The bread this comes on is incredible. If you want anything HEALTHY, DO NOT come here, I’m reading that it’s deep fried bread. Whatever they do to it, I could’ve ate it alone. The fried chicken inside is seasoned well. It’s kinda too much and falls apart as a result but who cares, eat some first with a fork then eat the rest. I got fries here but they were just okay. I want to come back and try something else.“

The sea food was so fresh and delicious that we ordered take away for dinner as well. Their portions are large and very reasonably priced. The place is clean and well staffed. The staff went out of their way to help us with the menu and even made recommendations when we requested. We're sad that they are not close enough for us for a quick visit but we hope to come back in the future on our drives through South Jersey.“

“I love this place bec they promote people to dance, even if a person has 3 left feet & they offer lessons! I sometimes feel intimidated bec everyone is so good on their feet! The professional couples that dance make it look awesome! They make you want to learn & they look so romantic!The food is what it is! They don't do fine dining & that's OK! The food is secondary for The Crab Tavern as it should be! This venue knows what works for them! My hats are off to them! The part to them focusing on the dancing, most songs they play are geared to folks wanting to dance & most of the time the floor always has people dancing! It's not like a regular club where the dance floor stays empty! Or worse yet, there are only females dancing by themselves! I'm not saying I don't understand why they do that! At a regular club, the females dance with each other bec the men are intimidated or don't know how to dance!Or they need a couple of drinks to loosen them up!“

“I stumbled upon this spot while scouting for locations for a show based in Philly. I love seafood and was drawn as well to the stunning intact 50's diner this seafood market is housed in. It was the end of my scout day but detoured to Hill's none the less. So glad I did. Amazed to learn Hill's has been in this space since the 80's. They had an abundant selection of seafood and the staff behind the counter truly couldn't have been more helpful. I picked up a few things like the smoked trout and the ready to eat jumbo shrimp- did I mention the cocktail sauce? I've got to go back for a jar! Also took a prepared crab cake which just needed to be baked in the oven- pan works too-- and they were kind enough to give me a cooking instructions brochure. They've also got fresh baguettes and rolls. I just prepared the crab cake by baking the roll in the oven while baking the crab cake. I had some chili lime aoli which I topped with their cocktail sauce- with a glass of fine chardonnay-- what's not to love?? I will be back for the sushi grade ahi tuna! Thank you!! This place is the highlight of my Philly adventure! I need to add that I grew up near the Chesapeake Bay and know a good crab cake. This crab cake exceeded my expectations.“

“My children came up to Chester to visit me and of course they wanted water ice being we are from Florida(St.perersburg)to be exact and we have flips and Moo Moo's which are water ice( fla style) and the flips are kool aid with fruit inside and frozen and they come in All flavors and the Moo Moo's are SOOOO delicious and during the summer which is like ALL year in St.pete it's hott and nothing hits the spot like a ice cold flip to keep you cool and hydrated so if you ALL ever visit you will see the signs everywhere in the neighbourhoods so stop in and make yourselves at home to THE SUNSHINE state and enjoy. “My family and friends have been coming here for many years it’s our favorite neighborhood Italian restaurant. We moved out of Swedesboro and we still make the hour drive from PA because it’s still our favorite Italian restaurant. Nunzia’s vodka sauce and meatballs are the best of the best and should be on your list as a must have. I guarantee once you try it, you will never want anyone else’s. On the night we went a few weeks ago, it was pretty busy so our food took a bit longer than expected to come out. Our toddler was getting fussy and the manager, Tim, was so accommodating and gracious. “This little bar is trying very hard not to be a dive or hood bar. From the outside the lighting and hanging lights seen from the window gives the impression that it's modern and bright. The inside has the remaining old bar probably from the previous owners and a room full the paneled walls. There are no upgrades but the high top table and chairs are new. But it clean, bright and open. The draw to this place is the food and customer service. We walked in probably looked unfamiliar with the layout and definitely new, so the manager or owner greeted us and cleared off a table that had business paperwork. They have a fairly decent menu, open kitchen that you can see clearly everything going on in the back. I ordered The j*** chicken Alfredo it was absolutely delicious and a good portion. Although we were across the room the one bar server made a point of checking on us making sure we were okay with our drinks. What I return I want to say yes at the very least to order food to go. It's a winner.“

I met Susan working the front counter and she gave me the lowdown on all the products and even got to see my old neighbors from Manayunk food being sold there! Marchianos! The rave reviews attracted me, as well as it's close proximity to my home, so I knew the food would arrive quick and fresh (and it did). I ordered pancakes, French toast, home fries, and scrambled eggs - - enough for my household of three to share. I knew I was in for a treat based on the aroma coming from the bag when it arrived. The pancakes, French toast, and scrambled eggs were all delicious, but the home fries were my favorite part. I'm finicky about the way my potatoes are cooked and seasoned, but I would happily eat them again (and again). We will certainly keep Amari's in mind for a future meal!“

“Tried for the first time yesterday. Ordered 4 combo meals that comes with fries and a can soda. Price wise their combos are $3-$4 cheaper than Wingstop. We tried the garlic parm, hot, Cajun, and hot lemon pepper. First the fries that come with the combo are crinkle cut style and you get a good portion and they were probably the best fries I've had compared to some of the other pizza places or restaurants that serve fries. They were huge and cooked to perfection. The flavor of all the wings were good and were seasoned and sauced evenly. My only negative would be on one of the combos we got an extra small drum and for my wings I think they were fried a little too hard for my taste. also I ordered my combo with shrimp fried rice. The fried rice was good but the shrimp were on the smallish side. But overall good value for your money and great tasting wings and the portion and crispness of fries were a great bonus. I would definitely recommend this place for your Wingstop alternative. I will be ordering from here again.“

“You know the invisible Chinese Food chain that exists nearly everywhere in America? Each has a different name, but they all have the same menu and price? Pak Yue is the _best_ manifestation of that restaurant. Wonton Soup is packed with wontons, you couldn't fit another one in the takeout container. To Go trays barely close, they're so stuffed. If your bill is five, ten cents over a dollar amount they wave it off instead of making you carry nine dimes the rest of the day. They're super generous with sauces. And, amazingly, when they quote "15 minutes" when you call for takeout, it's actually fifteen minutes.If you don't like Pak Yue, you probably just don't like this quasi-franchise of food.“
