Service was fast and I noted the staff member double checked to make sure the tea cup was sealed which was appreciated to avoid spillage. I recently visited Kome Yogurt in Toronto, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The Lychee Lover yogurt drink was fresh, delicious, and the variety of toppings allowed for a truly customized treat. We also grabbed the Crab Onigiri which was delish!

But what really made my visit stand out was the exceptional service by Allan. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. Allan’s attention to detail and welcoming attitude truly enhanced my experience.

“Last time I had a normal nut milk tea here and it wasn't great — there was a problem with nut sediments at the bottom of the drink and it didn't really mesh well with the tea flavour for some reason. This time I got a drink that contained nut cream instead, and it was really good! Highly recommend. Service is always great here.“

“Whenever I'm here, I usually order their ICED STRAWBERRY MATCHA LATTE. It's quite sweet, so I'd recommend getting the sweetness at 50% if you don't want it overly sweet.

The seating area in the back is aesthetically pleasing and the lighting gives off cozy vibes.“

But what I do think is horrible is how this location allows their staff to work under grueling conditions , especially during a heat wave that is currently 43 degrees. A simple fan does not suffice and Im sure fresh fruit makes more then enough revenue to provide safe and comfortable working conditions. Employees are not slaves they are the people helping put money in your pocket ! Do better fresh fruit !!“

“The drinks and customer service is great. But why did you guys cheap out on the carry out tray that doesn't even hold the drinks in place. When you try to walk the drinks just falls out. I was luckily enough to notice and have a plastic bag to store fruits hamdy. But can you imagine paying for three large drinks only for it to fall off the carry out tray because the business decided to go with a less material tray. It's quite disappointing.“

Only concern is the coconut sherbet is extremely sweet, to the point that I can’t drink it until I get home to water it down with some ice. Flavour is great but there’s something in it that’s just too sweet (maybe tapioca or a flavoured syrup)
My fiancé got a watermelon slush that was amazing & I literally saw the staff cut up fresh watermelon just for it!“

“I love this place! I come here atleast once a month to hangout with a friend. I love that they have a kiosk to place your orders too as someone with social anxiety. The service is friendly and the tea quality was great! The tapioca also was perfect texture. Will come back :)“

“They have great bubble tea options. More importantly they offer customizable drinks if you want to skip sugar and add splenda instead. They also have a good option of Aloe Vera topping for the calorie conscious who may want to avoid boba but still enjoy toppings in their drinks. Their lavender tea is my personal favourite. “I love Kung Fu Tea, and since the one in my area is no longer Kung Fu Tea, I found the opportunity to come to this location after my event that I went to that evening. It felt really good to enjoy boba tea from one of my favorite boba tea shops again, and the girl at the counter was so nice and patient with my sister and I.

The place itself was very cozy and we were very happy to even take home a cute little bear tote bag as a souvenir! I hope to come back to this location again, but for now, I’m lucky to have made coming here a wonderful and precious memory that sealed my day trip with my family greatly :)“

“I’m giving 4 stars because I always come here and it’s usually great. But the kid who made my drink today really sucks I’m sorry. The lady that took my order was nice as usual and the kid made my drink. As he was sealing it up he decided to start scrolling on his phone. Leaving the drink in the machine for a while. I didn’t say anything and he pretended not to notice the drink was ready and instead turned his back to me and continued on his phone. The other lady noticed and looked annoyed at him and got my drink for me. I wasn’t going to write this review because it’s chatime who cares…but then I tasted it. I get this drink all the time and I’ve unfortunately just had to toss this one. I work in food service as well, I have no problem with people being on their phones or doing other things but when a customer is waiting on you and your co workers are expecting you to carry your weight it’s just unprofessional. Young kid can’t be older than 19. Glasses. Sucks. Otherwise love this place but will skip when he’s on shift.“

My child wanted a mango drink, so we decided to try this shop that we usually pass by for the first time. We ordered the Passion Mango King with added tapioca, and it was good! It's not freshly squeezed, but rather a nectar-based drink. However, it's affordable, so it's okay.
In addition to tapioca, it initially contained nata de coco and some kind of fruit seeds, allowing us to enjoy a crunchy and popping texture.“

“Came for the Nikke collab. They have the postcards and drink sleeves, as well as the codes for pulls. Drinks flavours are ok; preference is the yogurt lychee one. The other one is pretty fruity tasting and has activated charcoal in it. Be careful drinking the charcoal one if you’re taking medication.

Edit: also got the hero aca drinks. Both are very solid!“

“Pretty good bubble tea. I like the top 1 pick (deer something) Its next to the skating trail so not that far of a walk. The pearls are a little heated making it a nice combination of hot and cold. Price is a bit steep for a regular size but I guess its what you expect from Toronto. Street parking nearby thats free after 9pm“

“I really wish they had a maybe in terms of whether you’d recommend this place. While I find the items I’ve tried to be very good, I find it very expensive. I also strongly wish they had a smaller size you could get. The regular size is quite filling, enough for a meal on its own and far too big for a younger child. Also, I found out today that a gift card can only be activated and used with the use of a smartphone. Not everyone has phones and it’s not safe and secure as now anyone can just punch in my phone number to use the balance on my account. I think that needs to change as the way it’s currently set up makes using a gift card being inaccessible to everyone.“
