The artisanal bread was actually flaky and the sandwich was good. They made me want to get subway more. Unfortunately, the subway near me with its chewy gross artisanal bread that I doubt they even toasted soured me. But hey, go HERE!“

“Hands down one of the best sandwich places I’ve had. Fully appreciate the variety of the vegetarian friendly sandwiches. Got the Fresh Prince, which doesn’t come with cheese and I debated adding it, but i didn’t and I didn’t miss it! The flavors are so well balanced and delicious, the sour dough was just awesome. Everything together was phenomenal, and I immediately wanted more.“

“I ordered a pick-up from Google map yesterday. When I got there there was many people so I could not reach out to any staffs. Turned out to pick up my order without letting any staffs know but I guess it’s normal for such a busy restaurant. Ate at a table outside the restaurant and really enjoyed the cool weather. The pork katsu sandwich tasted great. The fries with curry tasted good at first but just OK as time went by. Want to try other sandwiches when I come to Portland again.“

“Turkey & Brie wasn't anything special. The Brie was nice, but the turkey was very dry and baguette was a little tougher than usual. It could have used salted butter to make it pop. Otherwise, the small sandwich shop vibe was nice, and I enjoyed the sides. I'll definitely be back to try some of the more interesting options and revise my review.“

The outside of the tamale in bread is just too much bread. The sandwich also didn’t hold up well especially when dunked in the pazole dip. “I went out at 2:20 in the morning to get something to eat. I did not expect to eat one of the best meals I’ve had in a while at that price range. The store owner was very nice and gave me a few recommendations for what to eat and he made an excellent choice because the food was amazing. The environment around the outside of the store was a little rough but that was not the store owners fault and shouldn’t take away from the quality of the food. Overall a great place to eat, would recommend for a night munch.“

It was after lunch crowd. May have been an off day for them. Visited this place just before noon. Used coupon for a great deal on a #16 foot long Chicken Teriyaki sandwich. No problem substituting spinach for lettuce. Toasted just right too.“

I was ordering for friends so I wasn’t sure what kind of bread they’d want, if it should be toasted, stuff they always ask about when you order at Subway… But the cashiers laughed along with me and helped me through the process. “Amy had the best customer that I’ve had in years. She was working by herself with a long line of customers, in a sketch area, she was so kind, so sweet and happy to help. She made a great sandwich. Prep area was clean ingredients were fresh. She just did a great overall job. It doesn’t get better than that.“

My friend Jay is owner in Florida Charleys cheesesteak. He always said If you find a Charleys in your areas please try it. So I said I will but I can’t find in Vancouver WA. Finally I found Charleys in Oregon. I ordered Philly cheese sandwich large. It’s a huge and big portion. So delicious and yummy. I love it. My youngest daughter loves fries.“
