Food never takes super long to get to you either. it takes a few minutes at absolute most. They also hold up some of their special deals (you won't see them on the menu but all I had to do was ask).

However, at this Northfield Road Bedford location, I have not had a bad experience. Some of the new sandwiches, I may not like, but overall the food is consistent and tasty.“

I can’t say enough good things about this little deli! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm, friendly service that made us feel right at home. The menu had a great variety of fresh, high-quality options, and every bite was absolutely delicious — you can tell they put a lot of care into everything they serve.

We chose to sit outside, and the outdoor seating area was charming and peaceful, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy our meal. Everything was clean, well-maintained, food was brought to us with care and had a cozy, inviting vibe. It’s rare to find a place that gets both the food and the atmosphere so right!

She never checked on me and never refilled my drink and I really wanted to order dessert but no longer had the time to wait. So no dessert for me. Guy across from me got star treatment and he got to enjoy dessert. She brought me more ketchup as one at table was empty then I never saw her again until I walked up to counter to ask for check and that worker was messing around on her phone and did not notice me standing there. I get I am not a regular but certainly never deserved to be treated like that. was considering recommending this place to friends and family. Please talk to your staff about paying better attention and checking on the customers. You were not busy today when I was there and it does not take much to bring someone a refill or to ask how things are or see if they need anything else. Thank You. “One of the best sandwich spots in town. We like going to La Bodega too and they do serve different sandwiches. The owner is very nice and the names for the sandwiches are funny. We have been going here often and the place did not disappoint. Definitely give them a shot, great place and they have parking on both sides of the street. You can either street parking or park in their lots.“

“What can I say. I've always liked there Roman burger and fries. I always say no cheese on anything and they would repeat what I say but I some how I end up with cheese on my sandwich. I am lactose intolerant which makes it hard on my stomach.“

“Found: My new fav sandwich spot! Had my first, “Super Duper” that’s what they call it - perfectly named sandwich. - amazingly delicious is what I call it - turkey club panini with a tasty aioli. Large sandwich with perfect generous amount of ingredients! Will definitely be having another one of these sandwiches sometime soon!“

“Nice clean location. They get you in and out. They are always so nice to me, too! Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon before shopping and had some lunch. Their sandwiches are always hot and tasty. I love the pickles, too. Lemonade is delightful, too. Charleys is better than Subway to me. I tried the Cali chicken sub cause i usually got the teriyaki at the mall.! It was awesome. “I have not had Penn Station in years, so we thought we would give it a try. I had the regular cheesestake, we shared a large fry, and I had the sweet tea. The sandwich was very good, the fries were even better, a large fry can feed three people, and the sweet tea was really good as well. Staff was friendly and the food came quick. “The man that runs this establishment is one of the sweetest kindest men I have ever met in my life. It is one day before my pay day and i have overdraft protection that normally works. My children wanted Mr Hero and i only had 25 dollars. But i knew i get paid tomorrow so if my account goes negative it will be for less than 6 hours. Well my overdraft protection wouldn’t let the payment go through. I felt embarrassed and upset that they prepared food i couldn’t pay for. He didn’t make scene or cause a fuss. He took my 25 dollars and ask i come back and pay him tomorrow. Something most establishments wouldn’t do. I appreciate his kindness and will go in tomorrow and tip very well. Having your card declined is so embarrassing and he was so sweet about it. I will never go in anywhere thinking my bank had me covered ever again.
