We started with a crisp Caesar salad (the only one I've ever had that I can say compete with my father's - even Dad agreed) and a beautifully balanced Caprese salad with the freshest basil, both savoury and well-executed. Even the bread and butter were exceptionally phenomenal—a simple yet telling detail of the kitchen’s commitment to quality. “Came here Monday night with my brother and the food was amazing. Our server was Peter and he was so nice! He checked in with us once and seriously that was amazing. “The food was excellent, however we were so crammed in nobody could move their chairs. My chair was sandwiched between two tables and our chairs were actually touching each other from the other tables. Not safe in my opinion. The wait staff could not service the people at the tables. There were handing plates over the tables. The noise level was so high from overcrowding and on top of that the music was turned up loud. Four people at our table not even talk to one another. Could not hear the wait staff unless they talked right into your ear. Unfortunate since the restaurant was recommended to us. All I can say food was excellent too bad the evening was a wash.“

“Excellent service, and excellent food. We stayed at c hotel to celebrate our anniversary as we got married there years ago and wanted to return to celebrate. We ate at Baci for the first time last night and we had the pepperoni and margarita pizza. Honestly it’s some of the best pizza I may have ever had. It had the taste of Neapolitan pizza but without the flop. It was nice and crispy with a beautiful char flavour, loaded with pepperoni and cheese. I can’t wait to come back to eat again, thanks for a great dinner!“

“Busy NY eve, called and ordered and got a call back that the driver was in the lobby. A bit early but ok. We got the wrong order. They immediately called and said our right order was on its way.

Showed up 10 minutes later and let us keep the wrong order too a they’d have to throw it out. We have a potluck tomorrow so it won’t go to waste.

Mistakes happen. So then customer service is about what happens to make sure you have a good experience after that, and they nailed it.“

We had a a pizza with mushroom, pepperoni and bacon, very thin crust which is what I love and it was really good. Delivery was awesome. They said it would take 20 to 30 minutes. It actually came sooner than that. An update when The driver was nearing my house and he was very friendly. Very nice. Everything went smooth. No problems at all. “Moved to Binbrook 5 months ago and was looking for my go-to pizza place. Binbrook Pizza has not disappointed! The pizza is generous with cheese and toppings, and the sauce has a nice garlic-spice flavour that really elevates it. It’s also small and owner-operated—not a chain—which is always nice to support. “This location is great. The staff are always friendly and the food is consistently on point. Due to a power failure at one point we had to order from another location and the food was a train wreck. This location sets such a high bar.
