I had to pull around and wait on my food but it was ALL worth it! I would of gave it a 5 but I just need to make sure that just wasn’t a onetime thing. Thank you, guys!!!“

“Today I reserved their front room for my husbands "Celebration of Life". I had asked Courtney about reserving the room and catering with pastries and sandwiches. I wanted a small and quaint space for the event. Courtney and all of her employees were AWESOME!! They were so helpful and caring, it made the event go so well. “I love Arabica coffeehouse. It’s a really friendly environment in historic downtown Willoughby. The owners Tim and Tina Are both very nice and welcoming and their staff is friendly. I love the huge selection of teas that they have to choose from. This is where I go when I just don’t want to be home by myself. Love to come here read or work a little and people watch. There is always someone friendly to talk to. I’ve made lots of friends here over the years.“

“I've been coming to Heartwood (all locations) for a couple years now and NO CAFE in Ohio beats their coffee. I'm super picky about my coffee (how acidic, bitter, notes, etc) and I have tried almost all cafes around Cleveland and none of them compare to Heartwood - even beats Rising Star... The service is always so good and quick with super kind/welcoming employees, and the owner is always smiling! I absolutely adore the decor and vibe the cafe locations offer. It's the perfect place for a solo date, brunch/lunch, work spot, meeting, etc! I LOVE LOVE LOVE Heartwood and wish there was one closer to my city (Broadview Heights). I recommend this company to everyone looking for the best coffee (local and out of state)! Do yourself a favor and RUN to Heartwood now because I promise you all not regret it!“

“Really delicious for such a lowkey place on a strip next to the Cleveland Clinic. The people there were really nice and there are lots of board games available to help create a cozy atmosphere as best they can in that kind of space. “Great crew with a very effective management team. While picking up a coffee this morning on the tremendously popular Red Cup Day, I was amazed to see so many customers flood this location at once--at the drive through, over mobile orders, as well as walk-in orders like myself. I have never seen such a swell of customers all at once at any coffee shop. And yet, despite this massive surge of simultaneous orders, this crew ran like a well-oiled machine. Not only did they work together very efficiently to fill customers orders, they maintained a professional demeanor among the feeding frenzy.
I especially want to commend the management team of Alli and Timoteo who were on hand and made sure that not only were things handled as efficiently and professionally as possible but also that customers were kept apprised of the status of their orders and knew their orders had not been lost in the chaos. In fact, I was so impressed with how well this challenge was managed during the morning surge that I returned after my morning meeting just to let the management team know that I appreciated their professionalism and efficiency.“

“Love me some Rising Star. They really turned the old Lee diner into a really nice space that fits into our barrio nicely. Rising Star always slings out great coffee. I typically get whatever they are brewing but their espresso drinks are always perfect as well. The folks that work their are very chill and friendly. Great stop on my way to work

“Located inside Whole Foods, Allegro is a tiny coffee shop with just the essentials that you need to start your day. Allegro coffee has been sustainably sourcing and roasting coffee in Colorado. They are committed to quality with a focus on ethical standards and environmental stewardship as evidenced by their variety of brews and paper straws. The coffee bar includes coffee and teas (hot or cold) juices, smoothies, bowls and they have a self serve organic açaí bowls. The service is fast, friendly and accommodating. The shipping carts at While Foods even have a cup holder for your brew. There is seating outside and up front. I would recommend.“

Which were much needed after driving 40 min. to CLE Hopkins only to have our multi-leg, 20-hour, int'l flight cancelled for the 2nd day in a row (by American, for the record)... It’s always busy, employees are usually always hustling, but despite the stress they’re always pleasant and I’m grateful for that.However, a reminder to all how it can be a bit challenging for everyone regardless of employment or patronage when dealing with individuals who notoriously order “that 2XL strawberry drink” and insists on “each strawberry piece being removed by hand,” causing for unnecessary delays.
