“Today I had a craving for a sub sandwich and I am new to the Indian land area. So I googled what was nearby and to tell you the truth I have never been to Jersey Mike’s subs before. Their pictures look amazing online so I figured you know I’m just gonna go get a turkey sandwich just something basic just a start with since it’s my first time. So upon arrival I was greeted and the young man that took my order asked about how my day was going and he was genuinely just interested in the customer and it wasn’t just me it was people before me and after me that he just had conversations with with a genuine smile. I’ve been to another popular sandwich places where they never ask me about my day, they just slap items on a piece of bread and called it a day very quick and cold. Not only was the service just amazing but my sandwich I have never seen so much turkey piled up so high! They were not stingy at all. Let me tell you that was the juiciest sandwich I have had in a very very long time and I am now a Jersey Mike’s subs fan.“
“Me and my husband have been to this subway store several times since we moved here in May 2021, are each time the service has been great. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The food is always fresh and our subs are made just the way we want request them. We have never encountered any problems at this location and will continue to come to the Indian Land, SC store for our subs.“
“I got the Tom Turkey plus Bacon and Salami/Cap.The Turkey was a very, very small portion! This was their medium Sub size, but the meat was minimal for the Turkey. Seemed like by weight I got more of the extra meat I ordered. Taste was very good as Jimmy John’s is. A worker was training/new, but he was friendly and tried hard!I did feel a bit ripped off by the Turkey meat being so, so minimal…….“
“Best food experience ever. Staff member D was extremely pleasant and attentive and just all around a great guy. Sub was delicious and recommended certain items. Even though I work my way around the menu quite often, he showed me new things I should try. Best service industry worker ever!“
“I love this place, and probably one of best places to get a great salad. I just wish they’d lay off the cheap iceberg lettuce. Nobody wants chunks of stalk in their salad. I’d prefer more of something like Romain… but other than that it’s near perfect!“
“One of the things I miss about living in upstate NY is the Delis. The meats seem fresher, and the sandwiches taste better. This deli was recommended to me, and it did not disappoint. Being able to create my own sandwich made it easy to sele t what I want I stead of relying on the menu. The croissant was soft and delicious. I will definitely be back here when im in the Charlotte area.“
“I was just looking for a place to watch the game Sunday afternoon and stumbled across this fun, local spot. They have security at the door which leads you to believe you're about to enter a space where people have misbehaved before, however, it's just a bar filled with local regulars that just want to have a good time. The bartender was new so mixed drinks weren't that great. There was a free home cooked, buffet which was a nice treat: Wings, potato salad, baked beans, ro-tel. Then at night, the live band with karaoke took over and it was everything! It was like a professional concert! The only disappointment: Be alert when reviewing your bill...they don't tell you they add a 20% gratuity on a 2 person bill so you can easily miss that and tip an additional 20%“
“I happen to work in the same shopping center of this location and as a manager myself I can truly say this team is amazing. The manager is great and obviously fosters an environment of top notch customer service as each person who interact with gives me the same experience. “My husband and I just finished dinner, and our subs were big and delicious as always. I highly recommend the rosemary parmesan bread! Along with the food, Stephanie and Tommy were very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. It is obvious that Stephanie enjoys serving Jersey Mike subs, serving customers, and providing each customer with a great experience from the minute they enter the door with her "welcome" to the minute they leave with her "see you next time!"
