The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made the meal even better. They offer great combo deals too, so it’s a fantastic spot for both flavor and value. Highly recommend for anyone looking to try unique and tasty pizza in Niagara Falls!”“

“Delish!
Came here yesterday for the first time with my uncle getting a quick bite before we resumed our work, i got the pepperoni meatball sub, very good impossible to eat without getting sauce everywhere but very good, loved how some of the meatballs had a bit char on it added more flavour, the fries were good too, thick, crunchy and soft on the inside. Yummy!
And the service was amazing after we had finished eating my uncle got up to put his tray away and a worker quickly came over and did it instead“

“One of the best food and customer service....try it“

“Absolutely amazing customer service, for those who are complaining about “leaving to help grocery customers” need to realize this ain’t McDonalds, one or two people working while they have to multi task ain’t easy. You can go here at 3 - 4 am and they’ll make whatever you want fresh to order.“

“Amazing service! The girls working on Saturday are lovely patient and understanding. Even refunded donuts to give us a better price they dont push ypu out of the drive thru line like other places, donuts are delicious and I LOVE THE FROZEN RED BULL! I get blue raspberry with a shot of strawberry they just added the shot for no extra mobey. ❤🫶“

“Great burgers and fast service!

Harvey’s is always a solid choice. The burgers are really good, and the best part is that you can customize them exactly the way you want. Everything tasted fresh, and the ingredients were crisp and flavorful.

The service was super fast, and the staff were friendly and efficient.
If you’re looking for a quick and tasty meal, Harvey’s is definitely a go-to spot. 🍔🔥“

“Harvey's is Harvey's, you know what you're getting. At this particular location, it is worth the review because it is always clean, the staff is unusually pleasant, and they seem happy. They even seem to enjoy being around each other. It's actually a comfortable place to spend my hour lunch..... Their mood helps lift mine on a dreary workday.
If drive thru also always friendly, quick and ready.“

“Alex is such a wonderful person, he’s such a joy to have as my cashier! You guys need more workers like him, he always remembers me and has such a wonderful smile! I’ll continue to be back because of his incredible customer service :)“

“I was honestly impressed with how good the food was. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the sandwich had a lot of flavor. The place was clean and the service was fast. It’s a great option if you want something quick that still tastes fresh and well made.“

“I’ve come to this subway quite a bit over the years, it’s always been good. However today, I decided to order on the app and pick up. A gentleman named Saman made my foot-long turkey sub and it was honestly the best sub I’ve ever had in my 20 years of ordering subs!!!
It was the perfect amount of meat, sauce and vegetables! 👌🏻 5 star!
I just had to let you know what an amazing job you did! Sounds silly, but it made my day. Thank you!“

“Located at lower level of casino in food court. Very kind and hard working staff - genuinely appreciate my interactions with them and them answering my questions. Delicious food! Can go out onto the back lawn area and view part of the falls or nightly fireworks.“

“I ordered six footlong subs, and every single one was made with perfection. Despite a busy rush, the staff was friendly, patient, and took the time to prepare each sandwich with fresh ingredients and careful attention to detail. Fantastic customer service overall!“

“Yummy poutine and great service. The man behind the counter was very kind .“

“Denise is the sweetest soul you will ever meet
The highlight of my day is literally going through the drive thru and seeing that she is there! She is so personable and really such a genuine person
The food is always great, but I really keep coming back because of her!!“

“I had a very good experience with a girl name simran , she was very fast and accurate. I asked her so many questions about sauces and cheese but she replied every-times very politely . I would highly recommend you guys to go this location.“

“5 Star.“

“Good: - super friendly service; to add, I watched an employee take extra steps to make sure an older gentlemen was well taken care of (that was really nice to see) - amidst a collection of other fast food joints in this casino food court, this joint offers somewhat healthier items Cautions: - I felt the food was a bit dry and probably could have been seasoned a bit more; this isn't necessarily a bad thing because I chose all the ingredients, so it very well could have been my fault This restaurant is located in a casino food court. I don't know that I would recommend if not already in the casino, but if you are choosing only from the list of (fast food) restaurants in the casino, then I would recommend.“

“When we arrived at Niagara Falls on Sunday afternoon, Aug 23rd, and we wanted a couple of foot-longs to take to the Hotel for super. We arrived, and were greeted by an older fine gentleman (don't worry, same age as us) and did a wonderful and methodical building of our sandwich. He was very friendly. We have not had a subway built so well in a long time. Once we had it, it tasted great. I cannot speak about any other staff, but if he is there, you will not be disappointed.“

“A large variety of menu and meat to choose from. The staff is very friendly and help choose desired ingredients. The sandwich itself was large enough and wasn't compromised on quantity. Meat was tasty, warm and veggies were fresh.
Most recommended, especially for the protein fans.“
