“Came in with some friends. They had patience of waiting for the long line but I did not. I just grabbed the pint of honey lavender flavor ice cream in their fridge then went straight to the cashier so I didnt have to wait in line. The ice cream was delicious and one of my favorite flavors, then 2nd would be blue cheese n pear flavor. The atmosphere was clean and the place smells like amazing vanilla scent because of the waffle cones they make there. One of my favorite ice cream places ❤️“

“My fiancé and I happened upon Luna's while we were in the area scoping out wedding venues and had a hankering for ice cream. WOW. We both loved Luna's so much we ended up coming back the next day...where we were recognized by the owner immediately. We had a great laugh about it and sat in the shop to eat our scoops while talking to her. As fate would have it, she brought up that she was looking to cater weddings! I got her information immediately and we booked Luna's to cater our end of September wedding. I cannot recommend Luna's enough. The ice cream is delicious no matter what flavor you go with (my fav is Summer's Day and Apple Pie, if you're wondering). The texture is perfect and each component is thoughtfully prepared to bring something extra special to each flavor. You can tell that the people making the ice cream really care about every step of the process. Give them a visit and you'll surely be immediately planning another!“

“Such a good spot! I was really craving some shave ice and I found this spot on my maps and just had to try. A little heads up, you do have to order online which honestly at first I thought was inconvenient but it just made it so much easier. I got the piña colada shave ice with fresh strawberries on top and it was the best shave ice I’ve ever had. It had such a good natural taste to it, unlike most of the shave ice that I’ve had previously. I love that it all tasted so natural and didn’t have all of the insane colorings and fake flavors to it. 10/10, perfect for a hot summer day! Will definitely be returning.“

“I came here on September 16th around 6:30pm. As I walked in, there was a line of about 6 to 7 people. I was happy to see that they were busy, especially since it was Friday night. However, a white male in front of me got frustrated at one of the associates because they didn't have cherry vanilla ice cream. He was mentioning that he waited in a line only to find out that they don't have cherry vanilla icecream. He said to the associate, "Let's talk about what just happened here." It made me feel really bad for the associate. The other associate overheard and stepped in. Told the customer that they didn't have the flavor of icecream and that there was a line. The associate told this customer to chill out, and it was a reasonable request from my perspective. After the customer was told to chill out he mentioned, "I know the owner....". It unfortunately was a situation where the customer felt very entitled to get what he wanted and an excuse to be rude to the associates. I think the associates handled this extremely well. I'm glad they stood up for themselves. That is not treatment they deserve.“

“The ice cream sandwiches that are gluten-free are the best we've ever had and we've tried all of them! Every single one that we get here is amazing, truly, really incredible cookie and ice cream is incredible or rather frozen yogurt… However, the only thing that we don't like about this place is that sometimes you can't try the yogurt that is in the ice cream cookies because they don't have any samples. Also the main thing we don't like about this place is that the toppings are $.95 each and that makes it so we just don't get them which is kind of a bummer for the kids but overall thumbs up.“

“As someone who isn’t classically a huge match fan I wasn’t sure what to expect from this place. We came in on a Thursday evening and luckily it was not super busy but I’m told it can fill in quickly and often has a line.

I wound up going for their seasonal cone flavor which was peach and was quite refreshing and tasty. They have a wide assortment of menu options and types of match dessert to choose from. They use a buzzer system and have seating in the back to accommodate maybe 6-8 groups.

The atmosphere is well lit and clean. Definitely appears to attract a bit of a younger crowd.“

“I started going to this location roughly 3 months ago. My first impressions of the place clean lots of options. Honestly the best bang for your buck when it comes for ice cream. The reason why I keep going back is the atmosphere an environment. The staff of this location are absolutely the sweetest, most genuine, honest nicest people I have ever met. There is a blond woman that works there and I heard some of the most kind compliments of my life. I watched her use words to make another person literally feel better and more confident about themselves. It was amazing to watch. The world could use more people like her. “Went to Orange Julius Because they had a Dairy Queen attached to it. It's on the third floor of the Lloyd Center shopping mall. I just got a Dairy Queen medium ice cream cone dipped and chocolate.It was so good (Price $4.99).

“The food here tastes great, but very sugary, and sometimes it takes a while to eat but it tastes very good. The menu screen is a little tiny and it would be nice if it was a little bigger so it would be easier to see, but the rest of the store is great and it is very helpful to see the different types of cookies physically in front of me. Sometimes workers do not ask for phone numbers, or receipts though.“

“There were three people working tonight. Reese, Jonah and a third person with red hair that I did not get the name of. He was working diligently to close the place for the night as I got there 6 minutes before close. Reese was genuine and friendly while sweeping the lobby floor. She was happy to hold a conversation with me while staying on task which I appreciated! Jonah made my custom beverage and due to a misunderstanding I asked for my order to be remade. Without hesitation he agreed and after clarification I was presented with a thoughtfully prepared, delicious blend of ice cream and coffee. I apologized for the late order and thanked the closing team again. The 3 of them seemed to know their jobs and were seasoned employees. Whomever is responsible for these 3 employees should be proud of their team! Great experience - thank you.“

I can't rave enough about the pleasant, worry-free experience I had with Erica from Ben & Jerry's Catering at the Yamhill shop in Portland. Of the 3 Ben & Jerry's shops I contacted in Portland, she was far and away the most responsive and helpful! In a year of researching, shopping, planning and choosing vendors for my daughter and son-in-law's wedding, my experience with Erica was one of the best! I checked all the ice cream caterer's in the area. Most of them were quite expensive and had limits, restrictions, and extra charges once you got down to an estimate. Erica was one of the most easy-going, honest, cooperative vendors I had the pleasure of working with. She was so responsive and agreeable to all my questions and requests! When I was concerned about not having a choice for our handful of gluten-intolerant guests, she offered to bring some berry sorbets. As always, Ben & Jerry's ice cream is excellent and they offer so many unique and delicious options! To top it all off, Erica informed me that when you hire Ben & Jerry's Catering, you're also supporting New Avenues for Youth which provides job training to youth experiencing housing instability. While some of the B&J's corporate liberal causes don't appeal to me, anything supporting and taking care of vulnerable little ones and youth has my utmost support! We felt honored that in celebrating my daughter & son-in-law's special day, we were also able to contribute to an important cause. Thank you Erica for being such a joy to work with!!“

“It's quite a strange surprise to find a soft-serve counter hidden in the back of a streetwear/shoe store, that's not the most well-visited place in Washington Square Mall. However, word of mouth has spread around a bit regarding this shop and my partner and I decided to try looking for it since we were craving ice cream while at the mall yesterday. We found it and there was someone working there. They have a pretty solid menu offering delicious mixtures of ice cream and other ingredients like cookies and fruity pebbles, or you could also get a milkshake. The ingredients are high quality, taste good, and are not overpriced for what you get. The only weird thing to me was that they don't have water for customers despite having some sort of dessert, so then you'd have to go across to Jamba to get some. The store itself is clean and nice though there's not many places to sit.“
