It’s a family run restaurant, the chef father makes so delicious and juicy bagel&sandwich, the cookies baked by the son are also very impressive 😍😍😍 what is more impressive is the price, All Day Breakfast:a bagel with a coffee , only costs 5.99CAD, 6.77 after tax. Nowadays this price can only buy a cup of coffee in Toronto 😅😅 A bagel alone like that would cost at least 12 CAD!!!! When I firstly saw the ad saying All- Day Breakfast 5.99 on the wall, I thought that must be a scam😂😅 Buz similar meal like that in the campus food trucks are at least twice the price. “It is ok. If you're in the area and want a sandwich it's ok. I wouldn't go out of my way for it. We got the morta Bella and the chef's choice.

Both were stuffed with meat. Definitely had that going for them.

Morta Bella had some tang from the goat cheese but needed some mustard, something hot, or something vinegary.
Chef's choice was better.
The bread was just a typical sub bun, which was a bit disappointing. Was hoping for something more flavoured, or slightly textured/crunchy on top.
There are tables inside but there are no chairs.“

“Ariete e Toro is such a cute little gem on Keewatin Ave - one of my favourite sandwich spots in the city. It’s small, cozy, and always spotless, and you can genuinely feel how much care goes into the place.

The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. They really listen to your requests, and as a vegetarian, I’ve never had any difficulty finding great options or asking for small tweaks. Their menu is great, and everything is always fresh and delicious.

It’s conveniently located, and there’s just something about the place that makes you feel good when you walk in - clean space, warm people, and a lovely neighbourhood vibe.

And whenever Matt, the owner, is around, it’s always nice to have a quick chat: he’s genuinely welcoming and adds such a personal touch to the shop.

The pesto in the Turkey pesto was homemade. My daughter had the Turkey Swiss and really liked it - her only complaint was the seeded mustard, but she’s a young foodie and will grow to appreciate the finer mustards in life with time.
