“Friends told me about Willard's and as a former (?) Hamiltonian I had to check it out..glad I did..by far the best ice cream I have ever had..had blueberry (vegan) and banana fudge..returning..soon“

“They have the best variety of ice cream. They don’t call it Biggies for no reason. The ice cream cones are huge. My favourite place to go.“

“Enormous scoops. Made the mistake of getting two scoops. 🤣 Had Maple Walnut. Delicious!!! Highly recommend.“

“this is my absolute most favorite place to go when iam downtown Hamilton! I have been going here for many years now! the lady who runs this place is always soo friendly! she always has a smile on her face when you walk threw the door! she loves to get to know her customers! I recommend A&J superbowl to everyone I met. this is the BEST spot to get bubble tea and many more sweets! 💯🤞🏻“

“Our fav is their Half and Half. Tried a few flavours and all seem to be perfect. What we don’t like is the absurd self-made rule of stop serving milk shakes 15 mins before closing. Turned around two times now for being 2 mins late and the excuse that they just washed the blenders. They should honour the customer rather than giving these excuses. When your closing time is 10pm then you should be serving everything on the menu until that time or change your closing time to 9:45pm and ask your people to start washing blenders after that. Good food is one thing but having such an attitude towards customer destroys everything. The owner or whoever is making these rules should take notice“

“I recently ordered a custom cake & it was perfect! Picked it up a day early and it wouldn’t fit in my freezer at home! Called the store, brought it back (it had started to melt) and Bhoomi was so kind and helpful and reassured me she could fix it for pickup the next day. She even texted me later to show me. What a lifesaver!! Thank you so much for going beyond - We’ll be customers for life!“

“Absolutely amazing baked goods! I’ve been df/gf for close to 13 years and never have I ever found products that not only have a great variety of options but for them to taste so incredibly delicious! This will definitely be an absolute must stop and fill up when we are in town. So incredibly yummy and not overly sweet like some places.“

“Super cute place! My family really enjoyed the icecream. The staff was super sweet and got my mom a birthday candle for her icecream! (Too bad we couldn’t find a lighter haha). They have dairy-free popsicles, but would be cool if they had some other dairy free options in the future :)“

“So delicious and fun!! Beware...it can add up quickly!!!“

“Was in there for lunch today, I recommend the Shawarma poutine. Decent price and good size portions, plus very clean and great staff“

“I went there a while ago with my friends and the staff member was very kind. She allowed us to test some samples, was patient, and explained the different flavours and toppings to us. They have lots of cool and unique flavours that I had never heard about before but they were amazing. Would definitely recommend!“

“I’m a regular here at Baskin Robbins and just wanted to share my experience. Honestly, my visit didn’t start that great, but it completely turned around because of Nirav.
He was really chill and took the time to get what kind of flavors I like (I’m a big fan of mango and Jamoca Almond Fudge 😄). He let me try a few new ones, explained what goes into them, and suggested some options based on my taste. That kind of effort really stood out.
Super nice guy, clean tables, quick & accurate service in busy environment.“

“I had such a lovely experience today. The two ladies working were very kind (between 8-8:30 pm, Feb 13th), especially the one who served my Chocolate Peanut Butter, Pistachio Almond, and Rocky Road scoops. She patiently answered all my questions about the prices, which I truly appreciated. I also love how clean and organized this branch is that the refrigerator is neatly arranged and makes choosing ice cream cakes so easy. Traveling all the way from Cambridge was definitely worth it! 😊“

“My experience with Dairy Queen tonite was superb I really enjoyed there peanut buster parfait and my mom really enjoyed her pecan mudslide“

“I had the lactose-free ice cream, and it was absolutely delicious! I chose the chocolate flavor with raspberries, and the combination was amazing. It’s great to find such a tasty lactose-free option.

The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were friendly. I would definitely recommend Marble Slab Creamery to anyone looking for a delicious treat, whether you’re lactose intolerant or not. I’ll definitely be coming back!“
