“The food was good but I felt a regular sized wraps were a little small for the price, the service was just okay because I had a new person training that was making my sandwich. The restaurant was clean. I wish they didn't take the soda fountains out you have to get a bottle of soda.“

“This was one of the best Hot Italians I've ever had. The staff was 2 young men either late teens or early twenties. Absolute great service, that's not something you see often. The sub was filled with fresh cut meats and cheese and fresh veggies. It's enough for three meals. The potato salad seemed homemade. I didn't ask, but it was great. 10/10 great spot.“

“Simply the best ! Great food and great service! I love how they offer junior size Gyros for only $7.50 - for those of us who like a little less meat in the taste balance of our Gyros. Soup is always on-point, fresh and delicious! Fries are great- that hard-to-find battered style and a large portion for the price. Burgers are very reasonably priced at only $5.50 and come with toppings. Coleslaw is great too - superfine cut cabbage type. Highly recommend!“

“The person serving us here was absolutely amazing. Full of life, spoke clearly, made me feel welcome and just nice to talk to (from the few exchanges we had from when I was ordering). I’m not sure exactly why I enjoyed talking to him so much, he just seemed like a great guy. I don’t know his name but I believe he looked like he was in his 40s, African American and had a nice moustache if i may add. I

“I am going through a possible gluten/wheat allergy diagnosis and am avoiding all of that to help rule out my issues. I went in yesterday to get a sub and asked for it to be gluten-free. Not only did they cut the bread in a different area, they took the time to cut fresh ingredients to avoid cross-contamination. I was incredibly pleased with their care and concern for my health. For anyone wondering, they do have gluten-free bread. They use Udi's, and it does not come frozen (thankfully)!“

online from a location in Mayfield or South Euclid they’d still add it on when I clearly told them not to.
Here they actually got it right and paid attention to detail, I really wish I could give them a big tip. It was worth the drive.“

“Stopped for lunch. Friend recommended because her daughter works there. I had the turkey sub on the whole grain bread. I added bacon (can’t go wrong lol). The worker rang it up as a club to save me a few bucks. Much appreciated! Also bought two of the deli pickles, and potato salad. Sub had lettuce, tomato, onions, and their special oil dressing. Whole grain bread was fresh & soft. It was overall fantastic! The oil dressing very tasty! I got an extra cup. The potato salad was meh. $2.49 for that small container. Shoulda got chips instead. Also ask for a plastic knife because the pickles aren’t sliced. Very friendly & helpful staff. Food came out quick. I was there about 12:15 and it definitely got busy. Overall very tasty subs and would definitely go back.“

Otis got my husband the chips he wanted that weren’t in the display (without us asking), and Valencia made my sub exactly how I wanted when most people at other locations get annoyed by what I order. The love and dedication I received in the first order moved me so much, I proceeded to order another round.
