“Great music, staff definitely needs help with homeless people! Kyle is great at his job, very respectful and made me feel welcome!! Staff like him need a raise!! Overall always a great experience. Location is great and never had a rude staff member.“

“This is one of my favourite go to places, especially late at night. It’s open all the time and yeah, there are definitely folks hanging around who are struggling, but I still enjoy it and love the convenience. It’s usually pretty easy to order your stuff, sit down and eat without any problem. Can be a cheap go to if you order the value meals.“

“Probably my favorite McD location in the city, right in front of the ROM. There's always tiny birds on the patio outside. Sure you'll find the usual downtown mess at times but overall a nice place for coffee and a cookie, with a nice view.“

“It’s McDonald’s. Love the summer days dollar drinks! Thank you. And the pickles… I love the pickles. My favorite memory of working at McDonald’s (different location like forever ago) was the buckets of sliced pickles. A whole bucket of sliced yummy pickles. Who knew they came that way!!!

Vegetarian options: In Canada, for some odd reason, there are not actual vegetarian options. Places I’ve been like Paris and England both had vegetarian options like a bean burger - spicy or not. Here vegetarian option is getting a burger without the meat or a grilled cheese- if they still have those. Apparently they don’t even do salad anymore.

Dietary restrictions: Make sure if you ask for food a certain way that you double check and remember it’s McDonald’s. Don’t freak out on the person serving if the person preparing in the back messed up. Be kind.

Kid-friendliness: It’s not as kid friendly as when they had indoor play places but it’s McDonald’s so it’s always kid friendly. No matter how old the kid is ?“

“We visit this place once in a while and I always find it as a great place to eat. The environment, service and cleanliness is superb. This restaurant is always busy for walk in and Uber but the service is super quick. Adequate parking available at front and back. They have patio outside as well. McDonalds is still one of my favourite budget friendly fast food restaurant to visit for coffee, Fish burger, Ice-cream and fry (I wish if they could offer "Halal" meat). I would highly recommended this place.“

“For the most part, a better than average McDonald’s. My major issue with it is that they pick and choose when they open. The dining room is supposed to open at 6am…it’s seldom on time, it has been as late as 6:30, 7am. They pump out a good coffee and the food here is good too. Just make sure you open on time guys, it’s really not that hard. Also of note, the staff is very friendly here but they need to keep an eye on the front counter instead of having to hunt them down to place your order“

“On the ball for a weekday bagel BLT combo breakfast. The 6 kiosks were all operational, the front took cash and the service was efficient pushing out a stream of orders (but no verbal pleasantries). Very limited seating within the McDonald's area, but plenty of seating in the joint food court area which is out of the way of customers waiting for their orders. Enjoy!“

“I just wanted applaud the staff here, there was an incredibly rude guy there this morning and the manager and staff handled it really well, I'm so sorry that they had to experience that, but they were quick and kind with everyone else, so I def recommend!“

“Delivery of mcdouble combo, junior mcchicken, small fries, peach pies and coke Zero. Everything was as expected. Peach pies had mouthful bites of peach. I also ordered gravy which was good.

I bought a mango smoothie from this location to go, and I was served quickly. The location was not busy, without lines and with ample staff waiting. This location can get busy at times. I use the app and a delivery service most often that has reported the location busy.“

“High traffic/volume location. Food is prepared in a reasonable amount of time, staff is pleasant and effective. Napkins/condiments etc are usually stocked.
It can serve as a bit of a social hub, so it can be loud if you eat in. Tables are cleaned off pretty quickly.
I haven't tried the washroom in a few years, but there often seems to be a lineup, and a smell near the door. I come to this location about once or twice a month, and always plan to avoid the washroom. Given that it's a public(ish) washroom used by customers, delivery people, etc, I don't fault this location if the washroom isn't great - just wanted to make a note here that anyone who might need to change a diaper/pop a squat might wish to go elsewhere.

Overall, a location I will continue going to with the above expectations.“

“I don’t eat at McDonald’s often and didn't expect much when I stopped by this location by the subway entrance (got rerouted here by shuttle because of subway closure and was hungry). I grabbed a quarter pounder and ate it on the subway. I was honestly surprised how hot & fresh the burger was - probably the best I ever got from a McDonald’s. Not only that the place was really clean and well run. Not sure if I will be back anytime soon - but highly recommended.“

Kadeem makes the most of what is a difficult location and keeps it running very smoothly and efficiently. His calm and friendly demeanor amidst the chaos is both pleasant and reassuring. “Pretty great place but today I asked for a Big Mac extra pickles and half sauce, the order taker thought I said hab sauce (which obviously stands for habanero sauce duh everybody knows that, I’m the stupid one) so I come home to eat and my box says habanero sauce so I eat it and it is just LOADED UP WITH MORE SAUCE IVE EVER SEEN ON A BURGER (it looks like macaroni and cheese) so I eat it and it’s pretty spicy but the taste I just don’t like habanero sauce mixed with Big Mac sauce not a great combo but overall McDonald’s will always be my number one food. “My spouse was demanding that I pick up some Grinch socks from a Canadian McDonalds. This was also my one and only chance to get some Canadian poutine (even if it was from a fast food place). Establishment was clean. The ordering interface functioned properly and was easy to follow. Food was ready quickly and boxed up nicely. Nothing else to say really. Oh, I like my socks.“

“McDonald’s at 2362 Finch Avenue West is my favorite spot for Orange Pekoe tea. The service is always good, and the place is well-kept. We also enjoy their nuggets, iced coffee, fudge sundae, Spicy Habanero Chicken Burger, and Spicy Buffalo Chicken Snack Wrap etc etc they all taste great! Definitely a nice place for a quick bite.“

“Every time we go to Dufferin Mall, we always eat at McDonald's with my daughter, and the one who always assists us is Janna. She is very kind and always checks in on us, as well as with other people. When we arrive, it's just in time for her to be finishing her shift, and she would say goodbye. The person with is also very attentive and takes care of us. His always smiling, and his talks to the kids every time he delivers the food. Thank you to Jimmy and Janna for the excellent service. 🫡“

“Great food, however the cashier had no idea what she was doing let alone barely spoke english. She should be fired immediately as she mad my visit inconvenient. Apart from that slow cashier, the rest of the service was fast and my coffee was amazing.“

“I asked for my fries and junior chickens to be well done and I was pleasantly surprised. Finally a sandwich from McDonald's that didn't have lettuce everywhere except the sandwich. The Phillipino lady was very pleasant and you could tell that she cares about the customers. I wish I got her name so I could put in a good word to her boss. Approximately 4:00 AM Thursday morning.

“Its always nice when a store makes a mistake and they fix it... but in my case i made the mistake on the order and they were so happy to fix it. This is the first time i ever felt a sense of customer love and service. These people are the reason why the store is so busy.

Atmosphere is Great. Really great new look for McDonald's Restaurant in Canada. Walls are White and Blake Marple & Black and White letter information so cute. More open concept fast food restaurant. Self Check-Out and cashier are available for your favorite food order. I got Iced coffee large size with McDonald's mobile app, only cost $1. Three different Dinning Area and Patio also available, It's really great. Wheelchair accessible Parking and Entrance Available. Also accessible seating and Washrooms are available.
Very clean restaurant and friendly staff. No more television available in this new design of the McDonald's restaurant, it's not happy news for Eurocup and Olympics 2024 Customers. Overall McDonald's Restaurant dinning area more look like Cafe style. Missing kids playing area. Restaurant Dinning Rooms are open 6 AM to 11 PM and Mcdelivery & Mobile order available until Midnight.

“On Sunday Nov.24 2024 the employee of McDonald ai Scarborough town center suite 4 charged me 10 cents for cup of cold water she said the owner now charging 10 cents for the cup today on 12 04 2024 charged 20 cents for the same cup of water I need to take my medication so I pay 20 cents .

“Honestly. I ordered McDonald’s, guiltily, at 2am. I hate cheese so I order hamburgers with extra condiments. This crew is so legit that when I was dumb and accidentally hit “no bun, no hamburger” they decided to fill a box with condiments. I have never laughed so hard in my life despite my disappointment. “The first issue is the inconvenience of parking. While you can park on the roadside for a fee if a spot is available, it’s not always easy to find one. Secondly, the tables are quite dirty. After guests finish their meals, the cleaning isn’t prompt enough, which affects the overall atmosphere.“

“Me and my partner recently arrived in Canada to visit a friend and decided to spend the day in Toronto. We ordered with an employee by the name of I believe regene (her name tag was hard to read) her service was very fast and friendly. We absolutely loved her she deserves a big raise 10/10“

“I've been here a few times, and it appears that it's a local hang out for kids. The restaurant closed the eating area upstairs, so we had to eat standing on the street while the kids were loitering in the restaurant on their phones, empty-handed. I'm not sure why the upstairs was closed, and when i asked why, I was presented with a shrugg.“

“Not my usual, McDonald’s location, but the one at 470 Yonge for some reason idoesn’t have McGriddles.This is a small McDonald’s location right on Yonge Street just south of Wellesley on the west side. It must not do a lot of pick up orders because it does not even have a orders progress board. Staff were quiet but courteous. I was in and out in minutes.The McDonald’s app is a pain (at least for me….lol). I find it asks too many questions, has no real organization and lacks a go back button , if you change your mind on what you are ordering. They are almost forcing you to order with the app. if you order at the cash you clearly are the lowest priority possible.“

“I would say it's a pretty good location however depends when you go here because this place can get really busy I went here with a friend after a big event and I did not expect to see a lot of people here at 1030pm but it happens on Saturdays especially when it's busy. They do have the self pay machines so be patient I guess and hope for the best especially at this location. Workers are polite from my experience“

“Order on uber eats and a burger was missing. I called the location and the manager that answered the phone was very nice and respectful about the situation. He asked for my name and phone number and told me that the next time I went on their location they would give me a free combo. Also their staff are very nice!
