“A great bubble tea and fruit tea spot in Village on the Grange. Offers a great selection and the mango shake/slushie was delightful. Service was fast and I noted the staff member double checked to make sure the tea cup was sealed which was appreciated to avoid spillage. Will be back, especially considering the hours of operation are awesome!“

“I would say this is one of the most lowkey bubble tea shop in downtown Toronto. I didn’t know about it until someone took me there. It was all the way in the back of a big building. A Thai-style milk tea is my favourite. The shop was quite small but still haves many spaces for customers to sit, study, chat! They even have a corner so you can take photos as well. They have a special drink for each day, so we got to try different flavour every time we come here! The drink is really good, one of the best places ever. The price is pretty good, very affordable for students. The staff is really nice and patient, because we spent such a long time choosing the drinks. The atmosphere is quite chill and quiet, cozy as well cuz we come during winter time.“

“My fav location is 85 Halsey street the one guy that works there is pretty nice to the kids he gives them pins and sleeves just for asking whereas the 2027 location they dont have the clear cups for large drinks and they told a 5 year old no pin and sleeve for u bcus u didnt buy from the Felix menu“

“I went to NutTea (they specialize in non-dairy nut mylk teas) and I was impressed. They offer Chinese-style milk teas, matcha, and more. Their novelty is the nut cream they add on top.

I ordered the seasonal Strawberry Matcha with Nut Cream (matcha base + strawberry nut cream). The matcha is water-based, so you’re supposed to stir the cream in. I got mine with 50% ice and lowest sugar. It was still pretty sweet because of the cream, but the cream was tasty and you’d hardly realize it’s not dairy.

My friend ordered the Matcha with Pistachio Nut Cream which is highly recommended.

Here's the deal: They sell real durian smoothies. Yes actual durian, the fruit that is memed for its stench. I have a genetic ability to tolerate (yup, it's like the cilantro thing) so I love it but I cleared out the cafe when I began drinking it. For that it gets a 5 stars. No other reason.“

“The drinks and customer service is great. But why did you guys cheap out on the carry out tray that doesn't even hold the drinks in place. When you try to walk the drinks just falls out. I was luckily enough to notice and have a plastic bag to store fruits hamdy. But can you imagine paying for three large drinks only for it to fall off the carry out tray because the business decided to go with a less material tray. It's quite disappointing.“

But what I do think is horrible is how this location allows their staff to work under grueling conditions , especially during a heat wave that is currently 43 degrees. A simple fan does not suffice and Im sure fresh fruit makes more then enough revenue to provide safe and comfortable working conditions. They also have a good option of Aloe Vera topping for the calorie conscious who may want to avoid boba but still enjoy toppings in their drinks. Their lavender tea is my personal favourite. “I’m giving 4 stars because I always come here and it’s usually great. But the kid who made my drink today really sucks I’m sorry. The lady that took my order was nice as usual and the kid made my drink. As he was sealing it up he decided to start scrolling on his phone. Leaving the drink in the machine for a while. I didn’t say anything and he pretended not to notice the drink was ready and instead turned his back to me and continued on his phone. The other lady noticed and looked annoyed at him and got my drink for me. I wasn’t going to write this review because it’s chatime who cares…but then I tasted it. I get this drink all the time and I’ve unfortunately just had to toss this one. I work in food service as well, I have no problem with people being on their phones or doing other things but when a customer is waiting on you and your co workers are expecting you to carry your weight it’s just unprofessional. Young kid can’t be older than 19. Glasses. Sucks. Otherwise love this place but will skip when he’s on shift.“

“Gong Cha has great drinks! I personally love any fruit tea here. The only thing about this location however is that the service tends to be kind of slow (especially on busy days/weekends) since it’s the Eaton centre. Otherwise, a great place for bubble tea!“

My sister took a rose flavour with added stuff.. We both loved our teas. The Kung Fu Tea on Spadina is a quiet spot to relax and enjoy your bubble tea.“

“My daughter at home likes it, and she always drinks a big cup. Gift cards are particularly difficult to use. I bought one for each of my children last summer, but ended up not being able to use it for half a year. During this period, I spent countless times in vain.“

“Came for the Nikke collab. They have the postcards and drink sleeves, as well as the codes for pulls. Drinks flavours are ok; preference is the yogurt lychee one. The other one is pretty fruity tasting and has activated charcoal in it. Be careful drinking the charcoal one if you’re taking medication.

“The drinks were really nice, and the service was great. However, the temperature inside the store was too high and quite stuffy.

I had planned to spend some time and relax at coco, but it was TOO HOT - surprisingly, it was even cooler outside. I really admire how the staff maintained their excellent service despite the uncomfortable temperatures. I hope the regional manager can see this message and adjust the temperature as soon as possible.“

“An alright bubble tea option near High Park/Keele Station with a decent selection of drinks and topping options. Their menu is extensive with categories like milk tea, smoothie, fresh milk, and fresh tea (black/green). They offer agar balls which isn't commonly seen in bubble tea places, but also offer lychee popping boba and the staples like tapioca, pudding and grass jelly. Customization is offered for the sweetness and ice levels. This bubble tea place shares the same staff members as the Sushi Place Restaurant. Their staff is okay with speed, they have the equipment to shake the beverages. Containers felt pretty sturdy. Good to satisfy the minimal cravings, but there are better options if you don't mind the distance.“
