“The 470 Yonge Street McDonald’s stands out for speed, freshness, and friendliness. Just steps from College subway, it’s easy to reach and always clean. Staff handle rush-hour crowds with smiles and get orders right the first time. My Big Mac was hot and perfectly made, the fries crisp and salted just right, and the iced coffee smooth.

Bright windows, organized pickup shelves, and plenty of seating make it a comfortable place to eat in or grab food to go. A top choice for quick, reliable fast food in downtown Toronto.“

“Well, this was a whole new experience! You don't go to McDonald's and expect to have uniformed servers greeting you and bringing the food to your table! Very relaxed and comfortable, higher end restaurant-like atmosphere. Deducting 1 star due to the lack of washrooms (only 3 shared washrooms).“

“We visit this place once in a while and I always find it as a great place to eat. The environment, service and cleanliness is superb. This restaurant is always busy for walk in and Uber but the service is super quick. Adequate parking available at front and back. They have patio outside as well. McDonalds is still one of my favourite budget friendly fast food restaurant to visit for coffee, Fish burger, Ice-cream and fry (I wish if they could offer "Halal" meat). I would highly recommended this place.“

McDonald's nestled between trendy and hipster St. Clair Avenue West and Christie has been home to many mouth watering dishes for years.

What I really like about this location is that it brings a lot of the community members together families and professionals and business people. All walks of life come together at this location and it feels like a family oriented place.

Excellent customer service and of course you know the regular menu that's always the staple and always a favorite amongst us.

The new menu is amazing!

Chicken wraps are phenomenal whether it's the grilled chicken or Krispy chicken you cant go wrong.

Also the new ice cream flurry is amazing.

And you definitely have to try the mouth watery chicken teriyaki its awesome!

So if you're in the mood for something really good and fast just head on out to McDonald's any time of the day your taste buds will thank you!“

“It's a good fast food option on King Street West.
The food is pretty good, the staff is nice but it often takes some time for the orders to be ready. The sitting area is somewhat small and the tables are too close to each other - it's usually packed with delivery drivers, people who are on their way to the club or homeless people.“

“Always a good experience here. One employee in particular (can’t remember his name he might even be the manager. Hes about 60s, black, glasses) has an amazing smile and a very positive attitude. Always looking like hes full of joy, engaging with the customers and making people smile. I come à few times at least once a week between 12 pm and 2 pm. Hes not the only one. I’ve had great service from à couple other employees too. Everyone has an amazing attitude working at a busy McDonald’s intersection. Lot of respect for your team!“

Kadeem makes the most of what is a difficult location and keeps it running very smoothly and efficiently. His calm and friendly demeanor amidst the chaos is both pleasant and reassuring. “I recently ordered McDonald’s at home, and I have to say, I was really happy with the overall experience. Everything arrived warm and fresh, which made a big difference. I started with the apple juice, and it was actually delicious – cold, fruity, and very refreshing. Sometimes juice from fast food places can taste artificial, but this one was just right.
I also ordered the veggie burger, and I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the flavors were really good. The patty had a nice texture, and the combination of toppings made it quite satisfying. It’s great to see more vegetarian options that actually taste good!
And of course, I couldn’t skip the fries – McDonald’s fries never disappoint. They were hot, crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside, just the way I like them. They had the perfect amount of salt, too.
Overall, it was a really satisfying meal. It’s always a gamble when ordering delivery, but McDonald’s did a great job with this one. I’d definitely order again, especially for the fries and that surprisingly yummy veggie burger!“

Atmosphere is Great. Really great new look for McDonald's Restaurant in Canada. Walls are White and Blake Marple & Black and White letter information so cute. More open concept fast food restaurant. Self Check-Out and cashier are available for your favorite food order. I got Iced coffee large size with McDonald's mobile app, only cost $1. Three different Dinning Area and Patio also available, It's really great. Wheelchair accessible Parking and Entrance Available. Also accessible seating and Washrooms are available.
Very clean restaurant and friendly staff. No more television available in this new design of the McDonald's restaurant, it's not happy news for Eurocup and Olympics 2024 Customers. Overall McDonald's Restaurant dinning area more look like Cafe style. Missing kids playing area. Restaurant Dinning Rooms are open 6 AM to 11 PM and Mcdelivery & Mobile order available until Midnight.

“People say this place is slow. Of course it is sometimes. It's one of the smallest locations in WALMART!!! High traffic, small location. What do you expect. Jesus!

“Today I was blessed by an Angel in a McDonald’s uniform at St Clair East and Yonge Street. Chynnel was not only kind and thoughtful, but she went above and beyond to provide the best Customer Service for me, (more than I could’ve ever expected). Yes this beautiful person took my phone call and was super informative, and when I arrived, she had what I was looking for ready to go and had no problem whatsoever making me feel valued. My expectations definitely exceeded today and it’s all thanks to the wonderful Chynnel, who (if I do say so myself) has a wonderful smile as per the “service with a smile” mantra that McDonald’s prides themselves on. “I ordered via Uber but then I made a mistake with my order so I called the store and the worker by the name Hetal answered. They were about to close for the nightly cleanup but she patiently worked with me, taking her time with kindness and professionalism to meet my needs and correct my order. “My spouse was demanding that I pick up some Grinch socks from a Canadian McDonalds. This was also my one and only chance to get some Canadian poutine (even if it was from a fast food place). “I asked for my fries and junior chickens to be well done and I was pleasantly surprised. Finally a sandwich from McDonald's that didn't have lettuce everywhere except the sandwich. The Phillipino lady was very pleasant and you could tell that she cares about the customers. I wish I got her name so I could put in a good word to her boss. Approximately 4:00 AM Thursday morning.

“Its always nice when a store makes a mistake and they fix it... but in my case i made the mistake on the order and they were so happy to fix it. This is the first time i ever felt a sense of customer love and service. These people are the reason why the store is so busy.

“The first issue is the inconvenience of parking. While you can park on the roadside for a fee if a spot is available, it’s not always easy to find one. Secondly, the tables are quite dirty. After guests finish their meals, the cleaning isn’t prompt enough, which affects the overall atmosphere.“

“I would say it's a pretty good location however depends when you go here because this place can get really busy I went here with a friend after a big event and I did not expect to see a lot of people here at 1030pm but it happens on Saturdays especially when it's busy. They do have the self pay machines so be patient I guess and hope for the best especially at this location. Workers are polite from my experience“

“This branch literally robbed me this morning. I placed a mobile order through the app and I was at the drive through window at 3:57 am. The staff told me that they can’t give me the order as they were switching shifts. I said that’s fine as long as they can refund me. After a long conversation they ultimately told me that there’s nothing we can give you i.e no record of any type - though I asked for anything even an order number.
The app on the other hand, doesn’t show any receipts or records.
I paid both by points and cash and I was not given a refund.
This is absolutely ridiculous.
I reached out to Rohit, the area supervisor through email and they haven’t come back to me yet.
