I have been going here for many years now! the lady who runs this place is always soo friendly! she always has a smile on her face when you walk threw the door! she loves to get to know her customers! “Our fav is their Half and Half. Tried a few flavours and all seem to be perfect. What we don’t like is the absurd self-made rule of stop serving milk shakes 15 mins before closing. Turned around two times now for being 2 mins late and the excuse that they just washed the blenders. They should honour the customer rather than giving these excuses. When your closing time is 10pm then you should be serving everything on the menu until that time or change your closing time to 9:45pm and ask your people to start washing blenders after that. Good food is one thing but having such an attitude towards customer destroys everything. The owner or whoever is making these rules should take notice“

“I came from Toronto to Hamilton for a welcome cake, and Bhoomi at the Rymal Dairy Queen was amazing! She went out of her way to message me every step of the process, even sending me a picture to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. Sucks they got rid of the bench out front,.but because of the neighborhood I can understand why.

I would encourage this location to not allow drug users to hang around their parking lot and taking up parking spaces. As I sat and had my ice cream, people came and left once they seen the drug users sitting there passed out.
Maybe get together with the store hire security to discourage this behavior.

“I visited the Baskin-Robbins located on Upper James. This evening, the two staff members who served me were very friendly and professional. The young lady suggested I try the Mango Mania, and I was pleased with her recommendation. I arrived at the store 15 minutes before closing, but she made me feel very welcome. The customer service was excellent, and the store was immaculate.“

I’ve been df/gf for close to 13 years and never have I ever found products that not only have a great variety of options but for them to taste so incredibly delicious! This will definitely be an absolute must stop and fill up when we are in town. So incredibly yummy and not overly sweet like some places.“
