“Stopped by for breakfast. In town on a job. I try to avoid McDonald's, but today, it called for it and the breakfast I can do. I haven't been in the app in a bit, and it changed. What also changed was how you ordered your items. No more looking up item by typing. You must select it from a list. I accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich, and inside, they took care of me so well! Kevina, to he specific, she really made my morning. I appreciate you!! Also, the manager came up and saw me waiting and instantly made sure I was good, definitely refreshing at McDonald's.“

“I recently visited this cozy coffee shop, and found the atmosphere to be incredibly relaxing, warm, and inviting. My favorite hot drink is a chai latte. I ordered a spicy chai latte, and it was delicious! It was smooth and creamy, with the perfect blend of spices – absolutely craveable. Additionally, this coffee shop has a wine cellar that adds a unique touch. Whether you are there for a productive day or relaxing evening, this place has something for everyone.“

“Cute little cafe; has both indoor and outdoor seating. The employees are generally nice, though somewhat aloof, but it's doubtful there will ever be a messy customer-employee interaction here; it's not the vibe of town. The drinks are pretty gifs and flavorful, though small and rather overpriced. I've been there several times, and you can expect a 10-12oz beverage to cost $5.50-7. They don't do large sizes. Their non dairy milk subs will unfortunately cost you an extra 1.50(?) which for someone who's lactose intolerant like myself is pretty disappointing. I love supporting local coffee shops, but this one drains my pockets a little too much to make it a regular destination.They have some nice bakery items including 1-2 gluten free treats, which is great. If you want to stretch your legs, work off some of that maple latte, or extend a day date, there are also little woodsy trails across the street to meander, as well as a new (belive it was finished in 2023) community park trail around a retention pond lake. If you're willing to spend some money, it's a good way to spend a couple hours!

“I've been coming to Heartwood (all locations) for a couple years now and NO CAFE in Ohio beats their coffee. I'm super picky about my coffee (how acidic, bitter, notes, etc) and I have tried almost all cafes around Cleveland and none of them compare to Heartwood - even beats Rising Star... The service is always so good and quick with super kind/welcoming employees, and the owner is always smiling! I absolutely adore the decor and vibe the cafe locations offer. It's the perfect place for a solo date, brunch/lunch, work spot, meeting, etc! I LOVE LOVE LOVE Heartwood and wish there was one closer to my city (Broadview Heights). I recommend this company to everyone looking for the best coffee (local and out of state)! Do yourself a favor and RUN to Heartwood now because I promise you all not regret it!“

“I just recently moved back to Lakewood. I saw that the old Burger King was now a Starbucks. A friend and I visited earlier today and I absolutely love all the space, the seating and the opportunity to watch fellow Lakewoodites. This Starbucks is one of the nicest ones I've been in.

“My daughter received a Caruso’s coffee gift basket as a gift, everyone absolutely loved the Jamaican Me Crazy! A few months ago I found a lonely sample size Jamaican Me Crazy in the back of the freezer, which I saved to brew for a Sunday morning treat! Anyhow, we are now on auto ship and receive Jamaican Me Crazy whole bean bags every six weeks! I increased my order to share with my daughter. We gave a sample to my father in law and now he’s on auto ship. Needless to say, Jamaican Me Crazy is delicious! Great customer service, quick shipments with tracking. They are committed to quality with a focus on ethical standards and environmental stewardship as evidenced by their variety of brews and paper straws. The coffee bar includes coffee and teas (hot or cold) juices, smoothies, bowls and they have a self serve organic açaí bowls. The service is fast, friendly and accommodating. The shipping carts at While Foods even have a cup holder for your brew. There is seating outside and up front. I would recommend.“
