“After such a terrible visit to Dunkin I decided to walk next door to Jimmy John’s - it’s like 2 different worlds !! I was greeted imminently upon entry by the young kid on the register - and before I even handed him my cash my sub was already done !! ( when I ate it later it was one of the best I’ve ever had - the chicken bacon ranch ) I asked to speak with the manager and explained my frustration with the next door restaurant and how I wanted a coffee - he proceeded to tell me that they are sister companies and he was embarrassed to be next to them - the way they have this Jimmy John’s looking you should put him in charge of the whole building ! He was running a tight crew , way to go Jimmy John’s !“

“Spicy Italian footlong sub, it was fresh and delicious. The young gentleman was so nice and helpful in making my sandwich like l wanted it, so the price was was ok for such a good tasty sub, the sub was made exactly how l like it. Yes person who waited on me was kind through the whole process. That location was the best yet! So nice and clean the food look fresh. The atmosphere was fine and the wait time was awesome was waited on immediately. Accessibility was fine. I leave on the other side of town, but when l want a good fresh sandwich l don't mind the trip. It's so nice to be treated kind and get good subs. That location is awesome. Please keep up the good work it's surely appreciated. My granddaughter was off that day, but l am sure she has the same wonderful attitude in helping her customers. I' be back for more.“

“I placed an online order today and Subway didn't have the meatballs to complete my order. Instead of being lazy and cancelling my order, a young man called and advised me of the issue and gave me an option. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I got there, food was ready and packed. I've always liked this location. Everybody in there was on their job. Message to management: All workers that were in this Subway location at like 7:30 today (6/10/24) when I picked up my order deserve some type of accolade. Thank y'all for the GREAT customer service!“

“I just recently started to go to this restaurant. I had heard about it, but I never went until maybe three days ago and then I went back Friday the 10th to get the same item cause I love chicken and everything was great. Only thing is that they have to put something when you order online on the menu because I don’t do a lot of salt I have high blood pressure and I would like to put down in in brackets or somewhere that do not solve the fries but other than that everything is great.“
