I walked into Five Guys in JC today and mentioned to one of the staff, which may have been the Manager, that this was my first time at Five Guys, and he turned toward all of the other workers and announced that I was a newbie to Five Guys. Him and the entire staff gave me an unexpected, but much appreciated, warm and friendly welcome. I hadn't felt that welcome since I had dined at a Waffle House in South Carolina! He then told me that my meal was on the house! I found this experience to be refreshing and thought to myself that we all need to be more generous, kind, and friendly in today's world which seems to only get more divisive and less welcoming each year. Thank you Five Guys staff for making my evening a special one!“

“Every time I order a hamburger they ask me do I want cheese. They could make more money by not asking me if I want cheese on my hamburger. I have enough sense to say cheeseburger. Plus it will help the drive thru by saving time by not asking me if I want cheese on my hamburger. Cause if they ask Two hundred people if the want cheese, that probably took up two hours of time in the drive thru service.“

“It is fast food so as far as fast food goes it is a good place to eat. Most people know about Arby's and their selection. I did have an issue with the order and when I called and spoke with them they were happy to oblige and I returned and got everything fixed fairly quickly.“

“I am leaving a five star review because Jersey Mike's has Never made a bad sub for my family. Always delicious. Although I bought subs at this location and my entire family was sick for 24 hours. I won't go into details but we were very sick. We all had turkey subs....so....“

“Order taker could not understand us when we said we wanted the House Special. We even said it was at the bottom of the list, but she said she could not see the menu. I then listed the toppings and she still didn't know. She finally said, oh you mean the Cook Out special and wrung up the wrong item. It came quickly and she brought it to us. We didn't know until we were down the highway that the order was wrong. Still, it was a good burger, just not what we asked for.“

“Love Wendy's fresh and hot burgers! My husband really enjoys their hand cut natural fries and of course our son is all into those nuggets, which i swear are the best of any fast food! Their honey mustard is so good and goes great on the nuggets and fries! The parking lot is hard to get into and out of, just because of where it sits in the middle of several fast food places and stores like Home Depot, Michael's and At Home. There is also a chick fil a right across the road. It makes it difficult to navigate but so worth it! Their burgers are great, being as that they are fresh and hot when you get them! The building could use an update and so could the bathrooms.“

His particular crystals as always, in my onion allergies. They're best to get the onions off of the sandwiches and it allows me to have my late night greasy hamburger fix.“

“The last two times I have went through drive through they have left out pieces of chicken or fish in the family meal I get. Also, they get the amount I tell them for each wrong. 8 chicken and 4 fish (12 piece family meal) missing two pieces of fish. The time before that, same meal 8 chicken 4 fish, get it home and it's missing 4 pieces of chicken! I called and they did write it down that I was owed 4 pieces of chicken, went by a week later and they honored it and I got my missing chicken. Food is sometimes not hot as it should be, luke warm. Price is expensive for a 12 piece family meal and any other. But it's the only Long John Silver's close to us.

Also, they've switched the fries to waffle fries, which I hate! I loved their fries!“

“Was having a late-night (mom was in a nearby hospital w/cancer for months then passed and now my dad having health problems) I live about 45 minutes away, but when I do come to Johnson City and I'm in the mood for a sub, I come here they’re always awesome and fast and efficient only thing. I’m not happy about is the Jimmy John’s mustard going away Extremely disappointed about that ? but I'll live I ordered online they got it. “Every time we go to the one on Bristol Hwy and Jeanine is working it’s a great experience she is the best at what she does we usually have a problem with some of the others not wanting to make our sandwich the way we like ( nothing ever over the top) and her personality is so cheerful and welcoming and the place is always clean! We always go back at least once a week and if she isn’t working we go to a whole different restaurant!“

“It’s a chill place to eat inside, but alas the hygiene is NOT it. The bathrooms were extremely dirty with rust everywhere, toilet paper everywhere BUT the trashcan, none of the toilets were flushed and it honestly smelled disgusting. Oddly enough, the lobby was extremely clean and honestly the best I’ve seen. The food was amazing like always and so for that I rate it 5 stars.“

“It's clear the management and owners don't care about their employees. It was scorching hot on a hot day inside subway. We asked why it was so hot and the employee told us that the heating and air was broken, so basically it was 86 degrees in this subway. The employee was so kind, the food was great, but the owners and management need to get their act together. It was an unsafe working environment at that temperature and in NO world should they have been open to the public. Even food trucks have fans and AC! Get your act together, Subway. Pay your employees more for dealing with that overheated BS!“
