“This is my favorite subway because the people that work there match my level of energy and snark. I think the subway brand is untrustworthy but these people keep me coming back eating my favorite sandwich somehow. I mean a company that goes from making these stuffed fresh amazing sandwiches of my youth now force workers to stand behind metal shields that block me from seeing im spending $17 for two pieces of turkey a slice of cheese and 14 cups of lettuce? I should also mention I've traveled near and far to find a location that accepts coupons and this one does! Sarcasm aside, its clean and you get greeted every time. They miss no one. If you must go to Subway go to this one!“

“Omg. I am putting JJ's on the curb!! First time UBER priority $80 order from Albemarle Rd Charlotte!! Subs were awesome!!! Fresh tasting with good tomatoes (not the case with JJ. Theirs are hard and not ripe!) The roast beef was moist and meaty tasting (not the case at JJ. Theirs is slightly dry!) And the tuna!!!!! Yummy fresh. I will order again for sure.“

“I came to Penn Station in fort mill where Freda is the GM and Jay made our sandwiches. I just would like to say thank you so much for the amazing and kind service. Freda made us feel more than welcome and took the time to tell us about the menu and help us pick some sandwiches that we really enjoyed. She made us laugh and really wanna come back again. I look forward to coming back next Monday to try a new sandwich and hope to see them there again. Jay also made our sandwiches very well and they weren’t thrown together he actually took the time to make them look just as good as they taste. He did an amazing job and I hope that you all take care of them both.“

“I was a little sad when I was told this location couldn't deliver to our office 2.9 miles away, but I also understand this was not decided by the employee on the phone. I picked up our order instead and the staff was extremely friendly, the prices are great, and the sandwiches are freaking delicious and well-made. But please consider broadening your delivery range for this store (or opening up a store closer to Pineville/Westinghouse Rd area).“

“Just left this Jersey Mike's after ordering a gluten free #7. First of all, top notch service. The two guys up front are really nice and very attentive. They cleaned before making my sandwich ( I have celiac). And I gotta say sometimes it's a hit or miss going to Jersey Mike's with the gluten-free bread. It'll sometimes be a little dry and hard, but this time the bread is very fresh and really good. Also want to mention how clean it was in this Jersey Mike's. Great location!“

We are there every week and they cater to a garlic allergy Mark's mother has. They make everyone feel like family. “My family and I love having Jersey Mike’s close by in Waxhaw now. The staff is always very friendly and the store is always clean. I do have to say that dependent on who is cutting the the deli meat at the time you order your sandwich, you may have a normal amount of meat or hardly any. I know at some locations they weigh it to make sure it’s the correct amount. I wish they’d do this every time. I just have a hard time justifying paying almost $16 for a Giant Sub with such little meat on it. If they could improve this area then they’d for sure be 5 stars in my opinion! And yes, if I’m there and ordering in person then I make sure there is enough on the sandwich or ask them to weigh it. 😊 Pictured below are 2 of our sandwiches from tonight (my husband went and wasn’t paying attention at the amount of meat being put on the sandwiches). One was a Turkey and the other an Italian.“

“The staff here was amazing. I ordered online and made the mistake of not mentioning that I wanted it cold I tried to get there as fast as I could but they had already started the process. They changed my order even though it meant having to discard what they had already made. They did so without any hesitation. Absolutely incredible customer service and my hats off to the staff. “Was in town taking my kid to the audiologist and decided to give this place a try. My wife had the cuban and I had the barnyard off their underground menu. Found it nearby on Google maps. People were nice and friendly. The meat was fresh and of quality, not overly processed. Would be nice if they were to open a location closer to my farm in the future.
