I had the chicken & noodle stir fry and tried the tomato beef soup, all of it was very good. The boba I got was excellent as well. “I got the yuzu miso ramen and my wife got the lime shio ramen. We also got chicken karaage with lemon sriracha aioli. Everything was fantastic. Such a good balance of flavors and just absolutely amazing. The workers were extremely friendly as well. I am 100% coming back here!“

The popcorn chicken was also heavenly (crispy, juicy, completely addictive), and the pork chive wontons were also really good — fresh and super satisfying. Everything felt thoughtful and delicious. “Excellent spot! We had the signature noodles with pork belly in minimum spicy and the sesame chicken. The sesame chicken was perfectly sweet (not overpowering) and had good flavor. The noodles were delicious, not too spicy for my mild palate, and the pork belly was crunchy and succulent.“

I'm a whole plant-based eater and had a great day however I wouldn't consider it the most healthy since I don't eat fried foods and use sugar or much oil.

“Food tasted very fresh and the flavors were wonderful. They have a dispenser on the tables with mixed spices (not spicy), and one with spicy contents. I used the non-spicy powder on my Chow Mein and I was loving the flavor combinations. They also used this powder on our king oyster mushroom BBQ skewers. I think what stood out most to me was the menu variety. I admittedly couldn’t order most items because of dietary restrictions and the large amount of spicy foods, but I still love to see so many uncommon options.“

“BEST PLACE TO GET ASIAN FOODS!!! I was traveling from a different state here, and my group was really hungry, and we wanted Asian foods since we're Asian. This place surprised us so much. It tastes so much like our home country. I couldn't provide any picture because we were really hungry from the long trip and just dove in to eat. The food reminds me of my home country, and it was amazing. The prices are affordable. The service is awesome. My sister dropped her orange juice and got a new one without extra charges. It looks small and old, but the food isn't. The quality is fresh. The people are really friendly. Definitely coming back again.“

“What a great little gem! I love the ability to choose my ingredients and have someone else cook them! You can load up on as many veggies, meat and noodle combinations as you want. There are also a great many different sauces and oils to choose from. Shrimp, chicken, pork, beef and fish! Pick one, pick two, pick them all! The veggies were nicely sliced and fresh.
The restaurant was clean and comfortable and the staff were exceptionally kind. They were helpful, attentive and just plain old sweet! If I am ever in the area, I would certainly come back again!“

“The dumplings here are consistently excellent and perfect for sharing with friends or family. Ordering is simple and efficient, you place your order at the display screen at the counter, then head straight to your table. The whole process feels smooth, organized, and well thought out.

Food arrives quickly and never disappoints. I’ve eaten here several times and have yet to have a bad experience; everything has been fresh, flavorful, and satisfying each visit.

The restaurant also has an additional seating area, making it a good option for larger groups or busier times without feeling cramped.

Location-wise, it’s in a great spot right off Hawthorne with plenty of foot traffic. On a few visits, I’ve spent a couple of hours catching up with a friend and watching a steady stream of customers coming and going, proof that this place stays popular, especially during peak hours.

Interesting cocktails, sake and draft beers live here- TV's too. Visited on Super Bowl Sunday and sat comfortably watching the game.

After first trying it, I ended up coming back about once a week for a month. The roasted duck is one of my favorite dishes, and everything I’ve had has been consistently good. “Decent food. I felt like I had to add soy sauce to the garlic fried rice in order to give it flavor. It was heavy with garlic but had little flavor to it. The chicken had a great taste. We got the sesame chicken and the flavor was great. But the texture was hard for me at times. The sauce was very sludge/slime textured, and the chicken had a fatty texture to it at times. Seemed like it could have been fried longer. But the service was good, friendly and quick. The atmosphere was alright, there wasn't much to the place. Didn't see much in the way of decor. But overall id give the restaurant about a 3.8 out of 5.“

“got there around 1pm on a Sunday, it took about 10 minutes for us to get a table- pretty cozy restaurant and fairly busy. Got our dishes within 5-10 minutes of ordering. The only downside is our A1 dish did not come with bokchoy and it took a minute for us to flag down a lady and took another 5 minutes for them to bring out some chopped bokchoy in a small bowl. The fish also wasn’t really minced but more like big chunks of cod…but we did enjoy the liver dishes, the sauce that came with 19 was very good and paired well with the dish. The youtiaos were also pretty good and tasted freshly made. As for the fresh soy milk, I perferred the cold over the hot and it tasted good but the soy flavor wasnt as strong as other places that I tried before. If I were to go back I’d for sure would like to try more of their liver dishes.“

“Best chow fun in town. Can't get fresher noodles anywhere because they supply most of the Chinese restaurants and stores in town with their noodles. Their fried rice is really good, too. They also make their own tofu, both fresh and fried. Their rice noodle rolls are good, too. just have to get their early in the day because they sell out fast. The owners are some of the nicest people and work extremely hard. Love giving them my business.“

“Best (and maybe only) handpulled Chinese noodles in the Portland area. The taste is quite on point with the ones I came to love in Northern China.

The only problem is the close early sometimes and aren't open on weekends. If they were, we'd no doubt have gone countless more times.

The spice level is no joke. I like it spicy, but still feel the heat (wouldn't have it any other way).“

“I was hesitant to go here because it’s right on Powell and I didn’t care for the previous businesses that occupied this space but I’m glad I got over that because the food is amazing.

I’ve been very happy with their Khao Pad, Pad Kee Mao, Pad Cashew Nut, Pad See Ew, and of course their Pad Thai. My partner loves their curry.

“It may be tiny, it may not look like expected inside or out, but this spot is serving straight fire. The menu is limited, but everything they prepare is done at an excellent level. The staff are sweet and fast, happy to help if the kiosk ordering stations are not working properly. Small parking lot out back provides off-street parking for free, and a ramp from there provides ADA access. The prices are entirely reasonable and the portions are substantial. Can't recommend the spot enough, and they have multiple locations in the area. Genuinely, everything smelled, looked, and tasted so good that I forgot to photograph anything. If they sell their peanut butter garlic sauce separate, I would order an entire jar.“
