For the 3rd time we were seated and watched as 2 other tables were sat after us...we waited and waited and watched as the other tables got waited on and we still sat there...we finally caught a waitress and asked if we could be served and her answer was ill find out who your server is...we waited again to no waitstaff...we got up to go and asked for a manager...we told him and he just shrugged it off...we will not return and don't advise anyone to visit unless you dont mind being ignored!”

“16 of our Red Bonnets & Bifocal members (red hatters) lunched today and the food was delicious and plentiful, the atmosphere was very nice, and the server was fantastic!
We had a nice private table just inside the door and very near the ladies room.
Everyone had a great time and every one of us were pleased with our meals. Highly recommend this restaurant.”

“i dont know why this place has so many bad reviews. every single time i have ordered or gone here the food and smoothies have been AMAZING. i have never gotten anything bad from here. my only complaint is the last time i went there i was waiting in line for a long time to order and the workers completely ignored my friend and i so we decided to order online instead and the second we got out of line they immediately took the person that was waiting behind us. i was pretty mad because we waited SO LONG and no one acknowledged us. other than that i love this place and i think about it every day. i wish it was closer to my house! and the prices are perfect!”

“We did their pig roast for our wedding and it was PHENOMENAL! We added their breaded chicken tenderloins for anyone that didn’t want pork, and everything about the meal was perfect. The biggest hits: the pork and the creamy coleslaw. There were guests that told us that they don’t even like coleslaw, but loved theirs! One of our guests comes from a family that owns a restaurant and said it was the best pork he’s ever had, and wanted their information for their upcoming baby shower! We also used them for our cookie table display and we were told by guests that we had one of the nicest cookie tables they’ve ever seen at a wedding! I can’t recommend them enough!”

“Hidden gem in Butler for a solid Italian meal. Would recommend reservations on evening and weekends. The stuffed meatball with spaghetti is great. Their blue cheese dressing is homemade and very tasty for your salad. They were out of a few dishes and wines the day we went.”

“BEST BUFFETT! My husband and I have been to a lot of Chinese buffets, and this one is the BEST. It was a 45 minute ride from our home and worth every minute of it. There were so! many! options! Everything was hot and delicious! The staff was friendly and efficient! LOVED the stuffed shrimp. There was a lot of seafood to choose from and I tried it all. You can't go wrong eating here!”

I now work there and seeing all these mean comments that are untrue is crazy because we clean our facility and we always are nice to customers and prepare the food as if we are making it for ourselves. The wait time can get long but we get very busy and try our best to make it worth the wait”

I just wanted to say, if you’ve never worked fast food keep your opinion to yourself on how long your food took or how your cashier took to take your order. There is nothing worse than hearing people complain. And when you can sit here and type behind a screen about how bad your service was, congrats, don’t eat there again? That’s all. As stressful as it was to wait let’s think about the families who are surviving off of this job before we type lies onto the internet.”

“Let me start by telling you I go here multiple times per month (like over 10) I know that's not a ton compared to others regular stops, however for me that's enough to get to know a person's face/order. They often get my latte wrong. I order a plain iced latte (no sugar or sweeteners or flavors). This location is one of the better buildings in the aspect of atmosphere, astatic, and cleanliness. Even the staff are happier (especially male staff for some reason) friendlier, and the fastest drive thru flow. The managers always make it right with curiosity, whether with taking my info for the credit to pick up later or mail a credit voucher to use another time.”
