“I can not thank Makmak Eatery enough for hosting our 10 year highschool reunion! From the set up, the food, and all the touches in between, MakMak made it so seamless and the most enjoyable experience ever! I could go on for hours and rave about their food and the delicious menu they provided, everything was so fresh, beautifully displayed and enjoyed. They also put out a beautiful aperol spritz and dessert station and made everything look and taste like perfection. They even put on music that felt like we were back in 2015 and brought out all the nostalgic feels! I couldn’t say enough good things! You must book any private event here and of course visit them during their restaurant hours for amazing dinner/lunch/brucnh which I could go on and on about! “I had the pleasure of visiting Vincent Restaurant in Cranston on their very first day, and I must say, I was impressed by both the ambiance and the food. The restaurant had a welcoming vibe, and to top it off, it was baby Vincent's birthday! They kindly offered us complimentary empanadas to celebrate, which was a thoughtful gesture.

We ordered the chicken empanadas, and while they were good, I found them a bit on the dry side. I personally would have a little more seasoning in the chicken for a bolder flavor, but the accompanying sauce liked helped balance things out. On the other hand, the bread with tomatoes was incredible—absolutely no complaints there!

Given that it was their first day, I expected a few service hiccups, and we did encounter one. My fiancée Hilary ordered the chicken fettuccine Alfredo, but they brought out the shrimp version instead. Fortunately, she didn't mind and enjoyed the dish regardless. I opted for the chicharrón mofongo, and while it was tasty, I felt it could have used a bit more meat and a side of sauce to allow for some extra flavoring if desired. I mentioned this to the waiter, who was quick to address my feedback and provided the sauce on the side.

Overall, it was a great experience in a prime location. I’ll definitely be returning and wish them much success as they continue to grow and improve!

I was lucky enough to visit Vincent Restaurant in Cranston the first day they opened, and I must say I was impressed with both the atmosphere and the food. The restaurant had a cozy vibe, and to top it all off, it was little Vincent's birthday! They offered us complimentary empanadas to celebrate, which was a very kind gesture.

We ordered the chicken empanadas, and although they were good, I found them a little dry. In my opinion, the chicken lacked a little more seasoning for a stronger flavor, but the accompanying sauce helped balance the dish. On the other hand, the bread with tomatoes was incredible, absolutely nothing to fault!

“Loved the scallop roll and fries with GH seasoning. Cross between a barn mi and lobster roll. The bread was perfection warm , soft, buttery on the inside. Right amount of crust on the outside. “Myself and My dad went for the first time ever on Thursday May 9th. we are both huge seafood lovers however my mom and my husband are not. So we planned a night out and our number one goal was to look for a great Buck A Shuck with an excellent menu! We found both, my dad saw the Oyster Po Boy and he was sold right there. We arrived shortly after they opened around 3 and took our seats at the bar. I am horrible at remembering names. We ordered a dozen(6 for each) oysters. Shortly after we realized we should have ordered a dozen(6 for each) little necks. I am sorry for the inconvenience of not ordering them at the same time. After eating both the dozen oysters and little necks which was truly fascinating to watch as he just shucked them open with no problem. I ordered the Salmon Burger which was AMAZING and my dad got his Oyster Po Boy. Which he also said was AMAZING. The bartender asked if we saved room for dessert. However we both looked at each other laughed and ordered another dozen (6 for each)oysters as a dessert. All in All the food was great. Everything tasted so fresh they oysters and little necks were so sweet and briney. Fantastic!! Loved the atmosphere and watching all the orders go out and the gentlemen just shuck away at the oysters and little necks. Looking forward to the next time we come!!“

“So it was Fathers Day and of course my fiancé wanted to go golfing and he chose Harbor Lights golf course. We’re from Connecticut but on the border of Rhode Island but still don’t go there as much. After he was done he said he would love if we went to dinner for Father’s Day with our daughter and my mom. I searched for places in the area of the golf course, was looking for something sort of near the water and that’s when I found Iggy’s ! Had great reviews so I called and booked a reservation! We were running a little late but called to let them know and said that it was fine. When we arrived, the place was PACKED! Which is definitely a great sign. Every staff member we encountered were so nice and helpful! Our server Zach was amazing and so accommodating! He was knowledgeable and was just so friendly! My mom is a super critic ( she always has something to say about something which sometimes gets embarrassing ) haha but she could not say enough how good the food was and service and atmosphere! She absolutely loved it and we had the best time! My 13 month old had her first milkshake and LOVED it! Hahah Thank you for the great experience! Being a retired chef from New Orleans Louisiana and knowing seafood. She bought me here and everything about this place was A-1 and give them 5 🌟.“

“What a find! I found this a bit off the beaten path. But SOOO worth it! The 'Everything' sauce 9n the Fish and Chips was amazing! Almost seemed like they were using the pickled banana peppers as the base. Tie that with cilantro and a few other items and you have a real winner here.The sauce on the Shrimp had a similar flare to it, but tomato based (or just mixed in).So think about this a minute. You have a sauce with some pickle flavor. You add salt to your liking (I added a lot) and you have a very interesting flavor for the fries! Genius!The Chicken Dinner was an outside the box way for me to go surf and turf. The seasoning had explosive flavor. Just wonderful!I can't wait to go back for the Salmon!“

“We went for an early dinner before a show around the corner. Unfortunately, there a was a glitch with the OpenTable reservation showing it cancelled. Obviously, it was not as we were there. The host & manager did not give us any issue and sat us immediately even putting us with one of the best servers ever, Johnny, at our request. We sat near the front where there is great lighting from the windows and enjoyed a delicious meal. From drinks to dessert everything was phenomenal especially the service. Johnny did a great job pacing out the meal so we would finish with time to walk to the show. We tried different sushis and apps. All while they were cognizant of our shrimp allergy. I just left there a short while ago. Upon pulling in I was greeted by a friendly valet attendant. Walking in I sat right down the servers came over provided menus water all standard you get that in most nice restaurants. Their attentiveness their professionalism their courteousness it's some of the best I've experienced in a very very long time. I've been all over the country I've gone some of the finest restaurants and writing downtown East Greenwich you have a restaurant who service will rival the finest restaurants in New York City. The food is outstanding the seafood across the board is fresh is delicious, nice portions. I give it 11 out of 10 Stars. So if you're within an hour's drive of East Greenwich go out of your way and head to Providence oyster bar in E. G. I'm quite certain you will be very pleased you did.“

“I absolutely love the food! I always get the large carne asada. Its carne asada, white vegetable rice, salad with piccolo de gallo, carrot and macaroni salad, fried platano and beans. It’s authentic Guatemalan food and I love it.The inside looks a bit janky, but they just opened up. I remember the building itself was a party store than it became a Panda Express and now it’s Xoyita. I usually get take out and eat comfortably at home.“

“This was our first time dining at Capital Grille and it won't be our last! It was our anniversary and they had a large booth decorated with hearts and a Happy Anniversary sign! I love little touches like that. Our server Jorge was such a delight. His service felt like it was customized to us only even though we could clearly see he had other guests . From interesting little facts to sharing personal stories, we loved our server for making the night wonderful!! From our champagne toast, to our anniversary cake dessert. Everything was wonderful. The way everyone works as a team to make the experience amazing! Our food was sooo good!! Hats off to the chef's!! We started with fresh oysters and this amazing thick cut bacon( sauce on side). The bacon was so good, we brought some home. I had surf and turf, the hubby had the NY strip . Both steaks cooked to perfection ( seen with a light to make sure) . I was only able to eat my lobster tail because I was full, but wow, giant, cooked perfect and tasted so good, you did not need the butter! My husband loved his NY strip as well. We are big steak people ! We will be back , we usually go to another steakhouse in the area for our anniversary, but I think we have a new place!!! Thank You for a wonderful night Capital Grille !!“
