“I loved the vegan food and they were delicious, but I waited 30 minutes just for getting vegan cookies. Service is not quick. I really want to support vegan stores as a vegan person and be positive but floors were not clean inside the store, the person who was serving looked overwhelmed from working, a little smile would make difference.“

I have not tried the food yet, but there is a nice selection of breakfast, lunch, and pastry options to grab and go. The seating is comfortable, and I like that you can pour your own water. It is the perfect place to grab a coffee and then wander through Indigo.“

“I don’t know where to start with this one. It has to be one of the best cafe in town tucked away in some streets of downtown Kitchener. It has one of the best coffees and sometimes the line up and get overwhelming and their almost no place for tables and it’s small cafe it’s always full. I had their cappuccino and it’s really nice and they have different varieties of filled donuts which are delicious and scones. I would definitely suggest visiting early as most of the things will be sold out my late afternoon.“

“Rose Cafe in Town it is rare to find such a beautiful place, relaxing and tasty food. My husband and I go there for a date as it is not only food but the vibe is needed after a busy and hectic day. “Incredible Breakfast place. I got a Chive and Cheddar Scone and a Bacon Buddy.

First of all the scone...i got a cheddar and chive scone and it was unbelievable! Soft, flakey and full of flavour. Hands down best ive had in town...better than the Sconery!
I then got the bacon buddy breakfast sandwich. I gotta say the price put me off..$17 for a breakfast sandwich is alot....but it was worth it! The bread is a fresh made croissant like bun. The egg was perfectly cooked. The bacon was thick and not to salty. The whole thing just melted in the mouth. It's the second best breakfast sandwich I've ever had and well worth the money.
Then it came with home fries which I did not realize when I ordered. Again surprised by the quality. I don't love home fries but these were well cut, fried crispy outside and fluffy inside. I finished them all.
Highly recommend. I will be back.“

I called with a few questions, and Nathan was incredibly kind, patient, and clear in answering everything. Later, when I accidentally placed the wrong order through the Starbucks app, I called again—and once more, Nathan was so kind and professional in offering me assistance.

The app’s helpline was really frustrating and not helpful at all, but thankfully Nathan was very kind, understanding, and resourceful to ensure my order issue is dealt with properly.
