“I immediately noticed that this is a homemade patty. Not your traditional flaky Jamaican patty with excessive shortening or butter cut into the dough. That being said, for the lack of flake, there is no shortage of flavor. What a delicious bite. The beef and the chicken were both tasty and well seasoned.

I did not stay inside of the store longer than two minutes at most. Extremely efficient customer service.

"Paul" has kept up standards. The Coco Breads are THE BOMB - I'd know, I was taught to make them at the bakery my Granny worked in Mo'bay every summer! A MUST HAVE !!!! Go out of your way. Now there are truly great and consistent options in pastries and cakes that are excellent treats and for special occasions while being very accessible in this neighborhood. Looking forward to frequent this shop. Favs are coffee drinks, buns with Asian flare i.e. those with red bean and sweet potato fillings. Everything chocolate is excellent... “In 2024, the Monsey area is filled with catering establishments, take-out store, and bakeries, and yet Glaubers, which has been here forever, is still the best. They have catered kiddushin and a wedding for us and we were always greatly satisfied. When you go to the store you will find fresh and delicious food, and the people serving you are even more delicious! If you haven't been to Glaubers yet, go tomorrow.“

“Let me start with I am not one to write reviews however this one is worth the occasion. It was an absolute pleasure working with Wildly Cakes to get a cake for my bridal shower. We had a traveling themed bridal shower and Wildly Cakes was able to make this beautiful world map on the side. But it doesn’t just end there the cake itself tasted delicious. We got a vanilla cake with cookie butter filling and all my guests ranted and raved on how good it was. We actually have our wedding cake being made by them too and we cannot wait to see and taste it especially after this great first impression.“

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this bakery and the incredible service they provided for our wedding.

We decided somewhat last minute that we wanted a wedding cake, and they were able to accommodate our request on a very tight timeline. There was a small rush fee, which was completely understandable, and absolutely worth it. From the moment we spoke with them, they were professional, helpful, and committed to making our vision come to life.

What made the experience even more special was that the cake design was essentially a freestyle cherry blossom theme. We trusted their creativity, and they exceeded every expectation. The cake was absolutely stunning and became one of the most beautiful details of our wedding.

As gorgeous as the cake looked, the flavor was even better. We chose a two-tier cake with chocolate cake and cannoli filling on one tier, and yellow cake with fresh raspberry filling on the other. Both were phenomenal. The flavors were perfectly balanced, rich without being heavy, and sweet without being overpowering. The icing complemented the cake beautifully rather than overwhelming it.

To be completely honest, it was one of the best cakes I've ever had. Many wedding cakes look beautiful but don't necessarily taste amazing. This cake delivered both. Our guests loved it, and we received numerous compliments throughout the evening.
