“The food was good but I felt a regular sized wraps were a little small for the price, the service was just okay because I had a new person training that was making my sandwich. The restaurant was clean. I wish they didn't take the soda fountains out you have to get a bottle of soda.“

The two young men that were working were so sweet and helpful, and most importantly showed such good customer service, despite it being close to closing time when I stopped in. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, but these two guys were top-notch. The sandwiches did not disappoint either. Will definitely be back!“

“Simply the best ! Great food and great service! I love how they offer junior size Gyros for only $7.50 - for those of us who like a little less meat in the taste balance of our Gyros. Soup is always on-point, fresh and delicious! Fries are great- that hard-to-find battered style and a large portion for the price. Burgers are very reasonably priced at only $5.50 and come with toppings. Coleslaw is great too - superfine cut cabbage type. Highly recommend!“

“I am going through a possible gluten/wheat allergy diagnosis and am avoiding all of that to help rule out my issues. I went in yesterday to get a sub and asked for it to be gluten-free. Not only did they cut the bread in a different area, they took the time to cut fresh ingredients to avoid cross-contamination. I was incredibly pleased with their care and concern for my health. “The person serving us here was absolutely amazing. Full of life, spoke clearly, made me feel welcome and just nice to talk to (from the few exchanges we had from when I was ordering). I’m not sure exactly why I enjoyed talking to him so much, he just seemed like a great guy. online from a location in Mayfield or South Euclid they’d still add it on when I clearly told them not to.
Here they actually got it right and paid attention to detail, I really wish I could give them a big tip. It was worth the drive.“

“I ordered from Mr. Hero for the 1st time tonight. I when I got home I realized I didn’t have a second fry with my other meal. I gave them a call and they were very kind about giving me an extra fry. The love and dedication I received in the first order moved me so much, I proceeded to order another round. Never waited longer than 10 minutes for a sub to be ready, even when busy.The menu is clear and easy to read and you have a variety of choices. And the subs themselves are delicious!
