“MASARAP! worth every penny. We ordered their Double Dark Chocolate and Taro Milkteas (both with creamcheese puff and pearls). What I like is that di sya sobrang tamis. Saktong sakto ang lasa at tamis kaya di nakakaumay. The creamcheese puff is also amazing. The cheesy creamy flavor of the puff complements the sweetness and creaminess of the milk tea. The ambiance is also very homey. Ang bango rin sa loob which makes the milktea experience even more satisfying.“

“My sister went to grad school in Portland and went to Norah quite a few times while living in Portland. She raved about the food and said it was the best meal she ever had. We made a 1pm reservation on a Saturday and walked in to a very cute little place. Order yourself via QR code. We ordered the Rainy Rangoons and the Pad Thai Nachos. Rangoons were a little fishy for our liking but the Pad Thai Nachos were to die for for. For meals we all split the See Ew and the Spicy Holy Basil Eggplant. Everything was absolutely delicious and portions were very large. We had a good amount of food left over. Would definitely return next time I’m in Portland.“

“I don’t care if you’re vegan or not, this is some of the best food ever! Whatever you are craving will be so amazing but if you were to only get one thing get the Crunchwrap. It will make you feel things your partner never could. Also have you ever been disappointed when you went to Taco Bell and the Crunchwrap was smaller than you wanted, well not here, it’s massive and way more flavorful than Taco Bell could ever hope to be. There is not a single reason you shouldn’t be going here at multiple times a month. Lastly literally everyone who works here is just the biggest bundle of joy and so kind it brightens your day 😊“

“Just had my first visit here and it was so good. The vegan pork belly is something I would have never ordered, but so glad my daughter did because it was amazing!! I got the fried rice which was also really good, and had asked them to add broccoli. Most places just toss a couple pieces on top when you make this request, but Van Hanh put a ton of perfect bite sized broccoli all through my fried rice. Perfect, and much appreciated by this broccoli lover. We will definitely be back!“

“Oh wow. I read reviews about this place online so we made a visit when we first arrived in Portland tonight. There was only seating at the bar and that was fine as it was last minute and this place was booked up. The service was great, the drinks just perfect and the food - excellent! My husband was skeptical at first but the more he ate, the happier he was! The heirloom tomato dish with one of the foccacias is a must! We combined the prawns with a tagliatelle- delicious. The cocktails were well crafted and tasty. We will be back!“

“We had one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in years at this restaurant. After a long day of walking, we arrived with our kids—ages 3 and 5—tired, cranky, and full of energy. From the moment we walked in, the service was nothing short of outstanding.

Every member of the staff—from the host to the bartender to our server—went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at ease. They were genuinely kind, patient, and completely unphased by our feral kids. It was clear they not only tolerate children, but understand them.

Without us even asking, the staff offered to bring the kids’ meals out first, provided toys to keep them entertained, and even cut the crusts off their sandwiches. The extra attention to detail made all the difference—our kids have never cleaned their plates so well.

The food was equally impressive. Both my wife and I had delicious meals—well-prepared, flavorful, and clearly made with care. We left full, happy, and incredibly grateful. It’s rare to be able to finish meals with preschoolers in tow.

If you’re looking for a restaurant that welcomes families with genuine warmth and delivers excellent food and service, this place is a gem. We’ll absolutely be back.“

“The husband and I were on a ramen rampage, and the weather was our perfect excuse. Then, out of nowhere, we stumbled upon this restaurant. The service was spot-on, the food arrived in record time, and that ramen? Sheer perfection. The broth was a flavor bomb, the chashu was tender and divine, and those noodles? Freshly made and sublime. We left feeling like we just discovered ramen nirvana.“

The food was amazing and they have vegan milkshakes, which is way too rare. We also got some nuggets to share and they have a unique flavor- the table was split 50/50 on loving them but I think they’re worth a shot since they are kind of different.“

We both loved Luna's so much we ended up coming back the next day...where we were recognized by the owner immediately. We had a great laugh about it and sat in the shop to eat our scoops while talking to her. As fate would have it, she brought up that she was looking to cater weddings! I got her information immediately and we booked Luna's to cater our end of September wedding. I cannot recommend Luna's enough. The ice cream is delicious no matter what flavor you go with (my fav is Summer's Day and Apple Pie, if you're wondering). The texture is perfect and each component is thoughtfully prepared to bring something extra special to each flavor. You can tell that the people making the ice cream really care about every step of the process. Give them a visit and you'll surely be immediately planning another!“

“Finally checked out Mirisata and so happy I did. This was my first time trying Sri Lanka cuisine and I was skeptical as vegan food is not always my favorite. In this case I was blown away by the flavor and feeling of comfort my meal provided. The spices were apparent, but not so much you couldn’t taste the dish. It was filling, but not heavy or greasy. “Another visit to Portland, another great vegan experience. Coming from a smaller town without a single vegan/vegetarian restaurant, it is such a pleasure to have not just vegan restaurant options but to be able to experience and enjoy vegan renditions of cuisines from around the world. My first time trying Venezuelan food was/will be a memorable one. My wife and I tried the Patacon de Carne Asada and the Arepa de Carne Asada. Both were very good, with the Patacon being both of our favorite. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to try vegan Venezuelan 🇻🇪!“

“This is a great first date place. The food presentation was outstanding. However, we felt it was a little blan. They use RC soda products here, which are flat at the bar but have carbonation if gotten from the back. Amazing happy hour!

“Vegan noodles and tea leaf salad need work. I was disappointed by them especially for the price point. Noodles were just noodles, a little bok choy and mushrooms. Looked like something I would cook myself when I was running out of groceries. Carrot salad and beef curry were great though!“
