“Got some Doubles and a Chicken Roti. Very friendly service, and a tasty meal. They're using a turmeric based gravy for the curry and not the Red Tin darker curry mix. The curry gravy is also a bit on the oily side; its something you'll notice. The roti size is a bit smaller than other places, but they do put a good amount of chicken, and its soft, and the roti is not dry. The Doubles were good, but they dont have any chutney inside, like some other places do. Also of note is that there is no seating area. But overall, I'd return here“

“I have been eating at Nicey’s since a teenager and I absolutely love their food. When I don’t have time to cook this is my go to Caribbean restaurant ordering off of Uber Eats. My favourite meal is the red snapper with rice and peas with oxtail gravy and their amazing hot sauce. I also love ordering their oxtail, curry goat and jerk chicken. Their red bean soup is also a favourite of mine along with their rum cake without icing. Most definitely recommend this restaurant.“

“Stacey's has excellent value - great food at reasonable prices. The viral oxtail patty was absolutely delicious (although a bit on the greasy side, the bottom of the container was swimming in fat). There are some small bones in the oxtail so be careful when eating. I would definitely come back for more oxtail dishes!

We also tried the curry chicken roti, which had tons of chicken and not very many potatoes (compared to other roti places where the roti is almost 70% potato). The jerk chicken poutine was also good; fries were decent and the jerk chicken was very flavourful.

You should expect a line during the lunch rush on weekdays (from 12-1) so plan around that if you're in a rush. We visited during the busy lunch hour and had to wait over half an hour for our food.
