“The dishes at Thirty-Seven Lane are very rich and varied, and the vegetables are very fresh. The beef is recommended to be hand-cut beef. It tastes great. The crabs are still alive and delicious. The waiter Xiaokai is great. My friends and I are very happy to have the meal. Thank you San Lane 17“
“Great lil Izakaya! The staff are extremely friendly and hospitalable, the food is delicious, the portion sizes are very generous, and a combination can be made if asked in advance.Definitely get the cheese corn and put some sweet soy sauce on it... And ask for the sweet and spicy sauce on the side, it makes any dish 50 times better lol. There's two other locations in New York, apparently one is in Manhattan, I'm not a local so I can't remember where the other location is... Either way I'm coming back to the Flushing location as I just really love the atmosphere, the location, and the staff...If you see the owner, tell them that the Black nerdy girl from Mississauga recommended the place and said to say hi ?“
“I'm no expert on Korean food but I do know delicious and this place definitely hit the mark. Upon walking into the place I knew it was going to be a good experience. The staff were super friendly and also helpful with food selection which I needed. The restaurant has a light and airy feel to it with a nice layout with an ability to accommodate smaller groups. The bar seating is a great choice if you're on your own or with a friend. The make all types of cocktails and have a nice selection of beers including some Korean options. The food menu offers some classic Korean dishes from what I learned. I went with the Spicy Squid Bibimbap for my main. Before that came out they brought me a free appetizer which hit the spot. I'm not certain what it all was but I didn't leave much behind. Apparently this is one of three locations. I really hope to be back again in the future. Enjoy!!“
“It was my first time dining here with friends and the meal did not disappoint! The seafood pajeon was so crispy and the seafood/flour ratio was perfect. The braised spicy chicken was flavorful and filling. The service here was also friendly and attentive too! Our server checked on us frequently and the owner was sweet and generous, making sure we enjoyed our stay. I can’t wait to come back here!“
“Welcome to a Alley 41, a Michelin Bib Szechuan restaurant, hidden on41st Ave in the heart of Flushing Queens. With a modern and traditional decor, their friendly staffs are ready at your service. Steaming hot dishes come out in lightning speeds to satisfy your hunger. Everything is fresh, tasty, and flavorful. Grab your chopsticks and start digging in for some Szechuan delights. Make your way to Alley 41 and spice up your dinner!“
“Came here on a whim after having a hard time deciding on a place to eat. Best decision ever as everything we ordered was delicious. The service here is great too, they train the staff here well. This spot is now a must visit whenever im in nyc. Go to orders are the Peking duck with the salt and pepper duck bones, preserved ham fried rice and szechuan string beans. Those three dishes are ? ? ?.“
“Me and my friend recently dined here and I was pleasantly surprised. We started with the Happy Hour menu and ordered a few appetizers and drinks. The food was nicely seasoned and tasty. We then stayed for our dinner reservation and the food was delicious. We're definitely going back. I highly recommend.“
“My Family and I are frequent visitors at Moca, we just love it there, from the food to the service to the atmosphere everything about this is place is a good vibe . If you decide to visit please ask for Pseong, he’s the best waiter there, he’s super nice and extremely friendly, my daughter, boyfriend and I really like when waits on us.“
“Today was my birthday and my wife asked me where I wanted to dine out with our two kids. I mentioned a few options, and asked for her thoughts. She mentioned having gong to Yummy Yummy with some of her girl friends recently. I agreed and we headed out there. We arrive about 6:45pm and most Bell Blvd, 48th Ave or adjacent streets surrounding the restaurant are paid metered parking till 7pm Mon thru Sat, and Free Sundays. On the side roads if you walk further you'll notice where the paid metered parking ends there is free public parking. My wife called ahead and made reservations for my birthday for 7pm. In conversation they reserved us half a Hainanese Chicken. That was a good idea because the place was packed at 85% full when we arrived. This evening was cold and a col breeze would rush in when the front door was opened. This restaurant has its own style. It's clean, well lit, ceiling fans in the front half with wood planks hanging vertically evenly space like steps getting lower toward the front of the restaurant. The planks are burnt with texture and they seemed to absorb sound making the restaurant atmosphere less noisy with so many patrons talking - it was comfortable and you could hold a conversation. The tables and chairs were sturdy, clean, and did not rock or creak. The wait staff were courteous and attentive. If you speak Cantonese you'll enjoy your dining experience because my wife conversed with our waitress asking about dishes before we ordered. We ordered the following dishes and am listing them in the order they were served.Roti Pancake - we ordered two which was served with a small bowl of curry chicken with chucks of potato.Cumin Pork Knuckles - served in a plastic basket they were crispy and mouthwatering savory.Fried Beef Chow Fun - my son immediately mentioned the dish had Wok Hei, the beef and noodle was savory.Steak with Back Truffle and Mushrooms - The beef was tender , with thick slices of mushroom and potato, and the truffle infused sauce was delicious.Hainanese Chicken - there was a slight wait on this dish. The check was tender and moist, it was served on a bed of thin sliced cucumber. A sauce tray with four sauces accompanied the chicken adding to the flavor of this dish.* I'd recommend any of the dishes we ordered, but my top favorites were the Chow Fun and Steak.Normally I'd have provide pictures of all our dishes, but the food did not disappoint so I was only able to ask at the last moment my daughter to snap a quick picture of the Hainenese Chicken which I'm still waiting on her to forward to me for this review.Payment - We were told they didn't take Discover, and listed MasterCard or Visa, and cash is king.I gave Yummy Yummy 5 Stars based on the food, service, and atmosphere. There are more and more quality Asian restaurants beyond Manhattan/Chinatown, , Brooklyn/Chinatown, and Flushing/Chinatown. I'd rate it $$, but I'd keep in mind that prices have been rising. *One unofficial litmus test I'd point out is that if an Asian restaurant is patronized by a high number of Asian regularly there is a high chance the food is good.“
“Stopped in for a quick takeout order on a weeknight, the staff were very attentive and provided great service.Food:- Kai burger: SO good!! Highly recommend. Really good flavor and ratio of meat and cheese and toppings. Best part of the meal.- onion rings: these were okay, but I think it was due to the delay in getting home and eating them. The sauce was good and and breading indicated they’d be good fresh. Could benefit from having more in the order.- soup dumplings: very tasty, still warm when I got home with them. Had a lot of meat packed in.Had a little mishap with the shrimp dumplings, but the staff was proactive and made the situation right. Food was out quick. Give this place a try if you’ve got a hankering for some comfort food.“
“My first exposure to Burmese food. I was really excited to try and learn about it. I enjoyed the suggestion from the staff. I'm also vegetarian. I was leaning towards one option, but he highly suggested someone else (the photo I posted and pointing to) and I went with his option.Glad I did. Twas amazing. Something I learned about the cuisine, is that food necessarily won't be piping hot. It's intentional.“
“The food here was amazing! If you like spice and unique taste then this is it!We had the lamb skewers, samsa, beef stir fry, pearl noodles and more. The lamb skewers were better than the ones you would get at a street cart in downtown Flushing. Definitely coming back!“
“Cannot say enough good things about this restaurant! Quality is amazing. We order from here a lot, and they package everything so organized, provide chopsticks, soy sauce and deliver in a quick manner. Hot food we order is always still hot upon arrival! Highly suggest!“
“It's Saturday and decided to bring my wife for a quick date night. The place looks cozy and the food selection looks pretty unique. I had the Wagyu burger while she had the Beef rib with bone marrow. Both food came out good and we will definitely come back.“
“The service is nice, the store was empty when we came in we were the only customers. The store is really dark and the ambience is a bit calm because the music wasn't blasting in our ears. We ordered the Japanese shumai and it was okay to say the best. We also got braised beef noodle soup and it was good. I liked how there were different types of noodles you could pick, we picked egg noodles. The beef was soft and literally just melted in your mouth. However, we did hear the microwave go off a couple of times before getting our food which was kind of weird.“
“The service is great, the food is delicious and the presentation is even better! I ordered their lunch chicken teriyaki Benton box . A plate like this would cost $35 plus dollars in Manhattan but in Jamaica NY it was less than $20.The picture doesn’t include the Thai tea I ordered and the salad that comes with the bento box.The place is clean and the food presentation is exceptional.“
“Queens is really full of very nice restaurants and I will never get to dine at all of them. However, I was fortunate to be able to visit Hana Asian Bistro and I really was quite impressed. They are located at a very small shopping center off the highway and the lot is somewhat cozy (there is more parking on lower level for those who are concerned about getting your car door dinged). It looks quaint from the outside but once you step in, you think you were transported to a banquet hall. The interior is very spacious (to the point where you can run laps around hypothetically), containing more than ample seating for large parties, couples and individuals. Along the back wall there are special booth style seats that will let you know right away this is not your run-of-the-mill Asian take out restaurant. And when you enter you will probably notice the large screen televisions along the back wall that showcase of some of their food photos and some live tv. You have to see it for yourself. They recently did some renovation and the displays look awesome. There is a fully stocked bar as you enter. They have a plethora of drink options including (alcoholic) signature cocktails, wine, beer, sake and soju as well as (non alcoholic) like soda, juice and bubble teas! The food menu consist of Asian fusion options with some western influence. Not only do they have a full alcohol bar, they also have a sushi counter. The menu offers appetizers, classic rolls (raw and cooked), vegetarian options, specialty rolls (always a must order), sashimi, sushi bar entrees, hibachi style dinner (no performance) fried rice, ramen (pork bone broth only with your choice of braised pork, grilled chicken, shrimp tempura or jumbo shrimps) and dinner bento box options. There is more to this portion of the menu you have to check out when you visit. There chef's special menu option that includes grilled filet mignon, rack of lamb and Chilean sea bass. These are higher end items but great for special occasions or if you want to eat something super savory. The fish was fresh. I was had the opportunity to watch the chefs cutting fresh salmon and tuna at some point during my visit. The spider roll is one of my favorite rolls and they prepared it well. My advice would be to pick your favorite type of roll and you will have chosen well.I was surprised to find they offer a seafood boil option menu with spice levels starting from zero to triple hot peppers. The options here include little neck clams, fresh mussels, New Zealand mussel, head-on shrimp, crawfish, head-off shrimp, snow crab legs and lobster tails. You can order individually or choose one of their special combo options. When it comes to seafood boil, I probably am impatient with all the cracking and peeling but I was with a group and it was fun and finger licking good...literally.And you know you always have to save room for dessert! You have choices like ice cream, tempura ice cream and oreo and sorbets. Not all the dishes will be to everyone's liking. But overall if you dine in, you will find something that suits your palate. There is no way for me to list it all here but with all this being said, I was very very surprised to find that this is a family owned restaurant. You can tell they appreciate every one of their customers and they put so much care of love into each dish. The staff is super friendly and polite. The menu was a bit daunting for me at first but they made some very good suggestions for rolls and entrees my guests and myself. There is an older lady there who would always check on us to make sure we were okay...like a mother checks on their children.I do not know everyone's name who was working that night but they certainly deserve the highest praise. A big thanks to the lovely and mysterious bartender who took care of my party and kept us well hydrated. She deserves a raise.Parking: Tight parking lot in front of restaurant. More space underground.“
“I've eaten here in person and often get delivery from here. The sushi rolls are so fresh! It's a little on the pricey side compared to some other sushi spots in the area but it's definitely worth it! Fast delivery and fresh food. And when I ate there by myself before, the service was welcoming and fast. I definitely recommend this place!“
“I ordered Musubi. It didn’t look like on a picture, but tasted pretty good. Prices inside cheaper then ordering to go (maybe it’s like this everywhere, but that’s what I noticed). I was waiting for a while for my order even though place was not busy. I would come back to try poke bowl if I would be in the area, but wouldn’t drive there just for the food.“
“This is a hidden gem in East Rockaway! The food is delicious. We ordered Kung Po Chicken and Gyoza. The chicken came with rice, wonton soup (so good!) and crackers. The gyoza was awesome. We’d definitely come back and use this place as our go-to restaurant for Asian food in the area.“
“Food was good, drinks were NOT it. However service could have been better. Our sever was pretty rude and made an error with my husbands order then had the audacity to role her eyes once we corrected her. We weren’t rude at all about it. It’s totally ok things happen. But don’t roll your eyes. You work in the service / restaurant industry. Then to top it off they automatically charge 18% tip to your bill. Again totally fine, but I think that’s why we were given poor service as they know they will make their money regardless. This place leaves much to be desired.“
“My wife and I came to Nomiya for a Valentine’s date. The food was good, though there’s definitely good sushi in the area for cheaper. Service was pretty lackluster. Nobody checked on us during the meal, they cleared our plates but we had to wait 15 minutes and then flag somebody down to get our bill. It’s quite a small restaurant and wasn’t full at the time.“
“Solid spot. They stay open very late. My group ordered a bunch of stuff and shared it. Nachos were great (bulgogi is the star), tteokbokki was spicy and delicious. Service was good, our waitress was helpful and accommodating. I'll be back again soon.“
“Fresh, delicious food at very reasonable price, paired with great, friendly service --- what else can one ask for? Perhaps a variety of Asian food including quality sushi, poke bowls and ramen dishes? Yep - they have you covered in a clean dining room. Even the fish in the aquarium at the entrance are well-behaved and wish you a "bon apetit" when you enter! [Just kidding, but only about that last part]. Happy that we found this place, and will be back!“
“I'm from Hong Kong and have lived and traveled all over China, and there's not a better Chinese restaurant than this. My son and I have been going there almost every Saturday lunch for 3 years, and we're sooooo sad they're gone“
“Got take out for the first time and didn't have high hopes bc the menu is so big but the food came fast, was warm, packaged well and was great! The sesame noodles are a ginormous portion, the buns and chicken were great, the chicken was big white meat pieces, the mango in the mango tuna roll could have been sweeter but its not in season so makes sense.“
“Best Chinese food takeout in the LB-IP-Oceanside Area. Go to order: Pork soup dumplings (note: the cashier will clarify if you meant pork soup dumpling or dumpling soup. Yes, you do mean Pork Soup Dumpling), crab meat cheese wonton, pecking duck, eggplant with garlic sauce, and crispy shrimp w/ honey walnut“
“I've been here three times with three different groups of friends and they've all loved this place. I always get sushi however one person I went with didn't eat sushi, but he loved the General Tso's chicken. They have a great assortment and diversity of selections on their menu. Their sushi is very fresh, beautifully presented and melts in your mouth. There are plenty of cooked options as well for people who do not eat sushi. The ambience is nice with a smaller sized dining room, and the service is outstanding. It's nice because the servers are on top of your meal/order without being on top of your table. I highly recommend this restaurant and can't wait to go back again.“
“The Food is impeccable, as well as the service, High quality ingredients. The owner is also the nicest person I've ever met would recommend 10/10. Every time I'm here I feel like home the servers are really nice especially Elliot, and Linda“
“I had my wedding rehearsal dinner here and Tommy was incredibly accommodating and ensured that everything ran smoothly from start to finish The food was absolutely delicious, and my bridal party still raves about it, especially the sushi! The staff was also very attentive and made sure that all of our needs were met. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience.“
“Cocktails are awesome! Food is good, but, very salty which is typical for Asian cuisine. Salmon was frozen, not fresh, and foe the price, that is disappointing.Cleanliness can be worked on. Floor and bar top is sticky. BATHROOM badly in need of upgrading, and CLEANING!“
“Kulu in flushing is a casual, affordable, and takeout friendly spot, with an extensive menu serving both traditional and innovative Hong Kong style desserts. I've come with my fam a few times for the classic sweet soups. This time we were drawn by the colorful HK bubble waffles with different ice cream flavors like ube, rose, matcha and black sesame. It took about 20 minutes as the waffles were made to order, and were handed to us crispy on the outside and cakey on the inside. Each cup was visually appealing, filled with a large scoop of ice cream and mixed toppings.*Triple Sesame HK Bubble Waffle 芝麻三重奏雞蛋仔**We were pleasantly surprised by Triple Sesame -- the waffle batter was sesame flavored! It had a slightly nutty and earthy taste from the black sesame seeds speckled on it. It was so impressive that I might grab a plain sesame waffle next time! Also I couldn't deny my bias towards dragonfruit.*Ube Ube HK Bubble Waffle 香芒紫薯雞蛋仔Ube ice cream was on the sweeter side, nothing groundbreaking but simply enjoyable. It was generously topped with mango, mochi and granola drizzled with ube syrup, adding fun textures to the dessert. Personally not a fan of ube-mango combo, but if you enjoy tropical flavors, you should def get this one. I also wish the mashed or pureed ube was added to the original bubble waffle to further enhance the flavor and color.*Mixed Fruit Tea 四季鮮水果冰茶***Cheese Taro Milk 芝士奶蓋芋香鮮奶Their staff recommended me their bestselling fruit tea, and I was amazed by this refreshing choice. I ordered it with 30% sugar and less ice, so the sweetness level was just perfect. It consisted of a base of brewed tea combined with fresh fruit slices. Cheese taro milk was average, so save your quota for their tea.“
“I don't know what isn't to love here! Prepare for very long waits, but it's worth it! All you can eat hotpot with lots of options of seafood, meats, veggies, drinks, side dishes, etc! Plenty of ingredients to customize your own dipping sauce too. I love this place! They're all very friendly and helpful!“
“I totally did not expect this place to be this nice inside and big to what it looks like outside. Very good service and food. The restaurant was busy but we were able to get a table less than 10min for a family of 4, at a hibachi spot where they cook in front of you. Free parking lot available but the spots are very small.“
“This place is absolutely insane. The sushi is so fresh they are the only restaurant in queens that has actual fresh Wasabi. The fried red snapper is so freaking good. I can't get enough, place is beautiful and the food is more beautiful. Great job wade. This place is becoming a jewel in queens and right in the heart of forest hills. ♥️ definitely recommend ?“
“I love going to get food here. It's always fresh, always delicious, and I never feel like I wasted my money. The drinks are made very well. They have very good customer service with attentive bartenders and servers. Security is always professional and on point. The chef is amazing. I recommend lunch and dinner. Also, Thursdays-Saturday has a nice night-time vibe with great DJs and rhythmic atmosphere“
“Its a good restaurant. The foods are very delicious and tasty. The staffs are very friendly. They have very little dine in space. But they are gonna expand there business in different locations in future. If you want to taste nice bengali or asian food you can try this restaurant. I liked this restaurant very much.“
“Cozy Korean restaurant that specializes in seriously good stews. i was recommended the goat stew and it was hearty and flavorful. I also got the spicy chicken stew which is yook gae jang but with chicken. The ban chan ( free side dishes ) was great as well and paired nicely with the stews.Such a great place to warm up and fill up on delicious healthy stews. They have heated benches which felt amazing since I came during cold winter day during a snow squall.“
“We came here for a very rare parents' night out. The ambiance is gorgeous. Very cool without trying too hard, just the right amount of dimness to the lighting and it was very, very clean. The food was excellent. We had a sushi roll that was super fresh and tasty, the veggie pad thai was delicious and didn't taste like noodles with peanut butter as it so often unfortunately can. The Mongolian beef skillet was a sizzling joy of beefy, veggie, saucy goodness. And the MoCatini was awesome! Can't wait to come back soon!“
“Upscale hibachi in Rockville Centre? Kashi brings a classy date night out with good, fresh food. Food - 10/10, extremely well seasoned Drinks - 10/10 Service - 8/10 Atmosphere - 9/10 upbeat and lively Parking - Parking lot behind the restaurant Vegan friendly - Yes“
“I had lunch here with some coworkers and I really enjoyed my meal. I decided to come back with my family and try their other dishes and I will say they don't disappoint. Their braised short ribs are amazing. I've been here a few times and their service is very good, the atmosphere and ambience are really nice and they have a great variety of items on their menu. They have sushi rolls that are pretty good, maybe not the best but still enjoyable. The burgers are super tasty, according to my son. They also have truffle fries that taste really good as well. I really like coming here, the prices are reasonable and there's tons of parking. Not to mention, it's in the Bay Terrace shopping center so it's a great way to end a day of shopping. I highly recommend this place.“
“Nice quiet place and attractive lady. I had the bento ? with salmon. The shumai were fried the way I like it. They give you 4, California sushi, 6 pieces and miso soup . Been a while since I had shumai and ? tempura is what I usually get in bento box. It’s a good “
“I came across this place while I was exploring the food stalls in the food court. The chef was a great salesman. He convinced me to get chicken teriyaki with rice and extra chicken for only $2 more which brought the total to $12. He was friendly and funny. The food was flavorful and good. The quantity was good for the price. The ambiance was fine. I recommend all to check out this place. I can't complain.“
“JR Fusion is a great place and offers a variety of Thai, Japanese and Chinese cuisine. There dumplings are delicious and not doughy. Must try honey bbq'd ribs. Great to have a tasty meal and a drink and not go broke. Also, the service is friendly and quick. If you're in Long Beach, give it a try.“
“I was craving wings for the Super Bowl. So after doing a quick search we found out about Bonchon. There's another restaurant in Bayside but it said that parking was difficult. This Bonchon had a lot. When we drove in, there was a sign outside that said that they were only doing take out. Once inside they said that they only had wings and fries, which was perfect! That's all I wanted. After putting in an order of 20 wings (half spicy, half soy garlic) and an order of fries. We waited about 10 minutes after putting in our order. We polished off the fries in the car. They were better hot anyway. When we got into the house, we immediately tore into those wings. I was a little surprised at how some of them were smaller than what I was used to. They were still pretty crispy. The soy garlic wings are my favorite. It was very flavorful. The spicy wings were painfully delicious; painful because it burned my tongue and made my eyes watered. The complimentary pickled radish helped cool the fire. It was a satisfying lunch.“
“we celebrated my family's bday 2x here already . the food was delicious the roles where food all around we recommend below is my breakdown : duck fried rice 10/10 combo beef and chicken teriyaki 9/10 beef and broccoli with brown sauce 9/10 general tso chicken 9/10 chicken with eggplant 10/10 tad bit spicy but not to much sushi: lover's roll 7/10 mexican roll 9/10 philadelphia roll for me 10/10 but my family didn't like the cream chee“
“My go to place in Great Neck for night out or date night. Inside is very tastefully done, especially the private room, the servers are wonderful and helpful with suggestions. I love the drinks, I love the bento boxes and the sashimi is terrific. Try the salmon on the salt rock.“
“I come here all the time to buy tea eggs and preserved egg lean meat porridge for breakfast. The preserved egg and lean meat porridge is just right in thickness, and the tea eggs are also very tasty. Buy them together for $4.5, which is cheap and delicious. In the morning, many uncles and grandmothers came to buy.“
“Among the lunch special $13.99 menu, I ordered mapo tofu and chose fried rice. You can also choose black bean noodles or white rice. It's a shame it wasn't very spicy, but the amount was just right. They gave me some warm tea and I enjoyed it. They gave us extra onions and pickled radish, were friendly, and had a nice atmosphere. It's clean. Gochu Jjamppong ($13.99) also has a lot of seafood..“
“Lasaka House of Noodles is another great addition to the Green Acres Mall Food Court 👠since the renovation. We were offered a sample while looking for a fast-food restaurant 🴠that offered dumplings on its menu to have lunch. But it didn't have any. And after tasting the sweet-flavored piece of chicken, I settled for the white rice 🚠with the BBQ Chicken which was delicious. 😠I'll be back to try other plates on the menu. My wife doesn't like the sweet taste! She ordered a Spicy Cajun Chicken from Famous Rotisserie & Grill.“
