“Easy to reach location and a nice stop when travelling on the Interstate. Service was the normal, great CFA level service, but they could have used a bit of cleaning on the seats and tables. Parking lot access is good and there is a red light to make it easier to get back out and headed to I-75.“

“I've always been so impressed with Chick-fil-A. Not today. A pet peeve of mine: Do not hand me a drink with soda dripping all over the outside of the cup. I refused to take it and asked the gentleman to please wipe the cup off. He did, with his hand, then handed it to me and wiped his hand on his pants as he turned his back to me to do something. Gross! We were asked Dine in or takeout? Dine in. We sat down at a table and waited for our order. Another gentleman paused at our table and said Billy? We said, yes. He dropped a bag with our food in front of us and asked if we'd like any ketchup or anything? Wow.“

“I purchased the Chicken bites box with french fries, a medium coke, and the new strawberry cheesecake bites. I recieved the chicken box bites and fries, warm -not hot, along with powdered sugar on them due to the cheesecake bites tumbled in the bag. I got a Sprite instead of the Coke i ordered, which they replaced after i came back thru the line. Glad i checked before i drove too far away. In their defense i got the feeling the drive thru clerk was still training as everyone was around her watching. The cheesecake bites were okay but they are $3.00 for 4, and they are just bites, smaller than my remote car fob, see picture. My meal was a little less than $10.00 but i just did not feel it was worth the amount. However please understand, the food tasted good.“

Had a hard time making a selection and the staff offered me various suggestions.

Chose the spicy chicken wrap combo and it was delicious.

Tilapia wasn't seasoned and then the girl just tells me sorry I was the only person in drive thru . okay I want the Tilapia seasoned or I don't want it. “Hardee’s biscuit and gravy is my favorite biscuit and gravy. They make it just right, with the rare exception. The young guy at the window was really friendly and polite. I asked for an extra bag for one of the biscuits and gravy and he actually bagged it for me instead of handing me the extra bag like some people do when I forget to ask first. Thanks Hardee’s!“

“Just wow! My family of 6 arrived for a late night snack around 9pm. We walked into a very clean and quiet restaurant and were immediately greeted by a smiling face, Amanda. She quickly answered any and all questions we had, and playfully interacted with my tiny humans. We had no more than finished our order and our treats were already coming out. Infact, the last of our order arrived just as we finished paying. My tiniest human made a mess with his ice cream on the window and we tried our best to clean it up. We let Amanda know on our way out and apologized and she told us not to worry about it and she totally understood. My family has lived in Cleveland for a few years now and we hadn't gotten to DQ yet. I'm so glad we stopped by and can say we will be back quickly. The sweet treats hit the spot and the customer service was even sweeter.
*I would like to note the drive through was pretty active the whole time and others did come in after us. I'm not sure how many workers were there but the staff was efficient at filling orders quickly.“

“The Best Tasting Hamburger and Fries that I've had in a long time. The Hamburger tasted like a good ole fashion hamburger and the fries were excellent. It was my first time going to Jack's I went through the drive thru I had downloaded the app and received a free big Jack's and it was Awesome couldn't have asked for any better service than what I received. Both gentleman in the drive thru was wonderful and very polite and kind his name was Nathalie I wished I knew the others name my hat off to both. Next time I will go inside and check it out“

“Got my food pretty fast. I do not usually buy from Wendy's so I was nicely surprised when the food and drinks came back so good and it was for a pretty good price. Also it was very quiet and clean so I dined in even though I do not usually do so.“

“Came by this evening. Ordered the Frisco, heard it was good. Service was actually fast and the Frisco looked as surprisingly perfect, like the commercials, and tasted even better. 10/10 crew, give these guys a raise! Hardee's is now back on my map, keep up the good work!“

“This Zaxbys is THE BEST IVE EVER BEEN TO, we were so happy when we left it’s been a long time since we went into a fast food place and the food was delicious and the young people working were so kind and courteous!

“Not sure much of anything that you can say about McDonald’s other than I use the drive-through and got an iced coffee. Also had a sausage egg McMuffin, which actually tasted better than other McDonald’s. Easy to get to and always convenient.“

“Fastest place in town. I take lunch breaks around 11pm. This BK is always open and always extremely fast. It's unusual that I have to wait more than 60 seconds for food. It's incredible. And I order a burger without pickles so it isn't like they can just grab one that's already been made. The only complaint is there was an absolutely obnoxious Spongebob message that played when you pulled up to the screen. It was horrendous but luckily the employees knew that and tried to stop the message before it played.“

“My mom and I are doordashers I went on a ride with her one day and it was great, I have been here before on my own for getting food and dashing and everytime I have been thwre they have been a delightful. They made me feel welcomed and heard. They respect u and make sure u have everything u need and want.“

“There was a conference in town and we decided to take everyone here. It was packed but the service was great. The food was great and fast. The manager was very sweet and apologized that it might be a wait because of tables. We didn't have to wait very long and then we received our food so it was all perfect timing.“

“We ordered the lunchtime pizza buffet, and it was pretty decent. We were even able to request a few type of pizzas for the buffet. I was a slower time when we went, not many people. My biggest complaint is the televisions were distracting my child from eating, I probably could have asked the waitress to turn off the on facing our booth. Our drinks were kept fresh and we were checked on regularly, without becoming too intrusive.“

“Im a truck local driver stop at this arbys at the love's pretty regularly on my runs to Maryville. I always just stick to classic beef and cheddar and its all but one time been great. I think the one negative was because all the cheddar was on one side and all over the wrapper. Pretty nice Love's also“

My husband has been eating at firehouse subs in Athens TN lately, so I thought I would try it today! Let me say, the ladies working today, y’all amazed me with this sub! “I recently visited this Panda Express location while traveling through Cleveland, TN (3/21/26), and I had one of the best fast food experiences I’ve ever had—thanks to Erin.

From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly kind, attentive, and on top of everything going on around her. While we were ordering, my family called and added onto our order, which turned into a pretty large purchase (around $75). Despite the sudden change, Erin handled everything with ease, professionalism, and a great attitude.

I personally have autism, and fast food environments—especially ones like Panda Express where foods are close together or touching—can be overwhelming for me. Erin went above and beyond without hesitation and separated my food in a way that made me feel comfortable. She plated my meal thoughtfully and even put my rice on the side. That might seem small to others, but to me it made a huge difference in my experience.

On top of that, she was actively communicating with her team, calling for food, keeping the line moving, and still giving us her full attention. Her customer service honestly exceeded even some of the highest standards I’ve seen elsewhere. She was warm, efficient, and genuinely cared about getting everything right.

We also had a large order with lots of sauces, and for the first time ever at a Panda Express, we were actually given enough sauces for our entire group. She paid attention to what we needed instead of just handing out a few packets and hoping for the best.

As someone who manages a business myself, I can confidently say Erin is an incredibly valuable employee. She made us feel welcomed, heard, and taken care of from start to finish.
