“I will honestly be the first to tell ya, this restaurant is fine, just how I feel ,not just this location but every one I have been too. I just wanted to say my husband and I came to this restaurant for a few beers and some apps!! I will tell you, this is the best service we had at this particular location, our waitress was so great!! I just got out the receipt our waitress was Jessica R!!! I called in and gave a great review and we do not know her so it’s not bias, but I think people mostly call in to complain, so hopefully the manager reaches out to give you the credit for what you deserve … working hard does pay off!!”

“I stoped in over the weekend for the first time in a while with my sister, niece, and elderly parents, and had Kiley as a server. She was so sweet and patient with my parents. She was also very “kid aware,” she brought out nieces food first and had stickers at the end! All of her recommendations were accurate, everything came out perfect. Highly recommend asking for her if you eat here, we will definitely be back!”

I Was in today for my first time I ordered the triple play panini which I don’t normally do reviews but I definitely think this sandwich deserves one, stack high with meat and peppers and a home made balsamic vinaigrette. It was absolutely delicious!! I got it with a side of their house made chips which I was very impressed with the seasoning and being so crispy! I also tried mango lemonade very good not to sweet it was perfect overall. I will definitely be back friendly service great prices and amazing food! Good luck to this little business. “I really love two fat guys and an oven! My favorite has to be the cheese fruit danish and more recently the Dubai chocolate pistachio brownie! It looks a little weird but it taste amazing! “We love Patsy's Bar and Grill! Since it's opening we've stopped in often and have tried just about everything on the menu. We've never had a bad meal, everything is always delicious. They have a decent wine and beer selection and a very nice appetizer selection too. Excellent sauce and pasta dishes. And, a great wait-staff.”

“We've tried everything, and everything is absolutely delicious. So there's that. We usually get takeout when we order from Pizza Man's Pizza. And what's even more important (to me) than the great food is that they actually know HOW to wrap takeout properly. They line everything with paper and then foil to prevent the hot food from melting into the Styrofoam container. (Eating food that melted through Styrofoam is a health hazard.) So A+++ to Pizza Man's Pizza for fantastic food, the intelligence to wrap it correctly, AND for the wonderful staff. Everyone is always so nice and friendly. Side note: Try the wings. They're a slice of heaven.”

“I’ve been wanting to eat at this restaurant for about two years now because of the great reviews, but I never had the time to make the 30-minute drive. I’ve tried many Middle Eastern places in the area, but this one truly stands out! The lamb is perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of spice—even mild enough for my dog to enjoy. “Love this family owned bar. Staff has been there for years and is wonderful friendly. Was there two or three weeks ago. The bar was packed on a Friday and music playing the waitresses and bartenders singing and dancing. Food was awesome. My lamb was tender and the godfather my husband had was great. “We stumbled upon this place on day. We have driven past it for years never really thinking of it... Finally stopped a month ago. Loved it!!! Went back 4 times over the next 3 weeks. Last night we ordered 3 Togo spaghetti meals for our friends whom just lost a mother and brother both tragically. We took them dinner and did lots of help for them and stopped AGAIN on way for 2 more spaghetti dinners for us too. Such good food and amazing low prices. I'm telling you all meals here are at least $5 less than most Italian restaurants. Fast service. Owner comes a greets you asks how your doing and how the food was. Great place and people. If you haven't been there, go there! If you have, go again soon! They also have Pizza and Wings buffet on Thursdays nights. and daily lunch pizza pasta and soup buffet too. 💜”

“Probably as authentic as it gets in PA. Good menu. Not the most updated- Facility looks a little intimidating but the food was good. Server was polite. Quiet. My kids loved the food - decent kids menu. Tacos, quesadilla, burrito, hamburger, fries, hotdog, etc.

“Take out was about an hour wait, but worth it. The red sauce is great and they put a lot on the pizza. We got a poor man's pizza which is good. I like their red sauce better. I normally like hot wings, but food in New Castle can be HOT! Thank goodness we ordered the mild - they had just the right kick! Next timw I will dine in.

Vegetarian options: You can get any type of veggies on pizzas and salads. If you have acid issues from tomatoes, the poor man might be for you.”

“Just wanted to give a special shout out to Mama Jane's Eatery in Greenville. My mom and I brought my son there today for his 4th birthday. Our wonderful waitress gave him a stuffed squirrel (now known as “Tom”) and the whole staff took the time to come out with a cookie and sing to him. This was very unexpected and special for our little guy, and for us. Thanks for an outing we won’t soon forget!”

“We tried the jerk chicken, curry chicken and snapper and loved it all. Everything is cooked fresh and the rice and cabbage is seasoned with your meat or fish. Portions are very generous; my daughter and I ate well and had about half left over. I saw they also have a salad option; I think smaller portions for lunch, seniors and children is a good idea. Food, service and music were all great. 10/10”

“The food here is excellent, however, my issue is with the rude employee. while I was standing inside ordering my food, a woman walked in to pick up a door dash. instead of the man just telling her it wasn't quite ready, he got smart and asked her "what is the pick up time" she told him and he said "exactly, it's not time to pick it up". she was only a couple minutes early. the employee then proceeded to tell her to wait outside. I don't know if this man is racist or sexist but it was beyond uncalled for. why was I allowed to stand inside as a black man with a black employee when my food wouldn't be ready for at least 10 mins yet the white woman was told wait outside for a 2 minute wait?. I will NEVER order food from this place again, despite how good the food may be.”

“Had a very bad experience at this store thinking about posting experience on Facebook, My daughter and I visited the location above on the date and time shown on receipt above. I specially asked the cashier names Alex that I wanted my order made fresh I didn’t care how long it would take I just wanted all my food cooked hot and fresh. 1 minute after I placed my order they are calling my name. I spoke to the manager Betty and explained there is no way that this could be my order I wanted my food made fresh, she tries to tell me that it was made fresh which was insulting because I am very intelligent not to mention I used to manage Wendy’s in Cleveland Ohio before so I know it takes 10-12 minutes to cook something fresh. So after the replaced the order I asked the manager Betty if I could have a word with her when I finished my meal, upon completion I went to talk to the manager Betty to explain that only the chicken sandwich was hot and the burger wasn’t satisfactory my intention was to request half my money back being I wasn’t satisfied. It was at that point I was asked to leave and I was still eating a frosty and my daughter was still eating at this point because it wasn’t resolved at the store level I do not ever plan to visit Wendy’s again and now requesting a full refund. I do not want and gift certificate or any thing like that , you can keep your apologies because the manager Betty should have been the one to provide it. Please send a check for the full balance of my order to.”

“No, I would not recommend. I waited before writing this review hoping that I would get a call back from the manager. I left 2 requests for him to call me and haven't heard anything back. My husband and I were there on a Saturday for lunch. Our food was ok and service was fine. I ordered takeover for my mom, a hamburger with nothing but raw onion on it. We finished our lunch and waited a long time for the takeout. My mom called the next day to thank me. She said they remembered the raw onion, unfortunately there was no hamburger, just the bun and raw onion. We love to support local businesses, however we will not be going back to The Crane Room. I didn't expect a free meal or even credit. However an apology would have gone a long way.”

Service was so efficient while staff were still being pleasant! The food was even the best and most tasteful along with the coffees! By time I got the food home it was still decently warm and didn’t need reheated!”
