“Have been several times, tried coffee and sweetened hot coffee drinks . Drip coffee hot and smooth, never tasted bitter or burnt. Sweetened coffee drinks also very good. Customer service respectful, pleasant, polite, and efficient. Overall, a very calm and welcoming atmosphere.“

“My husband and I made reservations for Valentine’s Day for a 5 course meal. We made our selections for each course ahead of time. As you may see in other reviews, this was the first time the restaurant offered this type of service for Valentine’s Day. Our amazing server, Jenn, gave us a heads up that the kitchen was behind.

The food did come out pretty late, but I am still leaving a 5-star review for 4 reasons:

1. The quality of service from our server, Jenn. She was kind, calm, and personable. She kept the wine coming and did a great job of setting our expectations and taking care of us wherever she could.

2. The restaurant’s response to the wait time for food. All of the wine we drank that evening (it was a lot) was fully comped. Then, the restaurant went above and beyond by sending everyone a $50 gift certificate for future use. I don’t think many restaurants would do that.

3. The quality of food when it finally arrived. Yes it took some time to get to our table, but the food was phenomenal! Still dreaming of that filet Oscar. Worth every penny!

4. The wine. Michael Angelo’s has always had amazing wine at an incredible price, and we definitely enjoyed our fair share this particular evening! I can think of a lot worse situations to be in than waiting for a meal with some great wine in the company of my best friend.

Yes there were some hiccups, but we will absolutely be back if they decide to try this type of service again.“

“This place is the best! Their staff is quick and friendly. The pastries are to die for, so is the breakfast sandwich! You can only get the sandwich until 11 on weekdays and 12 on weekends. The danishes and brownies are my favorite. The good pastries are always sold out by the afternoon so go early! I love love love their seasonal drinks! Love this place!!!“

“My husband and I stopped by the Nervous Dog Coffee Bar for the first time today and we really like this place my Chai was great and his French coffee was perfect, we split a raspberry pastry which was also good. The prices are good better than other places we have been.“

The past few times we've gone in the last 2 months the wait time has been 30+ min even if there are only 4 cars in front of me. Can't say my drink even tastes like coffee today either 😅 it used to be better but it's very hit and miss now.

It's nice to have a coffee spot that's open late. The drinks are reasonably priced for the size, and the employees are nice and make the drinks quickly.“

“I always give a place 5 stars if the person behind the counter is nice and goes above and beyond what’s expected. Michael is incredible. She made me a custom coffee that I have to say was way beyond delicious. She has what is missing in many of today’s service oriented businesses. She has kindness. Believe it or not, you don’t find that quality too often. As always the gelato was delicious but the service is what keeps me coming back.“

“The norm. Whenever I get a cold brew anything, I never order it online unless I'm already at drive thru 2 cars behind max. Sooo someone's I go inside to order it, so far 4x they hand me a nitro instead. Lol. Still, everybody had their good and bad days. We're only human. It's no biggy, not like a whole dinner mess up. So I just wait for the remake. Sometimes, the food can be served a messy in the bag. Idk why. ?‍♂️“

“I thought we might be in for a wait when I saw the line outside, but these Starbucks employees are hopping! They are well staffed and working intently. Diane, the young lady who took our order, was extra helpful and friendly in spite of the crowd.“

“Came in on a Saturday night and was promptly greeted by the friendly bartender. She made us espresso tonics and an old fashioned, which were all delicious.

This place is a gem! Plenty of seating, warm and cozy, and had a fully stocked bar. They also had pastries (the cookie was good!) I’m excited to come back here during the day- could be a great spot for remote work days.“

“This local coffee shop is a wonderful place to visit. The owner is friendly and really cares about the people who come in. There are plenty of tables and strong internet if you want to work, or you can meet friends for coffee and some food. If you like the fancy coffee drinks, they have plenty of those, but their daily brew is absolutely delicious. Smooth, flavorful and not acidic. Don't stop there because their breakfast sandwich will blow you away. I stopped in for coffee and wanted to grab a bite before starting my day. I ordered an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a bagel and totally loved it. The bagel was lightly toasted and the egg was fluffy and scrumptious between melty cheese!
If you're in later or need a fix for a sweet tooth, their cakes and cheesecakes are out of this world. You won't be disappointed!“

“I have been drinking a blend of Caruso’s coffee at my local coffee shop for quite some time, and wanted to enjoy it at home too. About a week and a half ago, I placed my first order of my favorite, Jamaican Me Nuts, with Caruso’s. Due to what was most likely an over-site on my part, I wound up with a different roast. I emailed asking If I could fix it, and the next day got a response from Gayle. She was so kind, and told me they are sending me a bag of Jamaican Me Nuts, right away, on them! Totally unexpected and so appreciated!!! Pretty amazing customer service, along with even more amazing coffee!! It may be my first order, but it sure won’t be my last!
