“I'm definitely not a sandwich person. But this place hits the mark every time. Its my 1st time ordering from Syosset location have always ordered from Hicksville but the seem to stop delivering to my area. Back to the sandwich. I always try something different, this time I tried the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich and it did not disappoint. A sandwich is always last or mostly not even an option for me but this place makes me think about having a sandwich more often than I ever have. So good and consistent I had to leave a review even though I order from the Hicksville on the times before“

“Great staff! Very friendly and efficient. Establishment is very clean and well kept. Very good with allergies, When I told them what I was allergic to they told me what to look out for, and made sure to wipe everything down as to avoid cross contamination.“

“I don’t usually leave reviews but I just had to in this case. Pantano’s of Plainview catered my baby shower this past weekend. The food was amazing!! Three days later and I'm still getting texts complimenting the food. Gian Luca and his staff made everything so so easy, from the amount of food I would need to what to actually order to the sides and extra sauces; everything was perfect. With such a busy day, that was one thing I didn't have to worry and stress about. I highly recommend!“

The app used for online order charged some hidden fees that were not made transparent. When I confronted them about this during pickup, they immediately gave me cash back for the hidden fees that even they were not made aware of. I appreciate the honesty and the food was very good. I especially like the steak quesadillas, the Beast and the Buffalo chicken cheesesteak hero. Super tasty! The wings were a little overdone with some burnt sides but overall still tasty. “I stopped by the Panini store in Mineola and had one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. Everything tasted fresh, the burger was perfectly cooked, and the flavors were on point.

“I've had half way decent experiences at a couple Jersey Mike's in the past. I was visiting a friend and we decided to get some, I tried the buffalo chicken cheesteak for the first time and it was easily one of the best sandwiches I've ever had, so good! A couple weeks later I went to a different jersey Mike's local to me, craving the buffalo chicken and it was not great maybe a 3/5. It had none of the flavor I remember enjoying so much and overall it just missed the mark of what the East Meadow chain delivered. My friend who frequents the East Meadow one says they're always consistent and tasty, so I have to imagine my amazing sandwich there wasn't a fluke. If you're deciding which location to visit, this is the one.“

“Pretty good service and clean place !! The boneless wings with barbecue sauce is the best !! Fries are okay but the mozzarella sticks are yummy, I love how perfectly crunchy they are !! Their Lemonades are also very refreshing so definitely come here for a lemonade during the summer !! “I went there April 27th with my BF. He ordered the sandwich and I wasn't paying attention, we left and in the car he said he had issue with how it was made and wanted to throw it away. I said no, that sandwich was expensive, just bring me back and I will explain the issue and hopefully they will remake it for free. I talked to the manager Tanya, and explained and she remade it and remembered my order. I think I came back 15 minutes later, the manager seemed tired but was nice, quick and efficient.
