“This place is a vibe! Black owned brunch spot. I found this place thru Google search. There’s free parking too. Service was excellent, our server was Sean who was very personable & friendly. As a matter of fact all the wait staff was friendly. We had “the status” cocktail that packed a punch- really delicious, served w/ edible flower & strawberry. My party had Cheeseteak & chicken cheesesteak rolls, chicken & waffles and shrimp platter w/ steamed vegetables. Taste & presentation 9 out of 10. I wanted the shrimps to be a lil bit bigger, but they were delicious!!! We will definitely be returning to try more of the all day brunch menu.“

“Ok so it was our first time going here and we just drove from Jersey where we reside and ate here.It took longer than expected to get our food but it was well worth it . Terell the owners 19yr old son showed up and showed of with great costumer service ,excellent food and yeah he put the presentation down on our platters. I gotta say it was really refreshing to hear and see a 19 yr old holding down a restaurant by himself while mom had the day of and he did her and us justice . I must say this has been one of the best ones that I've had thus far. “This food really made me smile. I'm always skeptical about soul food spots because the mac fails to be cheesy and the veggies lack flavor but this place did not disappoint. I had the shrimp and my husband had the fish and I must say I properly enjoyed my food. The only change I would've asked for was to cook the cabbage a little shorter because I prefer mines to be a bit more crunchy but even without that I properly enjoyed them. It also heats up well which is important for me because I can never eat all of my food. I would definitely recommend eating here if you enjoy properly seasoned food.“

I ordered the sticky wings, cabbage and mac & cheese and my sister ordered baked salmon, cabbage, rice and mac and cheese. Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection. “I’ve been going to Lagos since 2015 Lagos will never do you wrong from the Rice to the Pasta to the Wings and the Pizza my favorite thing about them is their homemade strawberry lemonade with real fresh cut up strawberry pieces in it. “Today was my first time ordering from this restaurant.I want to start with the lady at the counter taking orders, she was extremely pleasant and professional, awesome vibes from everyone I seen behind the counter. I knew I would be back off this alone!We ordered 2 rib platters one with yams the other Mac n cheese and both platters had greens. The ribs OMG the ribs were so tender just melted in your mouth, would have been nice to taste more seasoning however they were delicious I will order them again. The yams…I’m not sure what I think about them, first time for me with the pineapple mixed in yams a little sweet. I will need to try them again…the collard greens, to me didn’t taste like they were seasoned, would have been great to have some smoked turkey meat or even flavor of the smoked meat. I thought they were bland! What I will say about those collard greens they were cleaned well, I could taste it! The cornbread was delicious and the Mac and cheese must of been good because my husband didn’t say otherwise.
