“Great price and quality of the meats. Got 2 meats & 2 drinks, and with tip came out to about $30/person. I highly recommend capitalizing off of the banchan, it’s unlimited and free, and makes the whole experience worth it. Definitely one of my staple k bbq spots.“

“Went there for Sunday dinner. Had soontofu, beef bulgogi and japchae. Food is ok, nothing extraordinary but assessment is same for all: food is ok, portion is on the bigger side, prices are on the high side. Personally prefer to eat several dishes so found the prices (& portions) to be too high. Wanted to eat seafood pancake but I am not going to pay $29 for it.. (review 3.5/5)“

“Mapo gamjatamg Soup very flavorful. Served piping hot. The pork bone generous with lots of meat. Side dish not as much but enough.
The chicken with sticky sweet sauce is the best. Portion is big enough for sharing.
Place is nice and clean.“

“One of my favourite korean fried chicken places! My fav favours are honey avocado and spicy creamy garlic. I love how fresh, juicy and flavourful they are.
I love the cash discount! I dislike how theres limited seats for dine in so its mainly takeout only.“

“Mrs.Park's food is a stand out! Our organization ordered catering for 50 staff members and all were beyond impressed. Her Bibimbap was authentic and her variety of sauces were able to feed everyone from spicy lovers, meat lovers, to neither! She curated a personalized menu for our team and ensured all dietary needs were met. Not to mention the delivery service by her team were so kind and accommodating to our difficult to find unit. I would 10/10 recommend Mrs.Park's Kitchen to anyone looking for an authentic and high quality Korean food experience. Thank you Mrs.Park!“

“It was absolutely ammmmazzzinngg! Even though I tried to avoid unhealthy foods all week, this one was definitely worth breaking my rules for—sometimes you just have to close your eyes to restrictions and savor the taste. 😍🫠I think I found my favourite meal/ snack of all time and will continue to try other combos. BTW I tried beef+chicken combo with 🍟“

“Follow @bredgyeats for more food reviews and posts!
The Gamjatang offers very generous portions, with a potato, napa cabbage, banchan and a filling bowl of rice, with 4-5 meaty and fatty pork bones. The meat is incredibly tender and moist, effortlessly slipping off the bone and absorbing the rich umami taste of the broth.
The broth stands out with its oiliness, and flavour extracted directly from the gochugaru and pork bone, giving it a boost in fragrance and flavour than most. While the pork can become quite filling, a splash of red vinegar brightens up each bite with a touch of acidity and sweetness, balancing the richness. The banchan also included a pan-fried scallion pancake, which was a surprising sight to see.“

“My girlfriend and I had decided to try this Korean-Japanese restaurant nearby. We received excellent customer service, and the food was great as well. James was such a very friendly, polite, and professional employee. I felt like I was treated well—one of the best customer services I have experienced. I would highly recommend this restaurant.“

“Rating: 4.5/5
Came here for a late lunch today. It’s a cozy little spot — enough to fit ~20 people. Service was good and friendly.
The menu seemed smaller compared to the other bbq chicken I’ve been to, but the food was pretty consistent. Chicken was moist & tender on the inside. This location also does not (yet?) have a liquor license so they only had non-alcoholic beers and mocktails.
Parking: It’s a small-ish parking lot, but shouldn’t be too hard to find parking here. Most of the other stores in this plaza are generally quick in/outs and not the type to open late on weeknights or weekends.“

“Went here with my friend today! Very good fried original chicken. On the sweet and savory side. Waitress was kind and was curious about the flower gift I gave my friend. Very sweet!
Definitely will return here with more friends <3“

“Awesome katsu at affordable prices.
Chicken katsu (dark) with rice:
- super crispy (yet not oily!) batter
- chicken was slightly thin but still juicy and tender
- sauce on top was the perfect sweetness
- had a sample of curry mayo for dipping that also slapped
- furikake on the rice was a nice savoury touch
- generic coleslaw/salad but who cares
At $15, it's pretty great value for a sizeable katsu meal. Sitting is tough as it's a small place with only 8 counter seats, but it seems like a great place for takeout. Payment is also debit or cash only.“

“The service was impressively quick (9/10) and the staff were very friendly (9/10), which really set a positive tone for the meal. The portion sizes were good (7.5/10), though I did find the beef a bit light on the plate and the overall dish wasn’t as spicy as I’d prefer. The chicken, torn into strips and battered, had some issues too—the batter was a little oily and lacked a punch of flavor (7.5/10). Price $$ out of $$$$$
Overall, despite a few flavor drawbacks, the experience was solid thanks to the speedy and warm service.
Total Score: 8.3/10“

“I been here a few times. I lived in the area my entire life but never noticed this restaurant lol. The mapo tofu is so good, probably the best one I've had. It's just enough to tingle your tongue and the flavour is good. The pork and chive dumplings pan fried or steamed are tasty as well. Pretty straightforward service. Their Lamb live, heart and tripe soup was so refreshing and flavourful. I didn't expect the soup to be so good.“

“Went there today. We were happy and satisfied with the food and services BUT… It was cold (we were sitting far from the door) and we had our baby with us. The changing bed for babies is in the women’s washroom and the changing bed area is placed in front where the sink is, which in my opinion should NOT be placed there. It should be in the bigger toilet area for more privacy. Having a diaper changing bed in front of a sink is a big NO to me since it’s blocking people from washing their hands. So I highly suggest to move it in the bigger toilet area.
Hopefully this would get resolved asap.“
“The Bibimbap is the best thing I had in this entire year of 2023 so far, I'm not even joking. It's so good. They put vegetables on top so you can eat it first before the rice. The sweet & sour is such a great combination to add to the beef, vegetables, & rice. Such a great taste. The owners are so friendly & nice, gave me free soup. The location is so COOL. It's a company food court & there's not even a sign from the outside that there are real fast food restaurants inside this corporate building. It's kind of hidden from the outside if you don't have Google Maps. The cafeteria is so clean too. Really wonderful experience. I'll never forget this. I love Bibab Express.“

“have a lovely experience with this restaurant. We suppose to be eating at gyubee however we are unable to book a reservation on time. and we try the chako, the service 100% satisfyinfg. accomodate us from the time we sat on the table. replenish the meat and condiments and ask for time to time if we needed something. Worth the money and experience I might say. must a try for anyone looking for bbq grill and were looking forward to be back again. thanks!“

“It should be an old restaurant that has been open for 20 years. If you like Korean food, you must not miss it. The taste is old-fashioned, including bibimbap, pork bone soup, cold noodles, sweet and sour pork, and various pots. They are all very good. It’s a taste that you’ll miss if you don’t eat it for a while. Hope it keeps going.“

“This place has been our go-to Korean restaurant for over a year now — we eat here every single week, sometimes even twice. The food is consistently delicious with rich, bold flavors and high-quality ingredients. It never disappoints.
Our must-order dishes every time? The stir-fried squid and pork, and the pork bone soup — absolutely packed with flavor. But honestly, every single dish we’ve tried has been amazing.
We’ve brought so many friends here, and without fail, they all end up becoming regulars too. The vibe is super relaxed and comfortable — perfect for family meals or casual dinners with friends.
ONNURI is a true hidden gem. It deserves way more attention and should be way busier than it is. If you love Korean food, don’t sleep on this place. Support local — and eat well!“
