“Soooooo good! We had the Cesar salad, burgers, spring chicken and focaccia. The quality and freshness of the food was outstanding. The service was friendly, knowledgeable and timely, plus they were very accommodating to our two young kids. We can’t wait to go back and try more items on the menu. Beautiful job on the rebuild!“

“I am a member the Southwest Ohio VFW Memorial Team. Found this great place for the team to eat. Have since made it a regular stop for me and the team when in this area. We are 10 to 20. Time is usually a problem for us, and they have always got-r-done for us. It may seem pricey but what you get is worth it. We average once a month+ here or more. We try to spread our presence around. We have been going here for around 2 years and the food is always great. We have almost had everything on their menu.“

“This is my favorite restaurant in Cincinnati. The service and food is always on point. I get the garden hash for breakfast and either the scallops or the mushroom pasta for dinner. I love the ambiance in there as well. They have a nice outdoor area and they have areas you can rent out for parties. Highly recommend.“

She got all of our orders correct and even helped me order safely w food allergies. The chefs also did a wonderful job. “I had dinner here last weekend and honestly, everything was phenomenal. The heirloom tomato salad was refreshing on a summer evening. Their cod was tender, and the accompanying chimichurri sauce was divine that I could've slurped it. If you love bananas, you must order the banana bliss for dessert.

Now on to the not so good, which was unfortunate, as the service overall from everyone was friendly. However, the evening was nearly ruined by the waiter who had an extremely offensive body odor. I understand that while serving, you may work up a sweat. But if you're larger, you have to take extra measures (besides a soapy shower), such as wearing an undershirt, anti-perspirant, and men's body powder.

I won't let that deter me and will definitely visit again because Alara is truly a wonderful restaurant with a beautiful aesthetic and food to match.“

“My son & I, from the Columbus area, were in Milford at dinner time. Not knowing what was available near our location, he looked at what was in the area. This was the only place that was different. He had the mushroom Swiss burger, I had the smallest burger; we both had coleslaw. The burgers were delicious! Being hand-pattied was the special touch, as most come pre-formed. We were seated immediately around 6:00 on a Friday evening. Our waitress was prompt in taking and delivery, attentive without hovering. This was a great dining experience!“

I had the baked chicken and baked potato and it was cooked and seasoned to perfection!!!! I only gave 4 stars because for me I feel the menu is limited with choices I like. “Everything about Main St. Café is superlative. I think they have one of the best burgers in the city. Certainly in the top five of all the burger joints that I have been to, including zips and Dellwood. But on top of that, the last time I was there, I had the homemade
roasted red pepper soup. It was as good as the best soup in any high end restaurant. Service is excellent. As far as atmosphere, it is closer to zips than to Dellwood in terms of atmosphere.“

“If you are staying at the Embassy Suites in Blue Ash, then give the hotel restaurant a try. The waitresses and bartenders are extremely nice and helpful. Good size menu for a hotel restaurant. Prices are even better compared to chain restaurants. Water and sodas are complimentary. Food quality is great. Above my expectations completely. Anytime I go to Cincinnati, I will be staying and eating at that hotel.“

“Im picky about potato salad and theirs is so so good. The meats are all so good it's hard to chose. The cornbread is Grandma approved and she is picky about her cornbread 91 and she loved it. She also had the chicken and loved it. The deserts are nice size and yummy my husband had the chocolate cake said it was really good Granma and I had the banana pudding very good. Wish their prices were a little lower but hey all restaurants are now expensive but the food is worth it. Yummy 😋“

“Went here for a date night and left so full and happy!! Our server, Jenny, took such good care of us. It was nice to have the menu and specials explained to us in details and got a lot of recommendations from her, too. We ordered the crab cakes, mussels, lamb rack, their steak and crab special for the night. Everything was cooked to perfection with right seasonings and temp. We really enjoyed the special-the filet mignon was soooo tender and the crab was sweet! It was cool to have a candle lit butter and Cajun spiced lemon on the side for the crab. We were so stuffed at the end but couldn’t help but get dessert to go. The crème brûlée NY cheesecake is SUCH a treat and I’m so glad we got it. Service was 10/10, would recommend everyone to go here for nicer dinners.“

“I had a wonderful luncheon experience yesterday at The Brown Dog Cafe with my two best friends to celebrate a 70th birthday! Our waitress, Karlie, was great—kind, she was very accommodating, and the drinks were spot on.

The food was delightful, featuring the duo grilled cheese, southwestern chicken soup, salmon, and the duo salad and soup—perfect flavors and presentation.

I would definitely go back and highly recommend this place to others.
