I walked in and couldn't believe how friendly everyone was. Instantly it became my #1 go-to. The food is tasty and the people treat you like family. “I just ordered the Ballfield-Chicken Cutlet, Bacon, Melted Swiss, Onion Rings, Russian dressing on Garlic Hero , It was the best Hero I have had in a long time. It was packed with Cutlets and was so filling I ate half then a few hours later ate the other half. I will def go back for another order soon.“

I have been going to this place for several years and I am always happy with my breakfast sandwich. I'm in and out in less than 8 minutes. Good flavorful sandwich, with crispy bacon, and soft bagel. Every time I go to Dunkin up the road because it's across from my office, I'm disappointed and delayed. Yesterday at Dunkin, it took 20 minutes for me to get a PREMADE chorizo and egg wrap, that was still ice cold in the center. I will GLADLY take the slight detour to NY Bagel, as it's worth it.“

“I've always been going to this location due to its convenience but now that it's under new ownership this year, not only is it better but you get more for your dollar. The prices now are actually better than they were under previous management. Great combinations for breakfast or lunch, many fresh cream cheeses and bagels/flagles. I highly recommend this location. If you cannot find it, go right past the Walgreens if you are heading north on Terry and turn where it says massage envy because it is easy to miss. If you hit Maureen's, you went too far north. The hero roll was just right (fresh and not too hard or dry) Having breakfast food delivered can be iffy (at your own risk) but the Hungryman I ordered from Bagel City Co. was excellent, best I've had since moving to the Smithtown area.“

“I’ve been getting bagels here since the early 2000s. Their bagels are my favorite, tighter and denser than a lot of other places in the area, which I prefer. Their bagel sandwiches are delicious.Coffee could be stronger and hotter though, and it’s more expensive than the competition. I remember when the bagel sandwiches were like 5+ dollars, now they’re almost 11. I realize everything in the area has gone up, though, so it is what it is.“

Ive been there the last 2 days for breakfast, bringing my out of state sister and brother in law. We all loved the sammies. Also got a couple of jelly donuts. Also Amazing. My husband stopped by after work today at 3pm to get Italian bread. I was hesitant about getting any kind of bread late afternoon but it was so fresh. ! Will be checking out their sweets. “Great Food, Great Service, The Staff is Great, There's Welcoming Atmosphere that is Family Oriented which is what you would expect from a Family Owned Business. They're involved with numerous Charities from coats and toys for the needy, to Cancer Research, for our Men and Women in the Armed Services. They donate to local hospitals events and fundraisers. I've tried Bagel Stores from Miller Place to Stony Brook, from Coram to Port Jeff, including other Strathmore's and by far Strathmore of Mount Sinai has been the best.“

“Bagel Patch in Medford, CT, holds such a special place in my husband's heart—it's the bagel spot he grew up with, where his dad would always pick up fresh bagels on the weekends. We made sure to stop by over Easter weekend to keep the tradition alive, and it did not disappoint!
