“This location is one of the most busy restaurants on the strip, they have lots of stressful guests but still manage to serve everyone with a smile no matter how rude, the food may not be the greatest but it is fast food so it’s to standards don’t knock it till you try it“

“This location is usually busy, but they move the line quickly. I've been here a few times and the food has been fresh and the orders have been correct. Staff are generally polite and helpful. Cleanliness is decent for how much traffic they get. Would come back“

“While the staff really try hard at this location its frequent to a small amount of homeless addicts, trust me I'm in recovery so I do feel for those people but sometimes they can take a certain toll on a person's mood when on a date persay or there discussing business with a friend, if they don't bother anyone and have paid for something there's nothing mcdonalds can do about it, but if you witness someone who's acting disgruntled then telling staff will best help them to remove the struggling person from the store, the staff do rectify problems with food at the best of there ability including granting refunds where necessary.“

“I am a fan of McDonald's coffee. It's not overpriced. The coffee tastes good. The washrooms are clean and they do good job at being a restaurant. Wheelchair accessible and there's parking right there. One of my favorite places to go get coffee for $2“

“Went to buy 2x $1 icecream cone on offer and was greeted by lovely Diana at the cashier and I request for chocolate sprinkle as topping and offered to pay extra then she kindly offered me chocolate sauce in a tub for free which was a lovely surprise :)“

“Sahra is my FAVOURITE employee over here. She’s always friendly and helpful and HILARIOUS god she’s so funny. I came in yesterday and she made me the best ice coffee and made it so fast. She’s amazing at her job and gosh also just incredibly gorgeous. Keep up the good work Sahra.“

“Well for a McDonald's it's pretty much what you expect. I went through the drive thru and didn't like that after driving off I realized the fries were probably sitting there for a little bit and they put a little too much salt. Overall happy though with the food and quick service.“

McDonald's nestled between trendy and hipster St. Clair Avenue West and Christie has been home to many mouth watering dishes for years.

What I really like about this location is that it brings a lot of the community members together families and professionals and business people. All walks of life come together at this location and it feels like a family oriented place.

Excellent customer service and of course you know the regular menu that's always the staple and always a favorite amongst us.

The new menu is amazing!

Chicken wraps are phenomenal whether it's the grilled chicken or Krispy chicken you cant go wrong.

Also the new ice cream flurry is amazing.

And you definitely have to try the mouth watery chicken teriyaki its awesome!

So if you're in the mood for something really good and fast just head on out to McDonald's any time of the day your taste buds will thank you!“

Atmosphere is Great. Really great new look for McDonald's Restaurant in Canada. Walls are White and Blake Marple & Black and White letter information so cute. More open concept fast food restaurant. Self Check-Out and cashier are available for your favorite food order. I got Iced coffee large size with McDonald's mobile app, only cost $1. Three different Dinning Area and Patio also available, It's really great. Wheelchair accessible Parking and Entrance Available. Also accessible seating and Washrooms are available.
Very clean restaurant and friendly staff. No more television available in this new design of the McDonald's restaurant, it's not happy news for Eurocup and Olympics 2024 Customers. Overall McDonald's Restaurant dinning area more look like Cafe style. Missing kids playing area. Restaurant Dinning Rooms are open 6 AM to 11 PM and Mcdelivery & Mobile order available until Midnight.

“It's a good fast food option on King Street West.
The food is pretty good, the staff is nice but it often takes some time for the orders to be ready. The sitting area is somewhat small and the tables are too close to each other - it's usually packed with delivery drivers, people who are on their way to the club or homeless people.“

“People say this place is slow. Of course it is sometimes. It's one of the smallest locations in WALMART!!! High traffic, small location. What do you expect. Jesus!

“McDonald’s in Scarborough Town Centre is one of the busiest locations I’ve ever seen! It’s a smaller McDonald’s with four kiosks and two counters, and there’s almost always a line. Despite the rush, the staff handle the crowd impressively well. There have been a few mix-ups with orders in the past, but that’s understandable given how busy it gets. Overall, they’re doing a solid job keeping things running smoothly every day.“

“My friends and I passed by the drive-thru at a McDonald's in Toronto and were super satisfied with our McFlurries. I got the Oreo McFlurry, and it was perfect great blend and lots of cookie chunks! The staff was quick and friendly, getting our order right away. Even though we didn't dine in, the service was great, and it was a really positive stop.“

“Shoutout to Kadeem. He always seems to be working when I visit, and I'm always glad that he is. Kadeem makes the most of what is a difficult location and keeps it running very smoothly and efficiently. His calm and friendly demeanor amidst the chaos is both pleasant and reassuring. “I asked for my fries and junior chickens to be well done and I was pleasantly surprised. Finally a sandwich from McDonald's that didn't have lettuce everywhere except the sandwich. The Phillipino lady was very pleasant and you could tell that she cares about the customers. I wish I got her name so I could put in a good word to her boss. Approximately 4:00 AM Thursday morning.

“Its always nice when a store makes a mistake and they fix it... but in my case i made the mistake on the order and they were so happy to fix it. This is the first time i ever felt a sense of customer love and service. These people are the reason why the store is so busy.

“Nice 24HRS Micky Ds. They have 2 computer order stations you can use. It’s busy but they keep up with the orders nicely. No complaints. Location is nice if you’re walking by. You can find free parking across the street on the two roads that run perpendicular to Eglinton and paid parking. Near by. No parking on Eglinton.“

“I went here at some point and experienced what can only be described as a series of events involving food. The atmosphere was definitely present, and there were tables, which I appreciated. The staff did things that staff typically do, and the menu contained options. I ordered something that turned out to be exactly what it was, more or less.

Time passed while I was there, and by the end, I had formed several thoughts, though none of them felt urgent. It’s the kind of place that exists, and in many ways, that’s something. I might return, or I might not, depending on various factors. Overall, it was an experience.“

“I ordered via Uber but then I made a mistake with my order so I called the store and the worker by the name Hetal answered. They were about to close for the nightly cleanup but she patiently worked with me, taking her time with kindness and professionalism to meet my needs and correct my order. She's so good with customers and went above and beyond!! When employees are this way, it makes you wanna keep dealing with that location and nowhere else. Thank you.“

“Great service, friendly staff. My only issue is this location doesn't give the option on the app of removing some ingredients from your order. For example, the wrap, I have to ask them to not include cucumbers as the app doesn't give that choice like all other McDonald's locations. Even though I specifically asked at the drive through, they still included cucumbers. Please have this ingredient included as an option to opt out in the app. Appreciate it!“

“Me and my partner recently arrived in Canada to visit a friend and decided to spend the day in Toronto. We ordered with an employee by the name of I believe regene (her name tag was hard to read) her service was very fast and friendly. We absolutely loved her she deserves a big raise 10/10“

“I took a meal but while getting my order, I saw the offer on chicken nuggets so I told the staff employee already bought the meal without the nuggets. Can you add the chicken nugget offer and then she said no problem I will and she was very kind, good staff.“

“I did just want to shout out a worker at this location, I've dealt with an off and on stutter my whole life and this time it was pretty bad, all the kiosk were in use so I had to order at front counter, the person who was there was super nice and helped me through my order. “At this McDonald location, I’ve have been in here before and after the renovation. I work for Uber delivery and there’s that one young Asian boy with long hair that is always having my delivery fast and correct and always on time. Before the restaurant closed for inside pickup. I would always see him running back and fourth multitasking and getting the delivery’s done within seconds! Every time I show him my number for delivery pickup, he completes in 2-4 minutes! He’s a very hard and respectful young guy and that I’d seen that works at this McDonald’s location. I also asked for his name and had a conversation with him and told me his name was “Anthony”
Besides the rest of the workers here, my delivery pickup takes a long time to receive.“

“I'm always happy with the service and quality of food I get here, whether onsite or via delivery. I ordered the grilled chicken burger meal and fudge sundae this time. The food was delicious, fries were crispy and burger juicy as well. the fudge sundae was great too and I also received a complimentary chocolate muffin as well. Such a sweet surprise. I look forward to continuing to order/dine at McDonalds.“

“This branch literally robbed me this morning. I placed a mobile order through the app and I was at the drive through window at 3:57 am. The staff told me that they can’t give me the order as they were switching shifts. I said that’s fine as long as they can refund me. After a long conversation they ultimately told me that there’s nothing we can give you i.e no record of any type - though I asked for anything even an order number.
The app on the other hand, doesn’t show any receipts or records.
I paid both by points and cash and I was not given a refund.
This is absolutely ridiculous.
I reached out to Rohit, the area supervisor through email and they haven’t come back to me yet.

And at lunch time it is very hard to find a table to eat at alot of the students bring food from outside place in . But when it is not lunch time or right after school ot is empty.“
