“Our fav is their Half and Half. Tried a few flavours and all seem to be perfect. What we don’t like is the absurd self-made rule of stop serving milk shakes 15 mins before closing. Turned around two times now for being 2 mins late and the excuse that they just washed the blenders. They should honour the customer rather than giving these excuses. When your closing time is 10pm then you should be serving everything on the menu until that time or change your closing time to 9:45pm and ask your people to start washing blenders after that. Good food is one thing but having such an attitude towards customer destroys everything. The owner or whoever is making these rules should take notice“

I’ve been df/gf for close to 13 years and never have I ever found products that not only have a great variety of options but for them to taste so incredibly delicious! This will definitely be an absolute must stop and fill up when we are in town. So incredibly yummy and not overly sweet like some places.“

“I’m a regular here at Baskin Robbins and just wanted to share my experience. Honestly, my visit didn’t start that great, but it completely turned around because of Nirav.
He was really chill and took the time to get what kind of flavors I like (I’m a big fan of mango and Jamoca Almond Fudge 😄). He let me try a few new ones, explained what goes into them, and suggested some options based on my taste. That kind of effort really stood out.

“I went there and got 100 puffs which you are supposed to only order in advance but the guy working there was super nice and allowed us to order it if we waited for him to make it which wasn't a problem. We got 4 different flavours and they were all really good, especially the cookies and cream ones. Nice location as well“

The two ladies working were very kind (between 8-8:30 pm, Feb 13th), especially the one who served my Chocolate Peanut Butter, Pistachio Almond, and Rocky Road scoops. She patiently answered all my questions about the prices, which I truly appreciated. I also love how clean and organized this branch is that the refrigerator is neatly arranged and makes choosing ice cream cakes so easy. “It was a pleasant surprise when we tried the coconut flavour. I would say it was my favourite so far. Service is quick and as friendly as you can get from a teenager since staff is about that young. It looked like they had no AC working so I felt bad for the girls and it felt very stuffy and that time but I do recommend the spot when you crave an ice cream in one of the warm sunny days along with the lake view.“

“Went for a quick treat with dad as other location on king/Ottawa was packed. Was in and out at this location.

Sucks they got rid of the bench out front,.but because of the neighborhood I can understand why.

I would encourage this location to not allow drug users to hang around their parking lot and taking up parking spaces. As I sat and had my ice cream, people came and left once they seen the drug users sitting there passed out.
Maybe get together with the store hire security to discourage this behavior.

Would be nice to have a small table out front instead having to sit in my hot car.. bring back the bench.“
