I love that they use unbromated flour and I appreciate that every piece (even the specialty slices with many heavy toppings) has great structure, no flop. Thin & crispy crust, great ratio of sauce and cheese. I also love how clean the restaurant is. They have some incredible specialty slices that I never knew I needed in my life until I tried them! Especially the “Desi Boy” slice and the “white truffle chicken cutlet” slice. I also have to mention their vodka slice with sesame crust 🤤 Everything in this place is high quality, even their regular slices. Their sandwiches are pretty incredible too, and you can tell that the bread is fresh made in house— you don’t feel bloated or overly stuffed after eating them! The owner is super friendly and even gave us a couple extra slices to try to complete our “pie” when we had already ordered a small variety of slices. “I've had half way decent experiences at a couple Jersey Mike's in the past. I was visiting a friend and we decided to get some, I tried the buffalo chicken cheesteak for the first time and it was easily one of the best sandwiches I've ever had, so good! A couple weeks later I went to a different jersey Mike's local to me, craving the buffalo chicken and it was not great maybe a 3/5. It had none of the flavor I remember enjoying so much and overall it just missed the mark of what the East Meadow chain delivered. My friend who frequents the East Meadow one says they're always consistent and tasty, so I have to imagine my amazing sandwich there wasn't a fluke. If you're deciding which location to visit, this is the one.“
