“I love this place. They always have great and fresh food. My favorite has to be the vegetable ramen. It’s so delicious, their chicken wings are flavorful and guns texture is pretty good. I love their bubble tea as well. I order through Uber eats majority of the time, I wonder if I can directly order from this restaurant though. I think I’ll find that out. Today I ordered the matcha green tea bubble tea, usually I order the mango milk bubble tea. They must remember because Uber gave me a complimentary mango bubble tea. This place is highly recommended by me. 10 stars“

“As a top reviewer who has tried countless ramen spots across NYC and beyond, I can say Hitto Ramen delivers a satisfying experience worth checking out if you’re on Staten Island. The ramen here is the star: the broth is deep and rich with layers of savory flavor that linger, the noodles are fresh with the right chew, and each bowl feels thoughtfully prepared.
The gyoza were crisp with a light, flavorful filling, a solid start to the meal. The pork belly buns were decent , tender pork, soft buns, though not the standout of the night, they still hit the craving. The portions were fair, and prices are reasonable for the quality.
The space is clean and welcoming with a relaxed, neighborhood vibe that makes it easy to settle in and enjoy your meal. Service was quick, friendly, and attentive without hovering, which I appreciate.
It’s clear this is a spot that cares about its food and its customers. Would love to see more variety in appetizers to round out the menu, but overall, Hitto Ramen is a reliable, comforting choice when you want a warm, satisfying meal without the trek into the city. Definitely worth a visit, and I will be back.“

“I recently visited Susokino Financial District and tried the Susukino ramen, and it was delicious! The flavors were rich and well-balanced, making it a dish I’d happily order again. I’d definitely recommend it to others who appreciate a satisfying bowl of ramen. The overall price was reasonable, and the iced oolong tea was also fantastic — refreshing and a perfect match for the meal.“

“Tanoshi Ramen is one of those places that makes you feel like you’ve stumbled upon something special — not just because of the food, but because of the people.
We first visited last year and were immediately struck by how kind and welcoming the team was. There’s a warmth to this spot that makes you want to keep coming back — and the food absolutely seals the deal.
The ramen is phenomenal. You can tell it’s homemade — rich, soulful, and made with love. My husband is obsessed with the Spicy TanTan Ramen (he’s had it more than once!), and I always go for the Spicy Tonkotsu. Both are deeply flavorful and comforting, with the TanTan especially reminding us of great Sichuan flavors.
But the real surprise star? The wings.
Quite possibly the best wings we’ve had in NYC — juicy, perfectly seasoned, flavorful without being over-the-top. They’re unforgettable in the simplest, best way. (I admit I have ordered just the wings via delivery because that’s what I was craving and they are THAT good!)
Tanoshi is one of those rare spots that feels both homey and special. We’re lucky to have it.“

“This ramen place is so underrated. The noodle is cooked to perfection - just enough chewiness and not soggy at all. The soup base is just fatty enough and so so tasty. I also like how they package their to go orders.
I definitely recommend this place.“

“I’m not sure why the reviews are low here. Lou my server did absolutely everything and was so personable and made me feel like a valued guest. He also made sure my sake was never empty. I can tell Lou loves his job and that hard to find at a Newark airport restaurant. I will definitely be returning and can only hope Lou is working when I am there. The sushi roll I had was quite good too.“

“For a food court, it's delicious ramen!
A perfect afternoon meal if you are in the area.
The noodle quality is not the best but the flavor of the broth and pork is top notch.
I would go for the deluxe next time so it has the egg!“

“The restaurant is located in the Dyker Heights section of Brooklyn. They prepare Japanese cuisine. I ordered the sushi bento box. It includes choice of soup or salad, three shumai, rice, and eight pieces of sushi. The sashimi bento box is the same with nine pieces of sashimi. The harumaki are Japanese spring rolls and were crisp. The vegetable gyoza are dumplings with a vegetable filling. The food was fresh, well-prepared and well-priced. Very friendly and helpful staff.“

“Had the karaage, paitan ramen, and tonkatsu curry over rice. All decent. The curry unfortunately tasted exactly like store bought ready to eat packets. Not necessarily bad, just something to note. Tonkatsu was a bit dry. They charge for hot tea ($2 per person).“
