and not feel rushed while enjoying our food. The clam pie was amazing, and the buffalo calamari was just as good. Parking is still terrible (it took us over 20 minutes to find a spot), but honestly, it was worth the hassle and wait for a table. Overall, great food and great service. If you go, definitely ask for John!”

My family thoroughly enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. My aunt said the chicken francese was the best that she has had and the wings and burgers were outrageous. We are looking forward to our next event at Ralph’s!”

“Oh the cheesecake, bars or ice box. Pieces of heaven even though I'm lactose intolerant. All the pastries really. Their donuts, if you get there early enough to get them, are always fresh and nothing like the commercial crock. A top spot!

“We are visiting the city for a girls trip. We rode the Staten Island Ferry to get a good view of the Statue of Liberty. Instead of turning right around we decided to have lunch on Staten Island. We wanted to go to Nonna’s (from the movie) but it was sold out. We wandered back toward the ferry and discovered MVP Pizza that said local favorite in the window. It was quiet so they had room for six of us. Sergio was a great host and cook. He told us he had a limited menu but then made us two great pies. No artichokes so he suggested mushrooms as a pairing which was delicious. It was a great experience all around- we could chat and spend time while indulging in perfect NY pizza! Please try it you won’t be sorry!

Six Tortillas would of been fine for that dinner. We asked for more and they gave us 3. Noticing the bill I WAS CHARGED for the 3 extra ($2.50)? That's Not Good Business. I have never been charged for a few extra tortillas. I will not go back or recommend. Disappointed. It was freezing in there.”

“I was sick for 2 days with presumably a virus or infection that caused me to have 103 Fahrenheit fever, my throat was killing me wondering how I was going to survive. But I got the Rojo Sandwhich and it saved me. Thank you ❤️ ( for the record this is not a joke review, my fever never came back up once after eating the spicy rojo sandwhich)

Place is clean as a whistle and festively decorated. They give you a lot of food and the prices are a great value for the quality and quantity. We had huaraches (tortilla was easy to cut and tasty). Huevos rancheros and eggs and ham. Everyone enjoyed their meal!”

“Thi location has the slowest service of the 3 Jersey Mike's on Staten Island. The staff seemed to be unorganized or undertrained to the way Jersey Mike's operate. I waited 20 minutes for my Italian combo to be made. Unacceptable.. Will not go back to this location.”

The Spinach Ricotta White Pie was out of this world: perfectly creamy, loaded with flavor, and the crust had that perfect balance of crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Then the Pepperoni and Hot Honey Pie… unbelievable. The spicy kick from the pepperoni mixed with the sweetness of the honey made for the perfect combo — I couldn’t stop eating it. “Had a Great Turkish breakfast in a cozy, welcoming place. A true Turkish hospitality! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served as a generous breakfast spread that felt truly authentic. Chef Serkan clearly puts care into every dish, everything tasted so delicious and fresh made by him. Suleyman was also excellent: friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed with all smiles. Overall, a really enjoyable breakfast and a spot I’d happily recommend to anyone craving a proper Turkish morning meal.”
