“This is my favorite subway because the people that work there match my level of energy and snark. I think the subway brand is untrustworthy but these people keep me coming back eating my favorite sandwich somehow. I mean a company that goes from making these stuffed fresh amazing sandwiches of my youth now force workers to stand behind metal shields that block me from seeing im spending $17 for two pieces of turkey a slice of cheese and 14 cups of lettuce? I should also mention I've traveled near and far to find a location that accepts coupons and this one does! Sarcasm aside, its clean and you get greeted every time. They miss no one. If you must go to Subway go to this one!“

“Omg. I am putting JJ's on the curb!! First time UBER priority $80 order from Albemarle Rd Charlotte!! Subs were awesome!!! Fresh tasting with good tomatoes (not the case with JJ. Theirs are hard and not ripe!) The roast beef was moist and meaty tasting (not the case at JJ. Theirs is slightly dry!) And the tuna!!!!! Yummy fresh. I will order again for sure.“

“Lately Jersey Mike's has been letting us down on serving size and staffing, but never this location. All three members of the crew were friendly and quick-working, especially with the little crowd.

Shout out to the lovely young lady that asked every single guest how they are, while staying on task. It was clear by the guests' reactions, how rare this is nowadays.

Additional shout out to the young man that made our subs and has been there for years! He laughed along with us through our nonsense and had a great attitude.

And finally the young lady stocking the chips that let us pick ours before hauling the shelves off to restock.

But please consider broadening your delivery range for this store (or opening up a store closer to Pineville/Westinghouse Rd area).“

“My family and I love having Jersey Mike’s close by in Waxhaw now. The staff is always very friendly and the store is always clean. I do have to say that dependent on who is cutting the the deli meat at the time you order your sandwich, you may have a normal amount of meat or hardly any. I know at some locations they weigh it to make sure it’s the correct amount. I wish they’d do this every time. I just have a hard time justifying paying almost $16 for a Giant Sub with such little meat on it. If they could improve this area then they’d for sure be 5 stars in my opinion! And yes, if I’m there and ordering in person then I make sure there is enough on the sandwich or ask them to weigh it. 😊 Pictured below are 2 of our sandwiches from tonight (my husband went and wasn’t paying attention at the amount of meat being put on the sandwiches). One was a Turkey and the other an Italian.“

Cris was so easy to work with and left out no details. Delivery was on time and the food was SOOO GOOD! We can't to use work with them again!“

“The staff here was amazing. I ordered online and made the mistake of not mentioning that I wanted it cold I tried to get there as fast as I could but they had already started the process. They changed my order even though it meant having to discard what they had already made. They did so without any hesitation. Absolutely incredible customer service and my hats off to the staff. “I've been going there for multiple weeks and I will absolutely 100% tell you Swish and Jaymes have been the best customer support and customer assistance at this location. Swish is incredibly polite absolutely respectful and one of the funniest and best experiences we've had at Subway. He is never a dull moment no matter how tired he is. Jaymes as well is a great worker for this company as well for the location. He is a great worker himself and is also very kind and is non-judgmental no matter what kind of weird order you request just like my #1 swish favorite, I hope they keep up the good work and continue the kind of customer service they put out cuz its respected!“

“We stopped into Jersey Mike’s in Fort Mill for lunch on a Friday afternoon, and the experience was exactly what you hope for from this chain — and then some. The service was outstanding from the moment we walked in. The team was friendly, upbeat, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they were doing. I wish that I had noted the names, especially from the one managing the register, so that I could call them out here.

Our sandwiches were well‑made, fresh, and delicious, exactly the level of quality you expect from Jersey Mike’s when everything is done right. The ingredients were crisp, the bread was perfect, and everything was assembled with care.

Even with the lunchtime crowd, the in‑store service was impressively fast. They kept the line moving without ever making things feel rushed, and we were out the door with our food in no time.

“My lady and I walked into this establishment Dec.20th on a Saturday night close to 8pm. It was empty at the time and this would be our first experience with Firehouse . I didn't know what to expect but the commercials finally drove us there. The guy at the counter was very friendly and made us feel extremely welcomed. The subs were ridiculously good! It's all my lady and I could talk about as we dined. No disrespect, but it made me want to go throw eggs at the windows of Subway and Jersey Mike's...lol.“
