“Love the subs would highly recommend them!“

“We were trying to stop at a Philly steak shop going home to Chicago from Niagara Falls,but sadly drove too quickly through the state and missed the opportunity. We looked for something similar driving through Ohio with no real expectations. We found this little shop along our route and decided to try their philly sandwich to go. As soon as we walked in, it looked more like an old style deli than a sandwich shop. As soon as they gave us the bag it was greasy and smelled so cheesey and meaty. As we got into the car, I opened the greasy bag and saw perfection. The cheese was melted so gracefully on top of so much beef the french bread could not hold all of that deliciousness. I bit into the sandwich and tasted a blend of complete perfection. It all melted like butter in my mouth. Yum! The sandwich was gone within 3 minutes. Go here! Try it! You won't regret it. You don't even need sides.“

“Amazing corned beef loaded too the top, juicy and loaded with flavor. And their gyros to die for had their original and the meats was so tender. Plus the staff is some of the most freindly people ive met always willing to strike up a conversation the secound you walk in the door.“

“The person serving us here was absolutely amazing. Full of life, spoke clearly, made me feel welcome and just nice to talk to (from the few exchanges we had from when I was ordering). I’m not sure exactly why I enjoyed talking to him so much, he just seemed like a great guy. I don’t know his name but I believe he looked like he was in his 40s, African American and had a nice moustache if i may add. I

“I received bad customer service today around 6pm. There were several customers ahead of me ordering multiple sandwiches that were made by a young man. When it was finally my turn, a friend called me on the phone. It was ringing loudly, but I answered and got rid of the call in 10 seconds max. When I looked up a young lady appeared and was making multiple sandwiches for the two people at the end of the line who arrived quite a bit after I did and were behind me in line. There was no disputing this fact. The young man and woman tried to figure out why I was standing in line in front of those being served. He asked me if I wanted to order. Why did he think I was standing for 10 minutes waiting? No apologies from anyone. The young woman told me that she had said “next customer” and the guy behind me quickly spoke up. She said that I was on the phone, but that is no excuse as I ended the call rapidly. The food was fine, but the service was terrible and I felt ignored. The woman seemed to be picking and choosing who to serve first.“

“I’m lactose intolerant and usually get my subs without cheese. Every time when I ordered
online from a location in Mayfield or South Euclid they’d still add it on when I clearly told them not to.
Here they actually got it right and paid attention to detail, I really wish I could give them a big tip. It was worth the drive.“

“I was here on 10-11-25 after a previous negative experience and both the service and food were outstanding. There was a team member working in the grill area who noticed me waiting and asked the front counter person to find out what I was waiting for. I hadn't been waiting long, but it was nice to know that they were paying attention. My food was fresh, which I appreciated because I previously had cold fries and overly toasted bread. “After such a terrible visit to Dunkin I decided to walk next door to Jimmy John’s - it’s like 2 different worlds !! I was greeted imminently upon entry by the young kid on the register - and before I even handed him my cash my sub was already done !! ( when I ate it later it was one of the best I’ve ever had - the chicken bacon ranch ) I asked to speak with the manager and explained my frustration with the next door restaurant and how I wanted a coffee - he proceeded to tell me that they are sister companies and he was embarrassed to be next to them - the way they have this Jimmy John’s looking you should put him in charge of the whole building ! He was running a tight crew , way to go Jimmy John’s !“

“I ordered from Mr. Hero for the 1st time tonight. I when I got home I realized I didn’t have a second fry with my other meal. I gave them a call and they were very kind about giving me an extra fry. I soon realized that the fry was actually with the kids meal and that I had picked up an extra fries without needing them. Needless to say I feel dumb.The food was very good! “I visited the mentor location yesterday evening for two subs . I would have liked to have ordered online but my phone was dead so I walked in and asked the front desk if they could check 2 phone numbers, I wasn't sure which one and I wanted to see if I had rewards. I was told they could only check one. Then I was told that I was eligible for $2 off an Italian sub and or a free iced tea. I understand the $2 off an Italian sub but not sure why I had to order specifically an iced tea. I asked if I could get something else and I was told no. Then I ordered it to go which is normally what I do . When I got home both subs were incorrect with toppings and bread. I requested cheese on both and neither one came with cheese and one had the wrong kind of bread. Also I was the only one in the restaurant at that time with three employees. One employee only made my order. I was in there from start to finish a good 20 minutes which I thought was excessive for two subs.

We love DiBella's except for the price so when our order is wrong it's very frustrating. We go maybe once a month and it seems like within the last year we've had to call in a complaint a couple few times , so this is really getting old.“

Instead of being lazy and cancelling my order, a young man called and advised me of the issue and gave me an option. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I got there, food was ready and packed. I've always liked this location. Everybody in there was on their job. Message to management: All workers that were in this Subway location at like 7:30 today (6/10/24) when I picked up my order deserve some type of accolade. “I've been to many Subway locations over the years. And until going to this particular one I didn't really pay attention to the fact that it really does depend on which franchise should go to. This particular location hit all the right check boxes and that's why I gave it five stars because it made me think back to the ones that are actually closer to my home that compared to this one had a lot lower quality. Now I know I'll actually take the time to drive a little bit out of my way because the quality, cleanliness, the service and everything else was far better than the ones that are just around the corner from me.
