“Hello Hamilton Keg I want to connect and share my amazing experience I had as It was my first time dining in at a Keg Steakhouse. I want to first start off by expressing how amazing and beautiful Gabriela at the front was. From the very moment we walked in my daughter was all upset, Gabriela took an effort to ask her how she was, my daughter was giving her a story and she was attentive and super nice. She was then told to bring us into our table by someone standing at the stand and as soon as that happened, my daughter jumped to me and was full of happiness again. She was super friendly to us as we were getting to our table. As a father, it makes me feel happy that there is a pure and beautiful person inside and out who goes the extra mile to help out people whether family or stranger and in this case we were a stranger to her. So, thank you Gabriela for going above and beyond with my daughter and making my first of MANY times memorable at the Hamilton Keg. My daughter doesn’t stop asking me when we are going back to see “her bestie”. Cheers.“

“Classic Halibut and Chips, fries are homecut style fleshy, tasty, perfect fish is good quanity a bit overdone as is usual with fish and chip places, but not so bad to degrade the experience. They dont do their own tartar but thats ok because I like the packet style. Non branded ketchup is a downside, but I see thats become the norm at takeout nowadays. Overall good experience would return.“

“My friend and I drove to B-Side Social from Niagara after winning a dozen free oysters and it did not disappoint! The oysters were so good we ordered an additional dozen along with the caprese salad and it was phenomenal! All of the staff was amazing. The owner (I think) or at least the GM came and chatted with us a few times, she had great energy! Our server Autumn was super cute and did a bang up job! Will def recommend and return!“

Elyse, brado, and there server who served us (updated once we get his name) (Feb23 @12am) are especially hardworking and who put effort in treating their guests. As someone who is a server in this industry, we can see who puts effort into their work and who enjoy it. This is a well community based restaurant with multiple connections with one another so I deeply respect, recommend, and appreciate the people who work here.
